Fertilizers industry faces the challenge of improving the efficiency of its products either by optimizing the fertilizers in use or by developing new types of *** the last decade,controlled and slow release technologies have become more *** technologies aim to increase the efficiency of the applied substance by increasing its action over time and avoiding losses of all kinds(leaching,volatilization).The main purpose of the current study was to obtain a slow release biofertilizer by incorporating microalgae into a polymeric urea-formaldehyde matrix(PUFM).The quantitative analysis of macronutrients and micronutrients in the microalgae was determined using different techniques including titration,UV and Atomic Adsorption *** matrix and the formulation obtained(PUFM+CHLO)were also characterized by infrared Spectroscopy(FTiR)and Scanning Electron Microscopy(SEM).The“in vitro”study showed a typical slow release behavior of nitrogen(N),phosphorus(P)and potassium(K)*** was also shown that(PUFM+CHLO)formulation has the slowest macronutrients release time with a maximum release of 28%,26%y 46%for(N-P-K)macronutrients respectively during a period of 30 ***"in vivo"study exposed the benefits of the biofertilizer formulation(PUFM+CHLO)from conventional commercial fertilizer(CF)(NPK-14-5-12).Due to the presence of nutrients of natural origin in microalgae,(PUFM+CHLO)shows ecological effects which could also developing sustainable agriculture systems.

We propose an approach for data-driven automated discovery of material laws,which we call EUCLiD(Efficient Unsupervised Constitutive Law identification and Discovery),and we apply it here to the discovery of plasticity models,including arbitrarily shaped yield surfaces and isotropic and/or kinematic hardening *** approach is unsupervised,i.e.,it requires no stress data but only full-field displacement and global force data;it delivers interpretable models,i.e.,models that are embodied by parsimonious mathematical expressions discovered through sparse regression of a potentially large catalog of candidate functions;it is one-shot,i.e.,discovery only needs one *** material model library is constructed by expanding the yield function with a Fourier series,whereas isotropic and kinematic hardening is introduced by assuming a yield function dependency on internal history variables that evolve with the plastic *** selecting the most relevant Fourier modes and identifying the hardening behavior,EUCLiD employs physics knowledge,i.e.,the optimization problem that governs the discovery enforces the equilibrium constraints in the bulk and at the loaded boundary of the *** promoting regularization is deployed to generate a set of solutions out of which a solution with low cost and high parsimony is automatically *** virtual experiments,we demonstrate the ability of EUCLiD to accurately discover several plastic yield surfaces and hardening mechanisms of different complexity.

Composites of polycaprolactone （PCL） with mesoporous silica MCM-41 and N-[3- （trimethoxysilyl）propyl]-ethylenediamine （EPTES）-functionalized MCM-41 （EPTES/MCM-41） were prepared by in situ polymerization. The thermal properties of the composites were characterized by thermogravimetric analysis. There was an increase in the thermal decomposition temperature of PCL by more than 55 ℃, when the EPTES/MCM-41 loading was higher than 2 wt%. Tensile test results indicated that adding MCM-41 increased the brittleness of the PCL matrix, while adding 8 wt% of EPTES/MCM-41 increased the Young＇s modulus by 26%. incorporating MCM-41 increased the crystallinity of the resulting PCL composite, compared with that of PCL. incorporating up to 5 wt% EPTES/MCM-41 slightly reduced the crystallinity of PCL. The different effects of MCM-41 and EPTES/MCM-41 on the composite reflected the degree of interaction and dispersion of the silica filler in the polymer matrix, as evidenced by results from transmission electron microscopy and atomic force microscopy.

Perovskite solar cells(PSCs) have revolutionized photovoltaic research. As a result, a certified power conversion efficiency(PCE) of 25.5% was recorded in late 2020. Although this efficiency is comparable with silicon solar cells;some issues remain partially unsolved, such as lead toxicity, instability of perovskite materials under continuous illumination, moisture and oxygen, and degradation of the metallic counter electrodes. As an alternative to tackle this last concern, carbon materials have been recently used, due to their good electrical and thermal conductivity, and chemical stability, which makes them one of the most promising materials to replace metallic counter electrodes in the fabrication of PSCs. This review highlights the recent advances of carbon-based PSCs, where the carbon electrode(CE) is the main *** have become very promising candidates for PSCs;they are mainly fabricated using a simple combination of graphite and carbon black powders embedded in a binder matrix, giving a paste that is then solution-processable, resulting in devices with improved quality stability, when compared to metallic electrodes. in this review, CE’s composition is emphasized, since it can give both, high and lowtemperature processed electrodes, compatible with different device configurations. Finally, the tendencies and opportunities to use CE in PSCs devices are presented.

Proteins secreted by Helicobacter pylori (H. pylori), an important human pathogen responsible for severe gastric diseases, are reviewed from the point of view of their biochemical characterization, both functional and structural. Despite the vast amount of experimental data available on the proteins secreted by this bacterium, the precise size of the secretome remains unknown. in this review, we consider as secreted both proteins that contain a secretion signal for the periplasm and proteins that have been detected in the external medium in in vitro experiments. in this way, H. pylori’s secretome appears to be composed of slightly more than 160 proteins, but this number must be considered very cautiously, not only because the definition of secretome itself is ambiguous but also because the included proteins were observed as secreted in in vitro experiments that were not representative of the environmental situation in vivo. The proteins that appear to be secreted can be grouped into different classes: enzymes (48 proteins), outer membrane proteins (43), components of flagella (11), members of the cytotoxic-associated genes pathogenicity island or other toxins (8 and 5, respectively), binding and transport proteins (9), and others (11). A final group, which includes 28 members, is represented by hypothetical uncharacterized proteins. Despite the large amount of data accumulated on the H. pylori secretome, a considerable amount of work remains to reach a full comprehension of the system at the molecular level.

Although Gregory Johnson’s models have influenced social theory in archaeology,few have applied or built upon these models to predict aspects of social organization,group size,or *** have been limited to small case ***,the relationship between a society’s scale and its information-processing capacities has been explored using the Seshat ***,i apply multiple-linear regression analysis to the Seshat data using Turchin and colleagues’9“complexity characteristics”(CCs)to further examine the relationship between the hierarchy CC and the remaining 8 CCs which include both aspects of a polity’s scale and aspects of what Kohler et ***“collective computation”.The results support Johnson’s ideas that stratification will generally increase with increases in a polity’s scale(population,territory);however,stratification is also higher when polities increase their developments in information-processing variables such as texts.

A combination of two indirect methods to measure sediment flux is presented in this study to evaluate suspended sediment transport in a hydropower reservoir. The acoustic backscatter signal(ABS)from an Acoustic Doppler Current Profiler(ADCP) is therefore applied in pre-defined transects within the reservoir in combination with a Laser in-Situ Scattering Transmissometry-stream lined device(LiSSTSL). The stationary LiSST-SL derived suspended sediment concentration(SSC) measurements are used to calibrate the ABS. From the LiSST-SL measurements a time series of SSC is obtained. This enables, in addition, a comprehensive data analysis to evaluate the influence of natural fluctuations of the SSC on the calculated sediment flux, which should be taken into account when assessing sediment transport. Furthermore SSC measurements are done with the LiSST-SL close to the reservoir bed. in areas close to the bed no information regarding the ABS is available from the ADCP measurements due to the side-lobe interference. in various studies the information from the last three valid cells is used for ***, as result of a comparison of the LiSST-SL measurements with extrapolated SSC values from the ADCP measurements it can be seen that, especially in deep reservoirs, this method has to be adapted to the in-situ conditions.
