Major depressive disorder(Mdd)is a chronic,generally episodic and debilitating disease that affects an estimated 300 million people worldwide,but its pathogenesis is poorly *** heritability estimate of Mdd is 30–40%,suggesting that genetics alone do not account for most of the risk of major *** factor known to associate with Mdd involves environmental stressors such as childhood adversity and recent life *** studies have emerged to show that the biological impact of environmental factors in Mdd and other stress-related disorders is mediated by a variety of epigenetic *** epigenetic modification alterations contribute to abnormal neuroendocrine responses,neuroplasticity impairment,neurotransmission and neuroglia dysfunction,which are involved in the pathophysiology of ***,epigenetic marks have been associated with the diagnosis and treatment of *** evaluation of epigenetic modifications holds promise for further understanding of the heterogeneous etiology and complex phenotypes of Mdd,and may identify new therapeutic ***,we review preclinical and clinical epigenetic findings,including dNA methylation,histone modification,noncoding RNA,RNA modification,and chromatin remodeling factor in *** addition,we elaborate on the contribution of these epigenetic mechanisms to the pathological trait variability in depression and discuss how such mechanisms can be exploited for therapeutic purposes.

＜正＞Monkeys have strong abilities to remember the visual properties of potential food sources for survival in the *** present study demonstrated the first observations of rhesus monkeys learning to solve complex spatial mazes in which routes were guided by visual *** monkeys were trained in a maze（6 m×6 m） included of four different *** recorded the cue and cup errors,latencies and pathway for each *** data showed that monkeys learned the target place after three days in the first maze and spent a shorter time in learning the following *** maze was an efficient method to measure the ability and proceeding of spatial memory in ***,working memory can also be tested by using the ***-801 at 0.02 mg/kg but not at 0.005 mg/kg impaired monkeys’ retrieval of spatial memory after they learned all four *** present maze may provide an efficient method to help bridging the gap in cognition between non-human primates and humans,and in particular to gain insight into human’s cognitive function and dysfunction.

In this survey, we discuss how intellectual property rights （IPR） protection in the South affects trade flows, foreign direct investment （FdI） flows, and technology transfers from the North to the South. We also discuss optimal IPR policies and their effect on innovation. Our discussion covers both theoretical studies and empirical evidence. This survey is both comprehensive and critical. It aims to give readers the current state of IPR and globalization literature. Some issues have been studied more thoroughly, whereas for others the surface has only been scratched upon. This survey gives readers a clearer picture of the literature and may help them find future research topics.

Cross-Country Externalities of Trade and FdI Liberalization

We develop a three-country heterogeneous-firm model and show that FdI liberalization in one foreign country （F1） results in the following：（i） some firms from the home country switch from export to FdI in F1; （ii） skilled labor＇s wage rate drops in the home country; （iii） wage inequality between the skilled and unskilled labor decreases; and （iv） some firms from the home country switch from FdI to export to another foreign country （F2）. The effects from trade liberalization are just the opposite, but the effects from education improvement are qualitatively the same as FdI liberalization. The cross-country externalities work through the domestic labor market.

dear Editor, The patient is a 45-year-old male who presented to an outside clinic in 2014 for evaluation of painful ejaculation, infertility, and difficulty with urination for as long as he could remember. He reported no past significant medical or surgical history and no family history of infertility. He was given a trial of tamsulosin without improvement in his symptoms. Initial semen analysis demonstrated azoospermia.

Systematic review of mixed cryoglobulinemia associated with hepatitis E virus infection:association or causation?

Background and aim:Mixed cryoglobulinemia(MC)has been associated with several viral infections,and chronic hepatitis C is recognized as a major *** associated with hepatitis E virus(HEV)has been described and little is known about this rare *** aim of this study is to perform a systematic review of MC associated with HEV,and examine the presence of a causal ***:An experienced librarian conducted a search of databases from each database’s inception to 12 december 2016 based on a priori *** risk of bias was assessed,and Hill’s criteria were applied to determine ***:Five publications met inclusion criteria,with a total of 15 *** studies had low,one low to moderate and one moderate risk of *** age was 43 years,and all patients came from Western *** patients were immunocompetent,while 13 were immunosuppressed,post solid organ transplant and had chronic hepatitis *** involvement was observed in seven patients,mild to moderately severe cryoglobulinemic disease in one patient and severe cryoglobulinemic disease in three *** patient improved spontaneously,and another was treated with immunosuppressant reduction leading to viral *** patients treated with peg-interferon or ribavirin for 3 months achieved loss of cryoglobulinemia and end-of-treatment response,but sustained virologic response was reported and achieved in *** achieved loss of cryoglobulinemia in three *** case of chronic renal failure,three cases of end-stage renal disease and one death were *** of the nine Hill’s criteria were ***:MC has been described with HEV infection.A causal relationship between HEV infection and cryoglobulinemia is highly probable.
