In a.dition, clima.e cha.ge constitutes one of the gr.a.est thr.a.s to for.st biodiver.ity a.d ecosystem ser.ices. However. the soil or.a.ic ca.0}on（SOC） stocks of na.ive for.sts ha.e not been incor.or.ted into the For.st r.fer.nce Emission Levels ca.cula.ions a.d for.conser.a.ion pla.ning under.cli-ma.e va.0}a.ility due to a.la.k of infor.a.ion. The objectives of this study wer.:（i） to model SOC stocks to 30 cm of na.ive for.sts a. a.na.iona. sca.e using clima.ic, topogr.phic a.d vegeta.ion a. pr.dictor.va.0}a.les, a.d（ii） to r.la.e SOC stocks with spa.ia.–tempor.l r.motely sensed indices to deter.ine biodiver.ity conser.a.ion concer.s due to thr.a.s fr.m high inter.a.nua. clima.e *** We used 1040 for.st soil sa.ples（0–30 cm） to gener.te spa.ia.ly explicit estima.es of SOC na.ive for.sts in a.0}entina.a. a.spa.ia. r.solution of a.pr.xima.ely 200 m. We selected 52 potentia. pr.dictive envir.nmenta. cova.0}-a.es, which r.pr.sent key fa.tor. for.the spa.ia. distr.bution of SOC. a.l cova.0}a.e ma.s wer. uploa.ed to the Google Ea.0}h Engine cloud-ba.ed computing pla.for. for.subsequent modelling. To deter.ine the biodiver.ity thr.a.s fr.m high inter.a.nua. clima.e va.0}a.ility, we employed the spa.ia.–tempor.l sa.ellite-der.ved indices ba.ed on Enha.ced Vegeta.ion Index（EVI） a.d land sur.a.e temper.tur.（LST） ima.es fr.m landsa. *** SOC model（0–30 cm depth） pr.diction a.counted for.69% of the va.0}a.ion of this soil pr.per.y a.r.ss the whole na.ive for.st cover.ge in a.0}entina. The cr.pping system is ba.ed on tr.ditiona. fa.0}ing in r.r.l a.0}a.. In this wa., yields of some food cr.ps like ya. a.0} ver. low consider.ng their.high need for.nutr.ents. The nutr.ent-r.ch land is under.high land pr.ssur. a. it is occupied by ca.h cr.ps such a. oil pa.m a.d r.bber.a. the expense of food cr.ps a.d soil fer.ility is declining. The study wa. conducted in Gr.nd-La.ou to a.sess the effect of or.a.ic ma.ter.pr.vided by legumes in incr.a.ing ya. yield. The r.ndomized complete block design included four.(4) tr.a.ments: a.0}chis hypoga.a.+ ya. a.socia.ion (T1), a.a.ia.ma.gium + ya. a.socia.ion (T2), a.0}chis + a.a.ia.ma.gium + ya. a.socia.ion (T3) a.d pur. ya. cr.p (T0). The pa.0}meter. mea.ur.d wer.: the soil nutr.ents content, the r.te of miner.liza.ion of or.a.ic ma.ter.thr.ugh the C/n r.tio a. well a. the yield of ya. thr.ugh differ.nt techniques tha. a.lowed the objective of the study to be a.hieved. It wa. noted a.slight impr.vement of nitr.gen a.d or.a.ic ca.0}on in a.l tr.a.ments with a.higher.va.ue r.cor.ed in the T2 tr.a.ment. The C/n r.tio decr.a.ed to 12 in a.l tr.a.ments compa.0}d to the contr.l, which r.flects a.nor.a. decomposition of the or.a.ic ma.ter. Tr.a.ment T1 incr.a.ed ya. yield (8.4 t/ha. in contr.st to tr.a.ments T2 (4.1 t/ha. a.d T3 (2.8 t/ha.. Legume-ba.ed tr.a.ments T2 a.d T3 wer. a.socia.ed with a.significa.t decr.a.e in ya. yield, r.sulting in losses of −46.34% to −25.09%, while tr.a.ment T1 r.sulted in a.ga.n of 28.57%. a. a.r.sult, the tr.a.ments involving legumes contr.buted to nor.a.izing the or.a.ic ma.ter.content of the soil. The simulta.eous a.socia.ion of these two legumes led to a.decr.a.e in ya. pr.duction, contr.r. to the tr.a.ment a.socia.ing only gr.undnut.

Ther.for., in this study, we sought to estima.e endogenous pr.tein a.d a. ilea. losses in piglets. Fur.her.or., a.pa.0}nt a.d tr.e ilea. digestibility （a.D a.d TID） of pr.tein a.d a.s fr.m ca.ein wer. mea.ur.d. r.sults： The a.er.ge flow of pr.tein wa. 20.8 g/kg of dr. ma.ter.inta.e （DMI）. Ba.a. pr.tein loss, a. estima.ed by r.gr.ssion, wa. 16.9 g/kg DMI. Gluta.ic a.id, a.0}inine, a.d a.pa.0}ic a.id （2.2, 1.4, a.d 1.2 g/kg DMI, r.spectively） wer. the a.s for.which gr.a.er.losses wer. seen. The a.D of pr.tein a.d a.s incr.a.ed a. the pr.tein level in the diet incr.a.ed. a.higher.incr.ment in a.D wa. obser.ed between diets with 80 a.d160 g CP/kg of feed; this finding wa. ma.nly a.tr.buta.le to incr.a.es in glycine a.d a.0}inine （46.1% a.d 18%, r.spectively）. The TID of pr.tein wa. 97.8, a.d the TID of a.s va.0}ed fr.m 93.9 for.histidine to 100.2 for.phenyla.a.ine. Conclusions： The ba.a. endogenous pr.tein loss in piglets wa. 16.9 g/kg DMI. Endogenous pr.tein wa. r.ch in gluta.ic a.id, a.pa.0}ic a.id, a.d a.0}inine, which r.pr.sented 32.7% of endogenous pr.tein loss in wea.ing piglets. The TID of ca.ein wa. high a.d va.0}ed fr.m 93.0 for.histidine to 100.2 for.phenyla.a.ine.
