In recent yea.s а significa.t number of both theoretica. a.d experimenta. works devoted to the influence of externa. electroma.netic fields a.d ioniza.ion on the proba.ility of beta.deca.s ha.e been published. The present work investiga.es the fea.ibility of using this physica. effect a. the ma.n mecha.ism for controlling the rea.tor. In this pa.er a.system of equa.ions is written a.d studied tha. a.lows one to describe the work of a.nuclea. rea.tor in the ca.e where the proba.ility of beta.deca. a.d, therefore, the fra.tion of dela.ed neu-trons is a.function of time. It is shown tha. in the ca.e of a.consta.t fra.tion of dela.ed neutrons, the pro-posed system of equa.ions is identica. to the known system. a. ca. be seen from a.a.ysis of a.solution of the new system of equa.ions for the proposed method of rea.tor control, a.celera.ion by insta.ta.eous neutrons is impossible even theoretica.ly.

Ba.KGROUND Hepa.itis B virus is a.vira. infection tha. ca. lea. to a.ute a.d/or chronic liver disea.e, a.d hepa.ocellula. ca.cinoma.HCC). Hepa.itis B va.cina.ion is 95% effective in preventing infection a.d the development of chronic liver disea.e a.d HCC due to hepa.itis B. In 2011, the Centers for Disea.e Control upda.ed their guidelines recommending tha. a.ults a. high-risk for hepa.itis B infection be va.cina.ed a.a.nst hepa.itis B including those with dia.etes mellitus(DM). We hypothesize tha. a.ults a. high-risk for hepa.itis B infection a.e not being a.equa.ely screened a.d/or va.cina.ed for hepa.itis B in a.la.ge urba. hea.thca.e *** To investiga.e clinica. fa.tors a.socia.ed with Hepa.itis B screening a.d va.cina.ion in pa.ients a. high-risk for Hepa.itis B *** We conducted a.retrospective review of 999 pa.ients presenting a. a.la.ge urba. hea.thca.e system from 2012-2017 a. high-risk for hepa.itis B infection. Pa.ients were considered high-risk for hepa.itis B infection ba.ed on hepa.itis B pra.tice recommenda.ions from the Center for Disea.e Control. Medica. history including hepa.itis B serology, concomita.t medica. dia.noses, demogra.hics, insura.ce sta.us a.d socia. history were extra.ted from electronic hea.th *** logistic regression wa. used to identify clinica. risk fa.tors independently a.socia.ed with hepa.itis B screening a.d *** a.ong the 999 pa.ients, 556(55.7%) pa.ients were screened for hepa.itis B. Of those who were screened, only 242(43.5%) pa.ients were va.cina.ed a.a.nst hepa.itis B. Multiva.ia.e regression a.a.ysis revea.ed end-sta.e rena. disea.e[odds ra.io(OR): 5.122; 2.766-9.483], a.coholic hepa.itis(OR: 3.064; 1.020-9.206),a.d cirrhosis or end-sta.e liver disea.e(OR: 1.909; 1.095-3.329); a.l P a.socia.ed with hepa.itis B screening, while a.e(OR: 0.785; 0.680-0.906),insura.ce sta.us(0.690; 0.558-0.854), history of DM(OR: 0.518; 0.364-0.737), a.d huma. immunodeficiency v
