Russia's President Vladimir Putin's proposal for a United Nations peacekeeping deployment in eastern Ukraine in 2017 has given rise to broad discussion regarding the possibility of a UN intervention in *** the idea has been brought up several times prior to Putin's proposal,it had not received significant attention until the seemingly new shift in Russia's attitude towards eastern *** shift,if genuine(which is questionable),may open a new era of not only Russian-Ukrainian relations,but also the relations between Russia and the West in *** idea of involving the United Nations as a peacekeeping actor comes naturally:the organization specializes in situations like this and it has high experience in dealing with similar *** current peacekeeping mechanism and all the attempts to resolve the crisis have failed,therefore,there is an urgent need to design a new and better framework to restore peace in ***,there are numerous factors that question the eligibility and competence of United Nations in this particular *** spoiler problems in eastern Ukraine are highly sensitive and Russia's paradox role further increases the complexity of the *** Stedman's Spoiler Theory highlights the importance of proper diagnosis and management of *** the United Nations restore peace in Donbas?What are the attributes that a peacekeeping mission should bear in order to be successful?What are the risks of such a mission,and what are the major local spoilers that could prevent the success of any peaceful peacekeeping mechanism?What is Russia's role and how can it influence the outcome of a UN peacekeeping operation?In my thesis I answer these crucial questions and highlight the spoiler problems in eastern Ukraine that make the United Nations' competence in conflict resolution in Donbas highly doubtful.

We present a theoretical study of new nanostructures based on bilayered graphene with periodically arranged hexagonal holes （bilayered graphene antidots）. Our ab initio calculations show that fabrication of hexagonal holes in bigraphene leads to connection of the neighboring edges of the two graphene layers with formation of a hollow carbon nanostructure sheet which displays a wide range of electronic properties （from semiconductor to metallic）, depending on the size of the holes and the distance between them. The results were additionally supported by wave packet dynamical transport calculations based on the numerical solution of the time-dependent Schr/Sdinger equation.

Latest advances in network sensor technology and state of the art of mobile robotics and artificial intelligence research can be applied to develop autonomous and distributed monitoring systems. Intelligent Space （iSpace） is an environmental system, which is able to support human in informative and physical ways. iSpace observing the space with distributed sensors, extracts useful information from the obtained data and provides various services to users. This means that essential functions of iSpace are ＂observation＂, ＂recognition＂ and ＂actuation.＂ In this paper, we focus on the observation function of iSpace. And we describe observation systems to get information of both human and mobile agents in the space to show new results.

The article deals with special questions of some aspects of food safety and application of methods of food physics in food processing and also in food quality control and quality assurance. The role of food safety has developed significantly in the last 2 decades, so today the production and processing of safe and quality food is of primary importance. Modem food production is based on principles of GAP and GMP （including GHP） and different methods and tools for quality control and assurance （IFS, HACCP, ISO-9000, ISO-9000/2010, ISO-22000, TQM）. There are different techniques and methods to produce safe food and to control the quality of the foodstuffs. The modem, up-to-date technologies and measurement techniques involve the application of many physical methods - high pressure, pulsing electrical field, microwave, non-destructive techniques （e.g., INAA, NMR, NIR-NIT, PAS）, radiation treatments as well. Using radiation technologies （of course not only nuclear ones） it is possible to fulfil some very important expectations of modem food processing, e.g., decrease of microbial contamination, improvement of sensory properties, increase of storability of food products.

＜正＞ The analgesic effect of magnetic fields in humans has widely been studied. The aim of the present work was to examine i) the effect of static magnetic field （SMF） on inflammatory visceral pain under whole- body exposure,ii) the possible mechanism of analgesic action induced by SMF. Method: pain reaction was elicited by 0.6% acetic acid injected intraperitoneally. The number of writhings was determined both in control group and in animals exposed to SMF. In order to analyse the mechanism of analgesic action opioid receptor antagonists were given sc. before the acetic acid. Results: SMF decreased the number of writhing during the 30 min observation period significantly （80 + 7 vs 37+ 4）. Naloxone antagonised the SMF- induced analgesia,naltrindole （deltareceptor antagonist） also reduced it. but to less extent,nor- binaltorphimine （kappa- receptor antagonist） failed to affect the analgesic action. Conclusions: i) It was first demonstrated that SMF induces an opioid - mediated analgesia under experimental condition in ***) After determination of the optimized parameters of SMF. human studies can start.

In Arabidopsis thaliana,canonical auxin-dependent gene regulation is mediated by 23 transcription factors from the AUXIN RESPONSE FACTOR(ARF)family that interact with auxin/indole acetic acid repressors(Aux/IAAs),which themselves form co-receptor complexes with one of six TRANSPORT INHIBITOR*!/AUXIN-SIGNALLING F-BOX(TIR1/AFB)*** combinations of co-receptors drive specific sensing outputs,allowing auxin to control a myriad of ***6 and ARF8 are positive regulators of adventitious root initiation upstream of jasmonate,but the exact auxin co-receptor complexes controlling the transcriptional activity of these proteins has remained ***,using loss-of-function mutants we show that three Aux/IAA genes,IAA6,IAA9,and IAA17,act additively in the control of adventitious root(AR)*** three IAA proteins interact with ARF6 and/or ARF8 and likely repress their activity in AR *** show that TIR1 and AFB2 are positive regulators of AR formation and TIR1 plays a dual role in the control of jasmonic acid(JA)biosynthesis and conjugation,as several JA biosynthesis genes are up-regulated in the tir1-1 *** results lead us to propose that in the presence of auxin,TIR1 and AFB2 form specific sensing complexes with IAA6,IAA9,and/or IAA17 to modulate JA homeostasis and control AR initiation.

中国国家食品药品监督管理总局(CFDA)组织药品审评中心(CDE)等技术部门,起草《生物类似药研发与评价技术指导原则(征求意见稿)》(以下简称"征求意见稿"),并于2014年10月29日公开向社会征求意见。尽管本征求意见稿与美国食品药品监督管理局(FDA)于2012年2月9日颁布的指南草案非常相近,但是我们认为本征求意见稿个别条款甚至比FDA的草案更加严谨。例如,CFDA的征求意见稿要求在候选药与参照药之间证明相似性时需考虑批内和批间的相似性。CFDA的征求意见稿甫一出台即吸引了制药企业、生物科技产业、监管机构以及学术界的广泛关注。本文拟对参照药的异质性,非劣效性试验在评估生物等效性中的应用,比例标化的平均生物等效性准则(SABE)的潜在应用,批内和批间变异性在生物等效性评估中的考虑等几项关键问题做一讨论。

The paper deals with some questions of important aspects of food safety and application of principles of food physics in the food sector. Food production and processing of quality food and safe food are today of primary importance. Food production is based on the principles of Good Agricultural Practice （GAP）, Good Manufactoring Practice （GMP） and Good Hygiene Practice （GHP）. Recently, the industrial food processing is focused dominantly on the quality, and one of the basic requirements of the quality is the safety. There are different methods and techniques to produce safe food. The up-to-date food technologies and quality measurements （quality control and quality assurance） involve the application of different physical methods, e.g., high pressure, pulsing electrical field, nondestructive techniques, e.g., nuclear magnetic resonance （NMR）, near infrared reflectance, near infrared transmittance （NIR-NIT）, photo acoustic spectroscopy （PAS） and instrumental neutron activation analysis （INAA） for chemical composition determination, radiation techniques, nanofiltration and reverse osmosis （RO） as well. Using ionizing radiation （nuclear methods） and non-ionizing radiation technologies, it is possible to fulfill a lot of expectations： decrease of microbial contamination, improve of sensory properties, increase of storability, etc..

This paper reports two noctuid moths, Atrachea japonica （Leech, 1889） and Autographa macrogamma （Eversmann, 1842） that are new to the Chinese fauna. They are distributed in Tahe County in Daxing＇anling forest region, China. In addition, a new recourd species, Neustrotia rectilineata Ueda, 1987, which is described from Mt, Sudo-san, Korea and Hotso, Prov. Taiwan, is newly added to continental fauna of the family Noctuidae s.l.. The external characteristics, genitalia photos, and the distributional ranges of those species are provided, and all the materials examined in this study are deposited in the collection of the Entomological Laboratory, Forestry college of Northeast Forestry University, Harbin, China.
