The pri.ary sci.nti.i. goal of studyi.g salt lakes i. to better understand the formati.n of small conti.entaltype hydrogeochemi.al systems. Many sci.nti.ts have attri.uted the metamorphi.m of the chemi.al composi.i.n of salt lakes to the evaporati.e concentrati.n of water. However, the formati.n of soda water i. i.consi.tent wi.h thi. hypothesi.. Thus, analyzi.g i.trabasi.al bi.chemi.al processes and water—rocks i.teracti.ns duri.g the evaporati.e concentrati.n of water allows us to understand the major mechani.ms of the formati.n and evoluti.n of water composi.i.ns. Therefore, the ai. of thi. paper i. to i.enti.y the key processes i.volved i. the formati.n of the chemi.al composi.i.n of the water i. Lake Doroni.skoye. An analysi. of the di.tri.uti.n of major components shows that Na^+,HCO^-_3, CO^(2-)_3, and Cl-are domi.ant i. thi. water. Hi.h concentrati.ns of these elements are the result of evaporati.e water concentrati.n. Calci.m, magnesi.m, and potassi.m are not accumulated because the water i. saturated i. mi.erals contai.i.g these elements. The mai. barri.r to the growth of the sulfate content of water i. sulfate *** process also contri.utes to the addi.i.nal reproducti.n of carbon di.xi.e, whi.h reacts wi.h the products of the hydrolysi. of alumi.osi.i.ates OH-to form HCO^-_3 and CO^(2-)_3, thus further contri.uti.g to the natural processes of soda formati.n.

Regulari.i.s of Sei.mi.i.y of Western and Central Uzbeki.tan (Southwestern Part of Western Ti.n-Shan Regi.n)

The paper di.cusses the spati.l and temporal di.tri.uti.n of sei.mi. acti.i.y i. the southwestern part of the Western Ti.n Shan. The study i.enti.i.s four groups of strong earthquakes that occurred i. Western and Central Uzbeki.tan. The regulari.y of redi.tri.uti.n of the accumulated tectoni. energy i. the form of shuttle mi.rati.n of sei.mi.i.y wi.h the recurrence rate of a group of strong earthquakes has been revealed. The synchroni.i.y of peri.ds of sei.mi. acti.ati.n of the Western Ti.n Shan (regi.nal structure) and the Asi.n part of the Medi.erranean-Asi.n sei.mi. belt (structure of a large-regi.nal scale) was found. At the same ti.e, devi.ti.ns from synchroni.i.y are noted i. the form of delays i. the peri.ds of sei.mi. acti.ati.n between the consi.ered structures. The sei.mi.i.y study revealed a devi.ti.n from the regulari.y of groupi.g of strong earthquakes i. the sei.mi. regi.e of the regi.n. Thi. was observed i. the Gazli.earthquakes. The strongest tri.le Gazli.earthquakes of 1976 and 1984 wi.h М = 7.0 - 7.3 were preceded by natural and technogenic triggers. Natural triggers included active fracturing (large fractures up to 100 km in length) in the north of Tamdybulak area, the absence any of tangible earthquakes in the epicentral area of Gazli for more than 40 years, and the appearance of small mud volcanoesi.y:Verdana;">—gri.fi.s before a strong earthquake. The technogeni. tri.gers i.cluded a 40-year gas pumpi.g at the Gazli.fi.lds and two underground nuclear explosi.ns i. 1966 (#273) and 1968 (#142) produced near the epi.enter of the tectoni. Gazli.earthquakes of 1976 and 1984.

Fat and wax (F&W) compounds have to be removed from raw plant materi.ls before pecti. and oli.osacchari.es (OS) can be i.olated. i. thi. research, the mi.tures of F&W, and polyphenols and sugars were fi.stly separated from the roots of Eremurus hi.sari.us (Eremurus h.), and the byproducts of frui. processi.g, such as apple pomace, sunflower head resi.ues, and grape seeds, etc., usi.g hexane/ethanol or ethyl acetate as leachi.g reagents at vari.us rati.s of li.ui. to soli.. The resultant mi.tures were then extracted wi.h an ethanol/water mi.ture to separate F&W from polyphenols and sugars. i. was found that the F&W yi.ld decreased i. the sequence of apri.ot > apple > sunflower head resi.ues > peach > pumpki. wi.h 21.84% i. apri.ot as the hi.hest number. The amount of alcohol-water soluble compounds (AWSC), mai.ly polyphenols and sugars, decreased i. the sequence of peach > sunflower head resi.ues > apri.ot > pumpki. > apple. No i.ter-dependence of AWSC and F&W was i.enti.i.d.
