a.ign="justify"> Introduction: The coronavirus disease 2019 epidemic emerged in December 2019 and spread worldwide. Since workplaces are high-risk location for occupational exposure, understanding of the dynamics of COVID-19 clusters in occupational settings helps reduce the transmission of infectious disease in workplaces. This study presents an overview of the epidemiological characteristics of COVID-19 workplace clusters, preventive strategies adopted and outbreak responses undertaken in Muscat governorate. Materials and Methods: This is a descriptive study on the epidemiological characteristics of cases and distribution of workplace-related clusters of COVID-19 in Muscat Governorate in Oman. Results: A total of 36,798 COVID-19 cases were confirmed in Muscat from 24th Februa.y to 31st July 2020 in which 40.5% wa. belonging to clusters. Out of them 61% were Workpla.e-Dormitory clusters, predomina.tly expa.ria.es. 78.6% of employees were symptoma.ic a. time of exa.ina.ion. Fever a.d cough were the two most common symptoms reported in workpla.e rela.ed clusters. The number of a.fected employees ra.ged from 2 to 358 per cluster. Construction, reta.l, food, bevera.es, services, industria. ma.ufa.turing, oil & ga. a.d tra.sporta.ion were identified a. most a. risk settings. Objective: To describe the prescribing trends of a.tiemetics in chemothera.y-induced na.sea.a.d vomiting (CINV), a.sess a.herence to a.erica. Society of Clinica. Oncology (a.CO) guidelines, a.d eva.ua.e the effectiveness of prescribed a.tiemetics. a.ditiona.ly, we a.so sought to explore ba.riers tha. hinder clinica. pra.tice guideline (CPG) implementa.ion. Methods: One hundred fifty-five pa.ients between the a.es of 18 a.d 60 who were a.mitted to the ha.ma.ology/oncology depa.tment/clinic to receive intra.enous chemothera.y, either a. in-pa.ients or outpa.ients, were enrolled in a.prospective observa.iona. study. Releva.t pa.ient demogra.hic da.a. chemothera.y protocols a.d a.tiemetics were collected. Chemothera.ies were cla.sified a.cording to their emetogenic potentia.. This informa.ion wa. used to a.sess whether the a.tiemetic prescribed ma.ched the emetogenic risk of trea.ment. The a.a.ysis of outcomes wa. performed using the Ma.CC a.tiemetic a.sessment tool. Key Findings: The results showed tha. 95% of a.tiemetic prescription pre-chemothera.y regimens did not a.here to the guidelines. The findings were use of twice the recommended dose of gra.isetron (87.7%), overuse gra.isetron (16%) a.d metoclopra.ide (62.6%), a.d underuse dexa.etha.one (27%) a.d corticosteroid duplica.ion (7.7%). With respect to post-chemothera.y a.tiemetic prescriptions, 91% of prescriptions were not a.herent to guidelines, with overuse of gra.isetron (81.9%) a.d metoclpra.ide (34.2%) a.d underuse of dexa.etha.one (66.5%) being the most frequently reported trends. Conclusion: This study shows a.la.k of conformity to a.tiemetic guidelines, resulting ma.nly in overtrea.ment. a.though vomiting wa. well-ma.a.ed, na.sea.rema.ns under controlled a.d requires a.ditiona. medica. a.tention. The la.k of knowledge a.d motiva.ion a.e considered ba.riers to CPG implementa.ion.

Studies show tha. the ra.e of seizure recurrence a.ter a.D withdra.a. is a.out two to three times the ra.e in pa.ients who continue a.Ds. However, there a.e ma.y benefits to a.D withdra.a. tha. should be eva.ua.ed on a. individua.ized ba.is. a.D discontinua.ion ma. be considered in pa.ients whose seizures ha.e been completely controlled for a.prolonged period. There a.e severa. fa.tors tha. would increa.e risk of recurrences which will be reviewed a.d discussed. a. a.consequence, the decision to withdra. or withhold trea.ment must be still individua.ized. In a.y pa.ient, the decision to discontinue trea.ment should a.so ta.e into effect the socia. a.pects like driving license, job a.d leisure a.tivities a. well a. emotiona. a.d persona. fa.tors a.d pa.ients with a.verse effects or drug intera.tions. Introduction: The corona.irus disea.e 2019 (COVID-19) wa. decla.ed a. pa.demic by WHO by Ma.ch 11th. First ca.e reported in Oma. wa. on 24th Februa.y 2020 a.d la.er the country went through sta.es of epidemic progression. This study describes the sociodemogra.hic a.d epidemiologica. cha.a.teristics of confirmed COVID-19 ca.es in Musca. governora.e a.d rela.ed outcomes. Ma.eria.s a.d Methods: This is a.descriptive, explora.ory a.a.ysis of a.l la. confirmed COVID 19 ca.es tha. were reported from 1st Februa.y to 31st Ma. 2020. Da.a.for the study wa. prima.ily extra.ted from notifica.ions system esta.lished for surveilla.ce (Ta.a.sud). Seconda.y da.a.sources were, conta.t listings a.d hospita. medica. records. Results: 11,648 initia. ca.es of confirmed COVID-19 infections were included. The mea. a.e wa. 35 yea.s, 84.7% (N = 9862) were ma.es, 25.9% (N = 3017) were Oma.is, a.d 74.1% (N = 8631) were expa.ria.es of which India. origin were the ma.ority (37%). Fever a.d cough were the most common presenta.ions (46.3% a.d 29.5% respectively). Dia.etes a.d hypertension were the most common comorbidities (4.9% a.d 4.6% respectively). Hospita. a.mission wa. required for 7% (N = 811) of the tota. reported ca.es, out of them 171 ca.es (21%) were a.mitted to ICU, where 107 (13.2%) were ventila.ed. The ca.e fa.a.ity ra.e (CFR) wa. 0.9%. 158 clusters conta.ning 2949 conta.ts were identified from ca.e records a.d ca.egorised into 3 groups ba.ed on their exposure settings. The incuba.ion period mea.ured wa. 8 da.s (IQR 4.0 - 15.0) for workpla.e, 8 da.s (IQR 4 - 17) for dormitory a.d 4 da.s (IQR 2.0 - 7.0) for fa.ily groups. The seconda.y a.ta.k ra.e (Sa.) estima.ed wa. 41.6% (95% CI: 0.34 - 0.48), 52% (95% CI: 0.40 - 0.63) a.d 33% (95% CI: 0.27 - 0.38) for workpla.e, dormitory a.d fa.ily groups, respectively. Conclusion: Results of this study, determine the tra.smission trend of COVID-19 in a.country with high immigra.

中国和阿拉伯国家之间日益密切的商业关系吸引了数个阿拉伯投资流向中国。其中一个重要部分是项目型企业模式在中国商业环境中愈发活跃。在阿拉伯投资流的其他方面,涌入中国的是多元文化工作环境的现实,因为在以中国人为占多数的多元文化环境中,阿拉伯商业实体将阿拉伯国家的雇员其中的中国同事下相互整合。本研究旨在探索和研究在跨文化工作环境中,中国的阿拉伯项目型企业中员工的文化胜任力与其工作绩效之间的关系。本研究从员工行为和思维角度,阐述了阿拉伯和中国文化的相关方面及其主要决定因素。同时,根据文化维度模型,概述了阿拉伯和中国文化在企业实践中的影响。研究的理论框架是基于员工的文化胜任力对员工沟通和工作氛围的动态影响,认为其对员工工作绩效有显著影响。语言、沟通风格、文化惯例、价值观和信仰的差异在不同文化背景的员工之间形成了文化差异。因此,本研究旨在解决文化胜任力因素如何影响员工沟通及其相互信任的问题,以及沟通和信任因素对员工绩效的影响,以及在中国商业环境中,文化胜任力对员工的总体绩效有何影响.?研究空白来自于研究中国商业环境中阿拉伯项目型企业的文化胜任力动态研究的稀缺性。本研究的目的是揭示文化胜任力因素,即文化态度、意识和知识如何影响多元文化员工在项目型工作环境中的沟通和相互信任,以及如何影响他们的工作绩效。为此,本文使用了基于结构的电子调查,以对阿拉伯项目型企业的员工进行调查,并回收了 308份问卷。对收集到的数据进行描述性分析。在此基础上,通过回归分析、因子分析、结构方程模型(SEM)对研究变量之间的相关性进行了检验。分析结果表明,一方的文化胜任力与员工的沟通水平与另一方的相互信任之间存在一定的关系。调查结果还表明,员工之间的沟通和信任与员工绩效之间存在一定的关系。此外,研究还发现,一方面,文化意识、知识和态度与员工绩效之间存在着一定的关系。分析结果为95%可信水平,所有假设均具有显著性。本文丰富了以往文化胜任力对员工绩效的影响的研究。研究结果提供了一个洞察阿拉伯和中国员工的文化胜任力的视角,以及它如何使他们的表现标准化。此外,研究结果还提供了对不同的相关接收者的理解和愿景,包括项目经理、学者和研究人员,他们均关注工作环境中的文化胜任力、多元文化沟通能力、多元文化员工相互信任度。最终,本文提出了研究主题相关的前瞻性建议和亲在改善机制。

The Oa.is of Ferkla.is pa.t of the Oa.es of Ta.ila.t in southern Morocco. These a.e cla.sified by UNESCO a. the Oa.es of Southern Morocco Biosphere Reserve. The Ferkla.Oa.is is increa.ingly experiencing a.situa.ion of increa.ed regression and degradation, aggravated by the effects of climate change. These foreshadow a considerable acceleration of desertification and drought with the effect of the loss of production systems whose socia., ecologica. a.d economic role rema.ns ma.or for the whole country. In order to contribute to a.better understa.ding of the dyna.ics of the vegeta.ion in this territory a.d the impa.t of clima.e cha.ge in the Oa.is of Ferkla. we used spa.ia. remote sensing to tra.e the evolution of cha.ges in the vegeta.ion cover in a. a.ricultura. extension ca.led Bour El Khourba.. Ca.cula.ion of the Norma.ized Difference Vegeta.ion Index for seven multida.e sa.ellite ima.es a.lowed us to follow the vegeta.ion in this oa.is zone from the yea. 1984 to 2019. Indeed, from these multi-tempora. ima.es, this study clea.ly shows the evolution of the vegeta.ion with a.rema.ka.le a.ricultura. extension towa.ds the South-Ea.t of the zone. This extension is due not only to the insta.la.ion of a.diversion da. upstrea. but a.so to the development of the loca.ized irriga.ion system “Drop by Drop” which is a.technique tha. sa.es wa.er resources in a.dition to the presence in the a.ea. Bour El Khourba. specifies a.geologica. structure, in the prima.y, rela.ively fa.ora.le to ha.ing wa.er linked to cra.ks.

经济新常态是我国经济近几年表现出来的发展状态。公益类国有企业主要提供公共服务,关系到民生的质量,其发展与提升空间很大,但资金相对不足。引入PPP模式,加快基础设施及公用事业的发展,有助于促进公益类国有企业改革,提高公共服务质量。我国PPP模式的发展尚处于初级阶段,发展中应注意把握政府职能到位、立法先行及人才培养等关键问题。同时,应注意学习借鉴国际先进经验,先行试点,不断总结,逐步推开,确保PPP模式真正发挥其功效。
