In this paper,we review and analyze intrusion detection systems for Agriculture 4.0 cyber ***,we present cyber security threats and evaluation metrics used in the performance evaluation of an intrusion detection system for Agriculture ***,we evaluate intrusion detection systems according to emerging technologies,including,Cloud computing,Fog/Edge computing,Network virtualization,Autonomous tractors,Drones,Internet of Things,Industrial agriculture,and Smart *** on the machine learning technique used,we provide a comprehensive classification of intrusion detection systems in each emerging ***,we present public datasets,and the implementation frameworks applied in the performance evaluation of intrusion detection systems for Agriculture ***,we outline challenges and future research directions in cyber security intrusion detection for Agriculture 4.0.

The speed and pace of the transmission of severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2(SARS-CoV-2;also referred to as novel Coronavirus 2019 and COVID-19)have resulted in a global pandemic,with significant health,financial,political,and other *** have been various attempts to manage COVID-19 and other pandemics using technologies such as Internet of Things(IoT)and 5G/6G ***,we also need to ensure that IoT devices used to facilitate COVID-19 monitoring and treatment(e.g.,medical IoT devices)are secured,as the compromise of such devices can have significant consequences(e.g.,life-threatening risks to COVID-19 patients).Hence,in this paper we comprehensively survey existing IoT-related solutions,potential security and privacy risks and their *** example,we classify existing security and privacy solutions into five categories,namely:authentication and access control solutions,key management and cryptography solutions,blockchain-based solutions,intrusion detection systems,and privacy-preserving *** each category,we identify the associated *** also identify a number of recommendations to inform future research.

Performance Evaluation of Bottom-Standing Submerged Breakwaters in Regular Waves Using the Meshless Singular Boundary Method

In this paper, the improved version of the meshless singular boundary method (ISBM) is developed for analyzing the hydrodynamic performance of bottom-standing submerged breakwaters in regular normally incident waves. Both the single and dual prismatic breakwaters of rectangular and trapezoidal forms are examined. Only the impermeable breakwaters are considered in this study. The physical problem is cast in terms of the Laplace equation governing an irrotational flow and incompressible fluid motion with the appropriate mixed-type boundary conditions, and it is solved numerically using the ISBM. The numerical results are presented in terms of the hydrodynamic quantities of reflection and transmission coefficients. The values are first validated against the data of previous studies, computed, and discussed for a variety of structural conditions, including the height, width, and spacing of breakwater submergence. An excellent agreement is observed between the ISBM results and those of other methods. The breakwater width is found to feature marginal effects compared with the height. The present method is shown to accurately predict the resonant conditions at which the maximum reflection and transmission occur. The trapezoidal breakwaters are found to generally present a wide spectrum of reflections, suggesting that they would function better than the rectangular breakwaters. The dual breakwater systems are confirmed to perform much better than single structures.

The discharge and charge mechanisms of rechargeable Li-O2 batteries have been the subject of extensive investigation recently. However, they are not fully understood yet. Here we report a systematic study of the morphological transition of Li2O2 from a single crystalline structure to a toroid like particle during the discharge-charge cycle, with the help of a theoretical model to explain the evolution of the Li2O2 at different stages of this process. The model suggests that the transition starts in the first monolayer of Li2O2, and is subsequently followed by a transition from particle growth to film growth if the applied current exceeds the exchange current for the oxygen reduction reaction in a Li-O2 cell. Furthermore, a sustainable mass transport of the diffusive active species （e.g., O2 and Li＋） and evolution of the underlying interfaces are critical to dictate desirable oxygen reduction （discharge） and evolution （charge） reactions in the oorous carbon electrode of a Li-O2 cell.

Acoustic wave resonators are promising candidates for gravimetric ***,they generally suffer from strong acoustic radiation in liquid,which limits their quality factor and increases their frequency *** article presents an acoustic radiation-free gravimetric biosensor based on a locally resonant surface phononic crystal(SPC)consisting of periodic high aspect ratio electrodes to address the above *** acoustic wave generated in the SPC is slower than the sound wave in water,hence it prevents acoustic propagation in the fluid and results in energy confinement near the electrode *** energy confinement results in a significant quality factor improvement and reduces frequency *** proposed SPC resonator is numerically studied by finite element analysis and experimentally implemented by an electroplating-based fabrication *** results show that the SPC resonator exhibits an in-liquid quality factor 15 times higher than a conventional Rayleigh wave resonator at a similar operating *** proposed radiation suppression method using SPC can also be applied in other types of acoustic wave ***,this method can serve as a general technique for boosting the in-liquid quality factor and sensing performance of many acoustic biosensors.
