Bras.icaceae family including th. model plant Arabidops.s.th.liana and important crop s.ecies. Arabidops.s.fruit development is.controlled by a network of interacting regulatory genes. Among th.m, th. INDEh.s.ENT （IND） gene is.a key regulator of th. valve-margin tis.ue th.t mediates.fruit opening, h.nce facilitating fruit deh.s.ence. We demons.rated th.t th. valve-margin development is.accelerated at h.gh.r temperature and th.t IND is.tar- geted for th.rmos.ns.ry control. Wh.n cons.dering s.ate es.imation in real time control s.s.ems.for production th.re are often limited computational res.urces. Th.s.becomes.es.ecially apparent wh.n des.gning obs.rvers.for s.iff s.s.ems.s.nce th. dis.retized implementation requires.s.all s.ep length. to ens.re s.ability. One way to reduce th. computational burden, is.to reduce th. model s.iffnes. by approximating th. fas. dynamics.with.ins.antaneous.relations. trans.orming an ordinary differential equations.ODE)model into a differential algebraic equation(DAE) model. Th. s.omach. of is.urane-anes.h.tized mice were exteriorized, and th. mucos.l s.rface expos.d. Blood flow was.meas.red with.th. las.r-Doppler tech.ique, and s.s.emic arterial blood pres.ure monitored. C57BL/6 mice were expos.d to water extract produced from h.pylori s.rain 88-23. To inves.igate th. role of a nerveor iNOs.mediated path.ay, we us.d intraluminal lidocaine and iNOs./-mice. Blood flow res.ons. to th. endogenous.nitric oxide s.nth.s. inh.bitor as.mmetric dimeth.l arginine (ADmA) was.als. as.es.ed. REs.LTs. In wild-type mice, h.E decreas.d mucos.l blood flow by approximately 30%. Th.s.reduction was.abolis.0}d in iNOs.defi cient mice, and by pre-treatment with.lidocaine.
