目的:探讨标准化护理干预对2型老年糖尿病肾病患者血糖控制效果的影响。方法:2021年1月到2022年3月,选取100例糖尿病肾病患者为对象,每组50例,分别是观察组、对照组,前者实施标准化护理,后者实施常规护理。结果:观察组生理职能、生理机能、躯体疼痛、健康状况、精力、社会功能、情感职能、精神健康等方面评分均优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对糖尿病肾病患者实施标准化护理,能够有效提升患者的生活质量以及护理满意率,临床应用价值显著。

Population attributable risks of cigarette smoking for deaths of all causes, all cancers and other chronic diseases among adults aged 40-74 years in urban Shanghai, China

Objective： To evaluate the population attributable risks （PARs） between cigarette smoking and deaths of all causes, all cancers, lung cancer and other chronic diseases in urban Shanghai. Methods： In total, 61,480 men aged 40-74 years from 2002 to 2006 and 74,941 women aged 40-70 years from 1997 to 2000 were recruited to undergo baseline surveys in urban Shanghai, with response rates of 74.0% and 92.3%, respectively. A Cox proportional hazards regression model was used to estimate relative risks （RRs） and 95% confidence intervals （95% CIs） of deaths associated with cigarette smoking. PARs and 95 % CIs for deaths were estimated from smoking exposure rates and the estimated RRs. Results： Cigarette smoking was responsible for 23.9% （95% CI： 19.4-28.3%） and 2.4% （95% Ch 1.6- 3.2%） of all deaths in men and women, respectively, in our study population. Respiratory disease had the highest PAR in men [37.5% （95% CI： 21.5-51.6%）], followed by cancer [31.3% （95% Ch 24.6-37.7%）] and cardiovascular disease （CVD） [24.1% （95% CI： 16.7-31.2%）]. While the top three PARs were 12.7% （95% CI： 6.1-19.3%）, 4.0% （95% CI： 2.4-5.6%）, and 1.1% （95% CI： 0.0-2.3%）, for respiratory disease, CVD, and cancer, respectively in women. For deaths of lung cancer, the PAR of smoking was 68.4% （95% CI： 58.2- 76.5%） in men. Conclusions： In urban Shanghai, 23.9% and 2.4% of all deaths in men and women could have been prevented if no people had smoked in the area. Effective control programs against cigarette smoking should be strongly advocated to reduce the increasing smoking-related death burden.

Preparation and spectroscopic properties of 2',5'-dideoxynucleosidylcobalamins

Two new coenzyme B12 analogues, 2',5'-dideoxycytidylcobalamin (2a) and 2',5'-dide-oxyuridinylcobalamin (2b), and two others, 2',5'-dideoxyadenosylcobalamin (2c), and 5'-deoxy-thymidylcobalamin (2d) were prepared by an improved method. All the four analogues were investigated by UV-vis and 2D 1H NMR spectroscopy. The comparisons and discussion about their spectroscopic properties were done.

Fault Diagnosis of a Rotary Machine Based on Information Entropy and Rough Set

There exists some discord or contradiction of information during the process of fault diagnosis for rotary machine. But the traditional methods used in fault diagnosis can not dispose of the information. A model of fault diagnosis for a rotary machine based on information entropy theory and rough set theory is presented in this paper. The model has clear mathematical definition and can dispose both complete unification information and complete inconsistent information of vibration faults. By using the model, decision rules of six typical vibration faults of a steam turbine and electric generating set are deduced from experiment samples. Finally, the decision rules are validated by selected samples and good identification results are acquired.

Gene mapping of a new coat mutation in mouse

Gene mapping of a mouse coat mutation has been investigated. First, 100 10-bp random primers were used to amplify DNA, but the mutation could not be located by this method because there were no correlation between the amplified products and coat phenotypes. Second, by using ldh1 , Car2, Mup1 , Pgb1 , Hbb, Es1O, Es1, Mod1, Gdc1 , Ce2, Es3 as genetic markers, linkage test crosses (two-point test) consisting of intercrossing uncovered BALB/c mice (homozygotes) to CBA/N and C57BL/6 mice with normal hair and backcrossing the heterozygotes of the F1 to the uncovered BALB/c mice were made. It was soon evident that the mutation was linked to Es3 on chromosome 11. Furthermore, three-point test was made by using Es3 and D11 Mit8 (a microsatellite DNA) as genetic markers. The result showed that the mutation was linked to Es3 with the percentage recombination of (7.89 ± 2.19) %, and linked to D11Mit8 with the percentage recombination of (26.30 ± 3.57)%. 深度学习在人工智能领域已经取得了非常优秀的成就,在有监督识别任务中,使用深度学习算法训练海量的带标签数据,可以达到前所未有的识别精确度。但是,由于对海量数据的标注工作成本昂贵,对罕见类别获取海量数据难度较大,所以如何识别在训练过程中少见或从未见过的未知类仍然是一个严峻的问题。针对这个问题,该文回顾近年来的零样本图像识别技术研究,从研究背景、模型分析、数据集介绍、实验分析等方面全面阐释零样本图像识别技术。此外,该文还分析了当前研究存在的技术难题,并针对主流问题提出一些解决方案以及对未来研究的展望,为零样本学习的初学者或研究者提供一些参考。

This paper introduces some latest developments regarding the X-ray imaging methodology and applications of the X-ray imaging and biomedical application beamline(BL13W1)at Shanghai Synchrotron Radiation Facility in the past 5 *** photon energy range of the beamline is 8–72.5 *** sets of X-ray imaging detectors with different pixel sizes(0.19–24 lm)are used to realize X-ray microcomputed tomography(X-ray micro-CT)and X-ray in-line phase-contrast *** satisfy the requirements of user experiments,new X-ray imaging methods and image processing techniques are *** vivo dynamic micro-CT experiments with living insects are performed in 0.5 s(sampling rate of 2 Hz,2 tomograms/s)with a monochromatic beam from a wiggler source and in 40 ms(sampling rate of 25 Hz,25 tomograms/s)with a white beam from a bending magnet source.A new X-ray imaging method known as move contrast X-ray imaging is proposed,with which blood flow and moving tissues in raw images can be distinguished according to their moving frequencies in the time ***,X-ray speckle-tracking imaging with twice exposures to eliminate the edge enhancement effect is developed.A high-precision quantification method is realized to measure complex three-dimensional blood vessels obtained via X-ray micro-CT.X-ray imaging methods such as three-dimensional X-ray diffraction microscopy,small-angle X-ray scattering CT,and X-ray fluorescence CT are developed,in which the X-ray micro-CT imaging method is combined with other contrast mechanisms such as diffraction,scattering,and fluorescence contrasts ***,an X-ray nano-CT experiment is performed with a 100 nm spatial *** user experimental results from the fields of material science,biomedicine,paleontology,physics,chemistry,and environmental science obtained on the beamline are provided.

Phytochemical investigation of the endophytic fungus Penicillium commune led to the isolation of nine known compounds. Based on the spectroscopic and chemical properties, their structures were identified as 6-acetyl-2α,5-dihydroxy-2-（2-hydroxypropyl）-3α,8-dimethylchroman（1）, communol B（2）, communol E（3）, communol G（4）, 2-hydroxy-4-phenylquinoline（5）, viridicatol（6）, 3-O-methylviridicatin（7）, trans-ferulic acid（8）, 1,2-benzenediol,4-（2-methoxyethenyl）（9）. Compounds 1 and 5–9 were isolated from this fungus for the first time.
