The wide use and abuse of antibiotics could make antimicrobial resistance(AMR)an increasingly serious issue that threatens global health and imposes an enormous burden on society and the *** avoid the crisis of AMR,we have to fundamentally change our *** intelligence(AI)represents a new paradigm to combat ***,various AI approaches to this problem have sprung up,some of which may be considered successful cases of domain-specific AI applications in ***,to the best of our knowledge,there is no systematic review illustrating the use of these AI-based applications for ***,this review briefly introduces how to employ AI technology against AMR by using the predictive AMR model,the rational use of antibiotics,antimicrobial peptides(AMPs)and antibiotic combinations,as well as future research directions.

To solve the problem of high photogenerated carrier recombination rate and low photoelectric conversion efficiency of TiO_(2)-based materials,a simple N-doped anatase/rutile TiO_(2) heterophase nanorod film was designed by a low-temperature hydrothermal method in this *** enhanced separation and transport of photogenerated charges were facilitated by the smaller contact barrier and appropriate band matching between anatase TiO_(2)nanoparticles and rutile TiO_(2) *** introduction of N doping in anatase TiO_(2) resulted in an upward shift of the valence band and a narrowing of the band gap,consequently enhancing the efficiency of visible light *** combination of the heterophase junction and N-doping exhibited a synergistic effect,effectively suppressing the recombination of photogenerated charges and enhancing the photoelectric conversion efficiency of the *** AM 1.5G irradiation,the photocurrent density(J)of the A-TO(N)@R-TONR photoanode reached2.19 mA·cm^(-2)(V_(RHE,1.23 eV)).Additionally,the incident photon-electron conversion efficiency(IPCE)and the charge injection efficiency(η)reached 81.4%and 51.6%at320 ***,the J,IPCE,andηvalues of the A-TO(N)@R-TONR photoanode were 2.96,2.1 and 3.2times those of pure R-TONR photoanode,*** work presents a rational strategy for designing efficient TiO_(2)-based photoanodes.

In this work,experiments and comprehensive insights into the proposed covering liquid method to intensify self-preservation effect for methane(CH_(4))storage are *** CH_(4)hydrate decomposition percentage was 17.6%with the pressure of 0.61 MPa after 12 h at 266.0 K without a covering liquid,which can be reduced to 12.4%,13.8%,13.0%,and 8.3%with the pressure of 0.26 MPa,0.33 MPa,0.51 MPa,and 0.37 MPa by covering with tetrahydrofuran(THF),cyclopentane(CP),cyclohexane,and n-tetradecane,*** the temperature for CH_(4)hydrate decompositionwas 274.2 K,covering with THF,CP,cyclohexane,and n-tetradecane failed to inhibit CH_(4)hydrate *** results suggested that the covering liquid may form a new solid layer(a hydrate layer or other solidified layer)around the CH_(4)hydrate,which inhibit CH_(4)transfer below the freezing point of ***,the new solid layer cannot resist the fast transfer of CH_(4)from decomposed CH_(4)hydrate above the freezing point of *** same phenomenon was also observed in a sodium dodecyl sulfonate(SDS)-dry solution CH_(4)hydrate formation ***,the covering method can only intensify the self-preservation effect below the freezing point of water,but cannot generate a self-preservation effect.

The pretreatment serum albumin/globulin ratio (AGR)has been used as a prognostic biomarker for various cancer ***, the prognostic value of the AGR for prostate cancer,especially for metastatic prostate cancer (mPCa)after maximal androgen blockade (MAB),remains *** aim of this study was to evaluate the prognostic value of the pretreatment serum AGR for mPCa treated with *** retrospective study included 214 mPCa patients receiving MAB from October 2007 to March 2017. The correlation of the AGR with survival was estimated using Kaplan-Meier analysis and Cox proportional hazards *** cutoff value of the AGR was 1.45 according to the receiver operating characteristic ***-Meier analysis demonstrated that patients with a low AGR (levels (≥40.0 g l^-1),the serum AGR remained an independent predictor of CSS (P=0.009). The pretreatment AGR was an independent prognostic biomarker for PFS and CSS in patients with mPCa receiving *** addition,the AGR remained effective for the prediction of CSS in patients with normal albumin levels (≥40 g l^-1).However,further prospective studies are needed to confirm our conclusions.

Auroral Kilometric Radiation(AKR)is a common radio emission,which can contribute to the magnetosphere−ionosphere−atmosphere *** emissions have been observed in all magnetic planet magnetospheres of the solar *** this study,using observations from the FAST satellite from 30 August 1996 to 9 September 2001,the distribution of AKR in altitude=500−4500 km and invariant latitude(|ILAT|)=60°−80°has been analyzed.63045 AKR samples have been identified with~48%(52%)samples on the dayside(nightside).Of considerable interest,there is a distinct MLT asymmetry with the high occurrence rate in MLT=05−08 and 18−22(02−05 and 12−17)in the northern(southern)*** distinct MLT asymmetry is associated with the direction of Bxof the interplanetary magnetic *** addition,the occurrence rate on the nightside clearly increases as the index *** study further enriches *** and understanding of AKR in the magnetosphere as well as other similar radio emissions.

Objective To explore the genotyping characteristics of human fecal Escherichia coli(E. coli) and the relationships between antibiotic resistance genes(ARGs) and multidrug resistance(MDR) of E. coli in Miyun District, Beijing, an area with high incidence of infectious diarrheal cases but no related *** Over a period of 3 years, 94 E. coli strains were isolated from fecal samples collected from Miyun District Hospital, a surveillance hospital of the National Pathogen Identification Network. The antibiotic susceptibility of the isolates was determined by the broth microdilution method. ARGs,multilocus sequence typing(MLST), and polymorphism trees were analyzed using whole-genome sequencing data(WGS).Results This study revealed that 68.09% of the isolates had MDR, prevalent and distributed in different clades, with a relatively high rate and low pathogenicity. There was no difference in MDR between the diarrheal(49/70) and healthy groups(15/24).Conclusion We developed a random forest(RF) prediction model of TEM.1 + baeR + mphA + mphB +QnrS1 + AAC.3-IId to identify MDR status, highlighting its potential for early resistance identification. The causes of MDR are likely mobile units transmitting the ARGs. In the future, we will continue to strengthen the monitoring of ARGs and MDR, and increase the number of strains to further verify the accuracy of the MDR markers.
