For space-based gravitational wave （GW） detection,the main noise source for massive black hole binaries （MBHBs） is attributed to approximately 10～7double white dwarf binaries in the *** a GW source,the amplitude of the detector response,recorded by a space-based gravitational wave detector,exhibits a modulation effect with a year period when observing the source from various orbital *** the adverse conditions mentioned above,where there is a strong foreground noise and annual modulation in the signals,we employed the wavelet transform and the strong-amplitude relevant orbital position search methods,which allows the weak MBHB sources to achieve higher locating *** detail,for two MBHB sources of lower intensity,the precision of luminosity distance,represented by the ratio ?DL/DLat the 95%confidence level,is enhanced by factors of ～*** angular resolutions,denoted by??s,are enhanced by a factor of ～*** improvements increase the number of detectable GW sources,facilitate multi-messenger follow-up observations and provide constraints on the cosmological constant.

Qinghai‒Tibet Plateau(QTP)is one of the most sensitive regions to climate change in the *** a result,people in the QTP are more likely to be sensitively affected by climate change than those in other regions,particularly in the poverty *** the Universal Thermal Climate Index(UTCI)derived from ERA5 and population data,changes in annual thermal comfort condition and population under such condition in the QTP are systematically *** results reveal that there is considerable regional heterogeneity in the distribution of UTCI and the number of comfortable days(CDs),mainly due to the complex geographic *** most areas of the QTP,the increase in UTCI leads to an increased number of comfortable *** distribution and temporal change in the number of comfortable days are found to be principally related to *** areas within altitudes of 3000–4500 m,the number of comfortable days increases by up to 6 d per decade,which is faster than that in higher elevation areas above 4500 *** also indicate that thermal comfortable condition has improved in areas of 2500–5000 m(medium to high altitude),particularly in spring and *** research indicates that population distribution also shows a regional clustering feature,with the majority of residents residing in cities and their vicinities,where a higher number of comfortable days were *** areas with a greater number of comfortable days have experienced a more significant increase in population under thermal comfortable *** implies that climate change more likely has a large influence on population in the *** findings are expected to enhance tourism development and the assessment of the impact on the living *** findings can be helpful for optimizing of tourism development and better understanding how climate change affects population distribution.

As a deep learning network with an encoder-decoder architecture,UNet and its series of improved versions have been widely used in medical image segmentation with great ***,when used to segment targets in 3D medical images such as magnetic resonance imaging(MRI),computed tomography(CT),these models do not model the relevance of images in vertical space,resulting in poor accurate analysis of consecutive slices of the same *** the other hand,the large amount of detail lost during the encoding process makes these models incapable of segmenting small-scale tumor *** at the scene of small-scale target segmentation in 3D medical images,a fully new neural network model SUNet++is proposed on the basis of UNet and UNet++.SUNet++improves the existing models mainly in three aspects:1)the modeling strategy of slice superposition is used to thoroughly excavate the three dimensional information of the data;2)by adding an attention mechanism during the decoding process,small scale targets in the picture are retained and amplified;3)in the up-sampling process,the transposed convolution operation is used to further enhance the effect of the *** order to verify the effect of the model,we collected and produced a dataset of hyperintensity MRI liver-stage images containing over 400 cases of liver *** results on both public and proprietary datasets demonstrate the superiority of SUNet++in small-scale target segmentation of three-dimensional medical images.

With the fast growth of Chinese economic, more and more capital will be invested in environmental projects. How to select the environmental investment projects （alternatives） for obtaining the best environmental quality and economic benefits is an important problem for the decision makers. The purpose of this paper is to develop a decision-making model to rank a finite number of alternatives with several and sometimes conflicting criteria. A model for ranking the projects of municipal sewage treatment plants is proposed by using exports＇ information and the data of the real projects. And, the ranking result is given based on the PROMETHEE method. Furthermore, by means of the concept of the weight stability intervals （WSI）, the sensitivity of the ranking results to the size of criteria values and the change of weights value of criteria are discussed. The result shows that some criteria, such as “proportion of benefit to project cost”, will influence the ranking result of alternatives very strong while others not. The influence are not only from the value of criterion but also from the changing the weight of criterion. So, some criteria such as “proportion of benefit to project cost” are key critera for ranking the projects. Decision makers must be cautious to them.

Fractal interpolation has been an important method applied to engineering in recent years. It can not only be used to fit smooth curve and stationary data but also show its unique superiorities in the fatting of non-smooth curve and non-stationary data. Through analyzing such characteristic values as average value, standard deviations, skewness and kurtosis of measured backsilting quantities in the Yangtze Estuary 12.5 m Deepwater Channel during2011–2017, the fractal interpolation method can be used to study the backsilting quantity distribution with *** to the fractal interpolation made on the channel backsilting quantities from January 2011 to December2017, there was a good corresponding relationship between the annual(monthly) siltation quantities and the vertical scaling factor. On this basis, a calculation formula for prediction of the backsilting quantity in the Yangtze Estuary Deepwater Channel was constructed. With the relationship between the predicted annual backsilting quantities and the vertical scaling factor, the monthly backsilting quantities can be obtained. Thus, it provides a new method for estimating the backsilting quantity of the Yangtze Estuary Deepwater Channel.
