Unmanned Aerial Vehicle(UAV)equipped with uniform linear array has been applied to multiple emitters ***,nested linear array enables to enhance localization resolution and achieve under-determined Direction of Arrival(DOA)*** this paper,we propose a new system structure for emitters localization that combines the UAV with nested linear array,which is capable of significantly increasing the positioning accuracy of interested ***,a localization scheme is designed to obtain the paired two-dimensional DOA(2D-DOA,*** and elevation angles)estimates of emitters by nested linear array with ***,we propose an improved DOA estimation algorithm for emitters localization that utilizes Discrete Fourier Transform(DFT)method to obtain coarse DOA estimates,subsequently,achieve the fine DOA estimates by sparse *** proposed algorithm has lower computational complexity because the coarse DOA estimates enable to shrink the range of over-complete dictionary of sparse *** addition,compared to traditional uniform linear array,improved 2D-DOA estimation performance of emitters can be obtained with a nested linear *** simulation results testify the effectiveness of the proposed method.

BACKGROUND: Pain and sensory disability are greatly affected by subjective factors, there are no quantitative indexes to evaluate cervical spondylotic radiculopathy(CSR). The judgment on clinical body examination and chief complaint always causes nonobjective results with great individual differences. Quantitative sensory testing (QST) can be used to judge the nerve function of fibril. The application of QST for the quantitative evaluation of peripheral nervous system disease needs to be further studied. OBJECTIVE: The cold-thermal sensation and pain of patients with CSR are quantitatively analyzed by using QST technology in order to evaluate the nerve function of fibril in patients with CSR. DESIGN: Case-control observation. SETTING: Pain Center of Beijing Hospital of Ministry of health. PARTICIPANTS: Twenty patients with CSR, including 8 males and 12 females, aged from 33 to 70 years, who received treatment between January and April 2005 in Pain Center of Beijing Hospital of Ministry of health were involved in CSR group. All the involved patients presented symptoms in unilateral upper extremity (left side 10 patients, right side 10 patients). They did not undergo physical therapy or nerve block therapy in 1 week before examination. Eight non-CSR patients who received treatment in Pain Center concurrently were involved in the control group (2 patients with trigeminal neuralgia, 4 with osteoarthrosis of knee joint and 2 with lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion), and another 12 healthy volunteers were involved. Four non-CSR patients and 12 healthy volunteers, 8 male and 12 female, were aged from 23 to 75 years. The informed consents were obtained from all the involved subjects. METHODS: The volar thresholds of cold sensation, thermal sensation, cryalgesia of thenar eminence of both upper extremities of all the subjects were examined separately by limit method with type TSA-Ⅱ temperature sensation analysator made by Medco Company (Israel). AIM： To evaluate whether urokinase perfusion of non-heart-beating cadaveric donor livers reduces the incidence of intrahepatic ischemic-type biliary lesions （IITBLs）. METHODS： A prospective study was conducted to investigate potential microthrombosis in biliary microcirculation when non-heart-beating cadaveric livers were under warm or cold ischemic conditions. The experimental group included 140 patients who underwent liver transplantation during the period of January 2006 to December 2007, and survived for more than 1 year. The control group included 220 patients who received liver transplantation between July 1999 and December 2005 and survived for more than 1 year. In the experimental group, the arterial system of the donor liver was perfused twice with urokinase during cold perfusion and after trimming of the donor liver. The incidence of IITBLs was compared between the two groups. RESULTS： In the control group, the incidence of IITBLs was 5.9% （13/220 cases） after 3-11 mo of transplantation. In the experimental group, two recipients （1.4%） developed IITBLs at 3 and 6 mo after transplantation, respectively. The difference in the incidence between the two groups was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. CONCLUSION： Double from non-heart-beating perfusion of cadaveric livers donors with urokinase may reduce the incidence of IITBLs.

目的比较不同预约方案对放疗患者每日等待时间、治疗时间固定性及迟到率的影响。方法选取自2022年3月至2022年6月在四川大学华西医院同一直线加速器上接受放疗的332例患者的5488次治疗记录。基于MOSAIQ肿瘤信息管理系统的放疗信息整合平台,按直线加速器剩余工作时间将患者分配到上午班、下午班和晚班,上午班采用传统人工预约方案,下午班采用30 min预约方案,晚班采用15 min预约方案。比较不同预约方案下,患者的治疗等待时间、治疗时间固定性(即治疗时间的标准差,标准差越小,固定性越好)以及迟到率的差异。等待时间和治疗时间固定性采用单因素方差分析,迟到率采用2×3卡方检验。结果15 min预约组、30 min预约组和人工预约组患者的等待时间分别为(27.08±17.21)、(34.57±19.12)、(41.50±20.94)min,三组间差异有统计学意义(F=254.97,P<0.001),其中15 min预约组等待时间最短,30 min预约组次之,人工预约组最长(两两组间比较均P<0.001)。在治疗时间固定性方面,15 min预约组、30 min预约组和人工预约组分别为(15.60±7.87)、(18.69±8.94)、(24.30±15.10)min,三组间差异有统计学意义(F=25.23,P<0.001),其中15 min预约组的治疗时间最为固定,30 min预约组次之,人工预约组最差(均P<0.001)。在迟到率方面,15 min预约组、30 min预约组和人工预约组的迟到率分别为5.7%、6.2%、9.6%。其中,人工组的迟到率高于15 min预约组和30 min预约组(χ^(2)=19.24、14.90,均P<0.001),而15 min组和30 min组之间的迟到率差异没有统计学意义(χ^(2)=0.39,P=0.535)。结论在常规直线加速器开展常规调强放疗技术的临床实践中,采用15 min预约方案可以缩短患者等待时间,提高患者每日放疗时间的固定性,值得临床推广。

The immunity-promoting activity of porcine placenta in mice as an immunomodulator for functional foods

This study was to explore the immunity-promoting activity of porcine placenta as a potential raw material for functional *** placenta was subjected to the analysis for its bioactive substances,and their immunity-promoting activity was determined in mice supplemented with porcine placenta extract(PPE)and freeze-dried porcine placenta powder at high(PPH)and low(PPL)*** showed that porcine placenta contained placental peptides and 15 free amino acids,and the amounts of estrogen and progesterone in products developed from porcine placenta were within the limit of national *** model experiment revealed that compared with the control,the PPH treatment significantly improved the spleen index(Phe phagocytic rate of macrophages from 20%to 60%and the conversion rate of T lymphocytes from 8%to 60%.The q PCR analysis disclosed that the porcine placenta powder enhanced mice immunity via promoting the expression of Th1 cytokines of interleukin-2(IL-2)and IFN-γ,especially the former,by almost 8 times in the spleens of male mice,while inhibited Th2 cytokines of IL-4 and *** investigation has provided a reference for the development of porcine placenta as a raw material applied in functional foods to improve human immunity.

Objective To investigate the clinical features and management of ureteral endometriosis. Methods Patients surgically and histologically diagnosed as ureteral endometriosis from January 2001 to January 2007 in Peking Union Medical College Hospital were retrospectively reviewed. Results Ten patients were diagnosed as ureteral endometriosis among 7 561 cases with surgically and histologically proved diagnosis of endometriosis, with an incidence of 0.132%. Nine out of 10 patients were extrinsic ureteral endometriosis and concomitant with severe pelvic endometriosis, and the other was intrinsic ureteral endometriosis. Hormone therapy failed in 2 patients with urinary tract obstruction. Ureterolysis was performed in 6 patients and ureterectomy was performed in 4 patients. One case of ureteral recurrence was observed in a postmenopausal woman without hormonal replacement therapy who received laparoscopic ureterolysis and hysterectomy with bilateral adnexectomy. No relapse was observed in the other 9 patients. Conclusions Ureteral endometriosis is a rare entity. The upper urinary tract should be evaluated in patients with severe endometriosis, even in postmenopausal women. The treatment of ureteral endometriosis usually requires surgery, while ureterolysis should not be performed in patients with extensive disease. As a form of adjuvant therapy of surgery, hormonal therapy is an appropriate option.
