流体包裹体研究表明，纳沃日金矿成矿脉体中流体包裹体类型有三种，富ＣＨ４、ＣＨ４－ＣＯ２－Ｈ２Ｏ和富Ｈ２Ｏ包裹体。初始成矿流体是富ＣＨ４热液，在主矿化阶段，另一来源的ＣＯ２－Ｈ２Ｏ流体与ＣＨ４流体发生了不均匀混合，并且在石英－磁黄铁矿阶段最为强烈，造成不同矿化部位的ｘＣＨ４变化极大，早期近于纯ＣＨ４流体被充分“稀释”后，石英－黄铁矿阶段的ｘＣＨ４显著减小，到成矿晚期只剩ＣＯ２－Ｈ２Ｏ流体。正是由于不同性质流体的混合，造成热液的ｐＨ及ｆｏ２的升高，流体中的金－硫络合物分解，金沉淀成矿。

He.e. by simultane.usly monitoring Ca^(2+) and actin dynamics in single.ce.ls e.pose. to fluid she.r flow, we.de.e.te. actin ne.work contractions imme.iate.y upon onse. of flow-induce. Ca^(2+) transie.ts, which we.e.facilitate. by smooth muscle.myosin and furthe. confirme. in native.oste.cyte. e. vivo. Actomyosin contractions have.be.n linke. to the.se.re.ion of e.trace.lular ve.icle.(e.s), and our studie. de.onstrate.that me.hanical stimulation upre.ulate. e. production in oste.cyte. through immunostaining for the.se.re.ory ve.icle.marke. 侵入冀东马兰峪复背斜的前寒武岩层中的花岗岩体与区内金矿床有密切的空间关系 ,但成岩时代有争议 ,与金矿床的成因关系不明。本文采用SHRIMP定年方法对含有金矿床的峪耳岩和牛心山岩体进行了锆石U Pb年龄测定 ,获峪耳崖岩体灰白色花岗岩的2 0 6Pb 2 3 8U年龄 175± 1Ma ,肉红色花岗岩的年龄为 174± 3Ma ;牛心山花岗岩的年龄为 172± 2Ma。这 3个年龄在误差范围内可看成是同时代的产物 ,属中生代燕山期。这组年龄限定了金矿化年龄的下限 ,表明金矿化发生在中生代燕山中期后 ,但并不能精确厘定金矿化的年龄 ,因为花岗岩侵入后 ,金矿化之前 ,还有脉岩侵入 ,金矿化与花岗岩本身并无直接的成因关系。
