Drug-induced liver injury(DIli)is a rare side effect of drugs caused by all kinds of prescription or over-the-counter chemi-cals,biological agents,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),natu-ral medicine(NM),health products,dietary supplements and their metabolites,and even excipients,which can lead to jaundice,liver failure,or even *** it is rare in term of single drug,the occurrence of DIli in all liver injuries is not low due to the wide range of drugs and foods ***,there was an increasing trend of incidence of DIli since 2010 worldwide,with Asian regions showing the highest incidence[1].

Three novel β-cyclodextrin compounds derived with piperidine which is flexible, L-proline containing a chiral center, ionic liquid with 3,5-diamino-1,2,4-triazole as the cation were designed and synthesized as chiral selectors for enantiomer separation, whose name were(mono-6-deoxy-6-(piperidine)-β-cyclodextrin, mo no-6-deoxy-6-( L-p ro li ne)-β-cyclodextri n, mono-6-deoxy-6-(3,5-diamino-1,2,4-triazole)-β-cyclodextrin, multi-substituted 3,5-diamino-1,2,4-triazole-(p-toluenesulfonic)-β-cyclodextrin),respectively. In addition, to enhance the polarity of chiral stationary phases, hydrosilylation and silylation reactions were implemented to derive ordinary silica, the common used selector carrier, to hydride silica, whose surface is covered with proton. 31 pyrrolidine compounds and some chiral drugs were tested in both polar organic mobile phase mode and normal mobile phase mode. 6-Deoxy-6-Lproline-β-cyclodextrin-CSP showed satisfactory separations in polar organic mobile phase mode and exihibited a strong separation capability in different pH values; multi-substituted 3,5-diamino-1,2,4-triazole-(p-toluenesulfonic)-β-cyclodextrin-CSP can separate pyrrolidine compounds in both mobile phase modes with high resolutions and separation efficiency compared to commercially available CSPs,making it to be the most valuable object to study. The composition of mobile phase, type of stationary phase as well as the peak problem of chromatograms was discussed deeply.

Parkinson’s disease(PD)is the second most common and fastest-growing neurodegenerative *** recent years,it has been recognized that neurotransmitters other than dopamine and neuronal systems outside the basal ganglia are also related to PD ***,little is known about whether and how the caudal zona incerta(ZIc)regulates parkinsonian motor ***,we showed that specific glutamatergic but not GABAergic ZIc^(VgluT2) neurons regulated these ***^(VgluT2) neuronal activation induced time-locked parkinsonian motor *** mouse models of PD,the ZIc^(VgluT2) neurons were hyperactive and inhibition of their activity ameliorated the motor ***^(VgluT2) neurons monosynaptically projected to the substantia nigra pars ***-nigral circuit activation induced parkinsonian motor ***,our findings provide a direct link between the ZIc,its glutamatergic neurons,and parkinsonian motor symptoms for the first time,help to better understand the mechanisms of PD,and supply a new important potential therapeutic target for PD.

Spring snowmelt peak flow （SSPF） can cause serious damage. Precipitation as rainfall directly contributes to the SSPF and influences the characteristics of the SSPF, while temperature indirectly impacts the SSPF by shaping snowmelt rate and determining the soil frozen state which partitions snowmelt water into surface runoff and soil infiltration water in spring. It is necessary to identify the important and significant paths of climatic factors influencing the SSPF and provide estimates of the magnitude and significance of hypothesized causal connections between climatic factors and the SSPF. This study used path analysis with a selection of five factors - the antecedent precipitation index （API）, spring precipitation （SP）, winter precipitation as snowfall （WS）, 〈0℃ temperature accumulation in winter （[ATNI）, and average 〉0℃temperature accumulation in spring （AT） - to analyze their influences on the SSPF in the Kaidu River in Xinjiang, China. The results show that {ATN}, AT and WS have a significant correlation with the SSPF, while API and SP do not show a significant correlation. AT and WS directly influence the SSPF, while as the influence of[ATN] on SSPF is indirect through WS and AT. The indirect influence of [ATN[ on SSPF through WS accounts for 69% of the total influence of [ATN] on SSPF. Compared to the multiple linear regression method, path analysis provides additional valuable information, including influencing paths from independent variables to the dependent variable as well as direct and indirect impacts of external variables on the internal variable. This information can help improve the description of snow melt and spring runoff in hydrologic models as well as the planning and management of water resources.

（S）-4-Phenyl-2-oxazolidinone imprinted polymers were prepared by using methacrylic acid （MAA） as the functional monomer, and divinylbenzene （DVB） as crosslinker. The factors, which influence the selectivity of the polymers were explored. Effective separation was observed for racemic 4-phenyl-2-oxazolidinone in mobile phase of acetonitrile. The investigation of mobile phase suggested that the hydrogen bonds between template and functional monomer was a primary factor in chiral recognition, while the preparation of polymers implied that the л-л stacking interaction between template and crosslinker played a role in imprinting procedure.

A large amount of one-dimensional ZnO nanorods with diameters in 15―50 nm aligned in radial cluster were successfully synthesized by polar polymer polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) as soft-template. The growth of ZnO nanorods was controlled by changing annealing temperature. The evolution of the morphology and microstructure was investigated by scanning electron microscope, transmission electron micro- scope and X-ray diffraction. It is shown that ZnO nanorods tend to be uniform and the crystallization is gradually improved with the temperature increasing from 400℃ to 700℃. The photoluminescence spectra of products show a strong ultra violet emission and relatively weak defect emissions. The sharp strong emission peak at 354 nm owing to the inter-band transition indicates the extraordinary photoluminescence property of ZnO nanorods.
