＜正＞Production logistics is an important part of production management. Manufacturing enterprises in our country attach much importance to the research and development of new products, the manufacture technology, the process, assembly technology, the improvement of equipment, and so on. Contrarily, they pay little attention on the control technology of production logistics, such as:the layout of machines, the design and arrangement of the product line, and the plan of the materiel flows, etc. Logistics balance suggested by TOC is different from capacity balance suggested by conventional wisdom, it points out that a very few bottleneck resources controls the whole system’s logistics in the enterprise, and also determines the using efficiency of the non-bottleneck resources which are in the majority of the whole system. Based on analyzing the dynamic characteristic of the bottleneck, this paper puts forward a bottleneck identification model of production logistics which is based on the distributing of equipments’ load in different time period and the control method, according to TOC. Finally, an example is provided to simulate the model. This method can identify the bottleneck resources in enterprises effectively, and can help enterprises to reach the goal of optimizing the production process of the whole system by controlling bottleneck resources in the production logistics.
