Freeze‒thaw induced landslides(FTILs)in grasslands on the Tibetan Plateau are a geological disaster leading to soil *** landslides reduce biodiversity and intensify landscape fragmentation,which in turn are strengthen by the persistent climate change and increased anthropogenic ***,conventional techniques for mapping FTILs on a regional scale are impractical due to their labor-intensive,costly,and time-consuming *** study focuses on improving FTILs detection by implementing image fusion-based Google Earth Engine(GEE)and a random forest *** of multiple data sources,including texture features,index features,spectral features,slope,and vertical‒vertical polarization data,allow automatic detection of the spatial distribution characteristics of FTILs in Zhidoi county,which is located within the Qinghai‒Tibet Engineering Corridor(QTEC).We employed statistical techniques to elucidate the mechanisms influencing FTILs *** enhanced method identifies two schemes that achieve high accuracy using a smaller training sample(scheme A:94.1%;scheme D:94.5%)compared to other methods(scheme B:50.0%;scheme C:95.8%).This methodology is effective in generating accurate results using only~10%of the training sample size necessitated by other *** spatial distribution patterns of FTILs generated for 2021 are similar to those obtained using various other training sample sources,with a primary concentration observed along the central region traversed by the *** results highlight the slope as the most crucial feature in the fusion images,accounting for 93%of FTILs occurring on gentle slopes ranging from 0°to 14°.This study provides a theoretical framework and technological reference for the identification,monitoring,prevention and control of FTILs in *** developments hold the potential to benefit the management of grassland ecosystem,reduce economic losses,and promote grassland sustainability.

目的探讨低强度脉冲聚焦超声(FLIPUS)对脂多糖(LPS)诱导的小鼠膝关节软骨细胞损伤中炎症因子和细胞焦亡相关蛋白表达的影响及其保护软骨的作用机制。方法提取C57BL/6J小鼠膝关节原代软骨细胞进行体外实验,用1μg/mL LPS处理软骨细胞12 h模拟骨关节炎样软骨细胞损伤。细胞分为对照组(仅用含10%FBS的培养基培养,不予任何处理)、LPS组(LPS处理12 h)和LPS+FLIPUS组(LPS处理12 h后再用FLIPUS干预20 min)。采用蛋白质印迹法检测各组软骨细胞中Ⅱ型胶原蛋白α1(COL2α1)、炎症细胞因子(IL-18和IL-1β)、焦亡相关蛋白[核苷酸结合寡聚化结构域样受体3(NLRP3)、cleaved caspase 1、消皮素D N端片段(GSDMD-N)]、软骨基质降解因子[基质金属蛋白酶(MMP)13、MMP3和血小板结合蛋白基序的解聚蛋白样金属蛋白酶5(ADAMTS5)]的表达。采用钙黄绿素乙酰氧基甲酯(calcein AM)/PI荧光染色和乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)释放实验检测细胞活性,采用扫描电子显微镜观察细胞的形态变化,采用ELISA法检测细胞上清液中IL-1β、IL-18水平。结果成功提取小鼠膝关节原代软骨细胞并模拟骨关节炎样软骨细胞损伤。与对照组相比,LPS组小鼠膝关节软骨细胞中COL2α1蛋白表达降低(P<0.01),MMP13、MMP3、ADAMTS5、NLRP3、GSDMD-N、cleaved caspase 1、IL-18和IL-1β蛋白表达增加(均P<0.01),细胞上清液中IL-18、IL-1β水平升高和LDH释放增加(均P<0.01),细胞肿胀变形,细胞膜上出现较多孔隙,丧失完整性,细胞死亡率增加(P<0.01)。与LPS组相比,LPS+FLIPUS组小鼠膝关节软骨细胞中COL2α1蛋白表达上升(P<0.01),MMP13、MMP3、ADAMTS5、NLRP3、GSDMD-N、cleaved caspase 1、IL-18和IL-1β蛋白表达下降(P<0.05,P<0.01),细胞上清液中IL-18、IL-1β水平下降和LDH释放减少(P<0.05,P<0.01),细胞肿胀程度减轻,细胞膜上孔隙减少,细胞死亡率下降(P<0.05)。结论FLIPUS可能通过抑制炎症因子和细胞焦亡相关蛋白表达减轻LPS诱导的小鼠膝关节软骨细胞损伤。

目的分析幼年特发性关节炎(jia)患者代谢综合征(MetS)各组分[腰围、血压、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、甘油三酯(TG)、空腹血糖]发生情况,并探索jia与代谢异常风险是否相关及相关因素。方法收集2020年1月—2022年12月西南医科大学附属医院、成都市第三人民医院、成都市妇女儿童中心医院确诊的jia患者140例作为病例组,以及儿童保健门诊接受体检的儿童140例作为对照组,比较两组患儿之间MetS各组分发生情况,及探索jia患者代谢异常发生的可能因素。结果两组患儿的HDL-C、TG有统计学差异(P0.05);与对照组比较,jia患者的MetS两项指标异常检出率更高(P=0.004),MetS三项及以上指标的异常检出率在组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);jia患者的白蛋白、血红蛋白显著下降,天冬氨酸转氨酶、肌酐显著升高(P0.05)。疾病活动度(DAS28评分)与空腹血糖呈正相关(r=0.240,P=0.004),与HDL-C呈负相关(r=-0.402,P0.05)。多因素logistic回归分析发现,DAS28评分和病程是jia合并MetS的独立危险因素(Pjia与MetS无显著相关性,但jia中DAS28评分与MetS患病风险增加有关,提示jia患者的炎症活动在MetS中可能起着重要作用。

Since the mechanisms of methane-mudstone interactions are important for estimating shale gas reserves,methane adsorption under supercritical conditions of 30 MPa pressure and 303.15,333.15,363.15 K temperatures was studied to measure the excess methane adsorption in two mudstone samples from Yanchang Formation,Ordos *** adsorption features inflection points where the amount of adsorbed gas changes from increasing to decreasing *** methods(fixed,slope,and freely fitted density)were applied to calculate the adsorbed-phase density(rad),which was then used to fit the measured excess *** criteria,the goodness-of-fit and whether the fitting can obtain reasonable absolute adsorption,were applied to determine the most accurate *** indicated that the supercritical Dubinin-Radushkevich(SDR)model with freely fitted rad was the most reasonable *** volume of adsorbed methane at 363.15 K is close to the micropore(d<2 nm)volume of the corresponding *** the actual geological conditions,the adsorbed gas should be predominantly stored in *** parameters reveal that the methane adsorption on mudstone is a physisorption process that is jointly controlled by the heterogeneity of,and interaction forces between the methane molecule and,the rock surface.

Interface Reconstruction Study by Functional Scanning Probe Microscope in Li-ion Battery Research

Interfacial reaction is a critical factor of lithium ion battery, but is also complicated and difficult to characterize. Scanning probe microscope(SPM) is one of the most effective tools to reveal the interface reconstruction and interfacial properties(including the morphologies, mechanical properties and electricity properties) of energy material at nanoscale and at real time. In this paper, we briefly summarized the principles of AFM, conductive AFM(C-AFM) and Kelvin probe force microscope(KPFM), as well as their application to investigate the interface reconstruction of lithium-ion battery electrode material.

BACKGROUND Tailgut cysts are defined as congenital cysts that develop in the rectosacral space from the residue of the primitive *** a congenital disease,caudal cysts are very rare,and their canceration is even rarer,which makes the disease prone to misdiagnosis and delayed *** describe a case of caudal cyst with adenocarcinogenesis and summarize in detail the characteristics of cases with analytical value reported since *** SUMMARY A 35-year-old woman found a mass in her lower abdomen 2 mo *** was asymptomatic at that time and was not treated because of the coronavirus disease 2019 *** weeks ago,the patient developed abdominal distension and right waist discomfort and came to our *** for the high level of serum carcinoembryonic antigen,the medical history and laboratory tests were not *** resonance imaging showed a well-defined,slightly lobulated cystic-solid mass with a straight diameter of approximately 10 cm×9 cm in the presacral space,slightly high signal intensity on T2-weighted imaging,and moderate signal intensity on T1-weighted *** mass was completely removed by laparoscopic *** examination showed that the lesion was an intestinal mucinous adenocarcinoma,and the multidisciplinary team decided to implement postoperative *** patient recovered well,the tumor marker levels returned to normal,and tumor-free survival has been achieved thus *** The case and literature summary can help clinicians and researchers develop appropriate examination and therapeutic methods for diagnosis and treatment of this rare disease.
