Incorrect family behavior in caring for the dental and oral health of preschool-aged children can affect the incidence of dental caries in these children and can cause more serious health problems in the future if not treated immediately,so it is important to find the right *** study aims to determine the effect of family counseling on dental and oral care for *** study uses a narrative literature review *** articles using 5 databases(Pubmed,ScienceDirect,SpringerLink,ProQuest,and Google Scholar)to search for articles with the keywords family counseling AND Oral health AND Early Childhood Caries AND Behavior Change AND Family and the article selection process refers to the Flow diagram of the PRISMA Statement *** results showed that there were 7 articles analyzed in this *** implementation of family counseling has a significant effect in increasing self-efficacy,knowledge,ability,and motivation of the family,as well as the behavior of the child,to reduce the risk of dental caries in preschool-age children,taking into account several *** was determined that family counseling is effective in reducing the incidence of dental caries in preschool children.

Introduction: Renal transplant artery stenosis (RTAS) is a common and early complication of renal transplantation, which can lead to severe post-transplant hypertension, as well as significant morbidity and mortality, particulary graft loss. The aim of this study is to determine the prevalence, clinico-radiological characteristics and evaluate the outcomes of luminal angioplasty as a first-line treatment for RTAS, through the analysis of medical records of 27 kidney transplant patients. Material and Methods: This is a retrospective, single-center, and descriptive study conducted at the Nephrology department of the Ibn-Sina Hospital in Rabat, including 27 renal transplant patients with RTAS during the period from 1998 to 2023. All patients with clinically suspected RTAS and confirmed by Doppler ultrasound of the transplanted renal artery were included in the study. Results: The mean age of donors was 48.66 ± 13.55 years, with a female predominance (65%). The donor was deceased in 15% of cases. The mean age of the recipients was 39 ± 16 years with a male-to-female ratio of 4.4. The median onset of RTAS was 3.6 ± 3.4 months after renal transplantation. Seven patients (26%) had high blood pressure (HBP) before their transplantation. Six patients (22%) had hypertriglyceridemia and 7 patients (26%) had pure hypercholesterolemia. The main clinical signs were worsening of preexisting HBP, de novo HBP and acute renal failure (ARF). Stenosis was confirmed by renal Doppler ultrasound in all patients. It was severe in 63%, with a stenosis degree greater than 70%. Six patients underwent angioplasty, resulting in the stabilization of graft function with a nadir of 15 mg/l creatinine and blood pressure control with dual therapy in 5 patients. No graft loss cases were noted. Conclusion: RTAS is a significant vascular complication of renal transplantation that predicts unfavorable outcomes for both the patient and the graft. The Current Conservation Efforts and Future Prospects for the Endangered Nubian Ibex (Capra nubiana ibex) in Sudan

A comprehensive action plan for the conservation of the endangered species, the Nubian ibex in Sudan, can be developed by gaining a thorough understanding of their current status, conservation strategy, and relevant laws and regulations, as well as raising awareness about the importance of protecting endangered species. The Nubian ibex is listed as an endangered species on The International Union for Conservation of Nature (IUCN) Red List, highlighting the need for further research on population conservation efforts due to insufficient population data. To address this knowledge gap, a questionnaire was conducted with various stakeholders, including police officers, researchers, and lecturers, representing a diverse range of organizations and universities. The findings revealed that hunting is the primary factor contributing to endangerment. Mammals account for 80% of endangered species, while reptiles comprise less than one-tenth. Research centers are recognized as the main governing body, and 85% of participants are concerned about the declining population. Hunting accounted for less than half of the threats to the ibex population in Sudan, while habitat loss made up a quarter. Mining, climate change, human activity, and agriculture were also identified as risks. However, there were no plans, strategies, procedures, or measures in place to conserve the Nubian ibex. There were also no initiatives to preserve its biodiversity, and awareness about endangered species was lacking. Although participants believed that laws were effective in protecting the ibex, no licenses were issued for its conservation, and annual surveys were not conducted. Additionally, there were no recorded instances of Mukhalfat related to the Nubian ibex. In light of these findings, we propose various conservation measures to address these challenges. In this paper Genetic Algorithm has been integrated with Fouquet modal analysis to optimize radiation pattern of coupled periodic antenna. Floquet analysis is used with MoM-GEC (Moment-Generalized Equivalent Circuit) method to study a finite periodic array with uniform amplitude and linear phase distribution. This method is very advantageous for studying large antenna array since it considerably reduces the computation time and the number of operations. In this way, Genetic algorithm is introduced and combined with Floquet analysis to optimize the radiation pattern distribution of this coupled periodic antenna. The goal of the optimization is to provide a better radiation characteristic for the coupled periodic antenna with maximum side lobe level reduction.

Mine waste and process tailings storage is one of important challenge for which mining operations are increasingly confronted. Treatment discharges of plants and main part of waste rock development are generally stored on surface areas. The volume and chemical characteristics of these materials generate serious problem for required storage spaces and mainly environmental degradation. Paste backfill(PBF) is one of ingenious solutions to minimize the quantity of tailings to store. PBF is basically defined as a combination of mine processing tailings, binder, and water mixing. The purpose of this paper is to present backfilling components characterization and formula verification for a waste valorization solution through paste backfilling technology in Imiter operation. Obtained results and realized analysis demonstrate PBF conformity and adequacy with assigned underground functions. However the studied recipe can be more ameliorated to obtain an optimal mixture ensuring the required mechanical strength.
