The phenomenon of sloshing causes a significantly negative impact on a wide range of industries.A time‐optimal flatness‐based trajectory planning and Lyapunov‐based model predictive control(LMPC)is proposed for trajectory tracking of a transmitting cylindrical container filled with ***,this research presents an equivalent discrete model based on a mass‐spring‐damper ***,after the flatness of the adopted non‐linear model for 2D is established,time‐optimal trajectories are introduced.A control method called LMPC is shown to solve the problem of orbital tracking,which allows setting limits for state *** addition,to ensure system performance,a linear extended state observer(LESO)is integrated to cope with system ***,the efficiency of the proposed approach for liquid sloshing suppression and tracking is illustrated by simulations.

In this paper,two lifting mechanism models with opposing placements,which use the same hydraulic hoist model and have the same angle of 50°,have been *** mechanical and hydraulic simulation models are established using MATLAB Simscape to analyze their kinetics and dynamics in the lifting and holding *** simulation findings are compared to the analytical calculation results in the steady state,and both methods show good *** the early lifting stage,Model 1 produces greater force and discharges goods in the container faster than Model ***,Model 2 reaches a higher force and ejects goods from the container cleaner than its counterpart at the end lifting *** established simulation models can consider the effects of dynamic loads due to inertial moments and forces generated during the system *** is crucial in studying,designing,and optimizing the structure of hydraulic-mechanical systems.

Cyanide poisoning is one of the most dangerous poisonings, and it can be absorbed into the body through the mouth, inhalation and through the skin. A 32-year-old female patient was admitted to our poison control center because of high fever, severe vomiting, and seizures. Physical examination found that the patient was drowsy, had a high fever of 40 degrees Celsius, pulse of 140 beats/minute, and increased tendon and bone reflexes. Exploiting the patient’s information, it was discovered that the patient bought Cyanide to drink with the intention of committing suicide. The patient was quickly treated with gastric lavage and activated charcoal. Echocardiography recorded EF: 35%, reduced movement of the entire myocardium. CK blood test: 4562 U/L. The patient’s condition rapidly deteriorated and the patient was made ECMO, IHD and CVVHDF. After 3 days of treatment, the patient’s condition did not improve, so the family asked for the patient to go home. This article aims to describe the rapidly progressing and severe damage to the heart and muscles of patients with cyanide poisoning.

Callovo-Oxfordian(COx)claystone has been considered as a potential host rock for geological radioactive waste disposal in France(Cigéo project).During the exploitation phase(100 years),the stability of drifts(***/alveoli)within the disposal is assured by the liner,which includes two layers:concrete arch segment and compressible *** latter exhibits a significant deformation capacity(about 50%)under low stress(<3 MPa).Although the response of these underground structures can be governed by complex thermo-hydro-mechanical coupling,the creep behavior of COx claystone has been considered as the main factor controlling the increase of stress state in the concrete liner and hence the long-term stability of ***,by focusing only on the purely mechanical behavior,this study aims at investigating the uncertainty effect of the COx claystone time-dependent properties on the stability of an alveolus of Cigéo during the exploitation *** describe the creep behavior of COx claystone,we use Lemaitre’s viscoplastic model with three parameters whose uncertainties are identified from laboratory creep *** the reliability analysis,an extension of a well-known Kriging metamodeling technique is proposed to assess the exceedance probability of acceptable stress in the concrete liner of the *** open-source code Code_Aster is chosen for the direct numerical evaluations of the performance *** Kriging-based reliability analysis elucidates the effect of the uncertainty of COx claystone on the long-term stability of the concrete ***,the role of the compressible material layer between the concrete liner and the host rock is also highlighted.

Deep learning created a sharp rise in the development of autonomous image recognition systems,especially in the case of the medical *** lung problems,tuberculosis,caused by a bacterium called Mycobacterium tuberculosis,is a dangerous disease because of its infection and *** an infected person coughs or sneezes,tiny droplets can bring pathogens to others through *** mainly damages the lungs,but it also affects any part of the ***,during the period of the COVID-19(coronavirus disease 2019)pandemic,the access to tuberculosis diagnosis and treatment has become more difficult,so early and simple detection of tuberculosis has been more and more *** our study,we focused on tuberculosis diagnosis by using the chestX-ray image,the essential input for the radiologist’s profession,and researched the effectiveness of the transfer learning approach in the case study of Vietnamese chest X-ray *** proposed four strategies to clarify our hypothesis in different ways of applying transfer learning and different training set *** also prepared a Vietnamese X-ray image dataset with the support of the VRPACS team to provide the basis for training and testing deep learning *** experiments were carried out by applying three different architectures,Alexnet,Resnet,and Densenet,on international,Vietnamese,and combined X-ray image *** training,all models were verified on a pure Vietnamese X-rays *** results show that transfer learning is suitable in the case study of Vietnamese chest X-ray images with high evaluating metrics in terms of AUC(Area under the Receiver Operating Characteristic Curve),sensitivity,specificity,and *** the best strategy,most of the scores were more than 0.93,and all AUCs were more than 0.98.

为评估含水率变化对高速铁路无砟轨道基床表层级配碎石动力性能的影响,本文针对最优含水率和饱和含水率两种状态下级配碎石循环动力性能开展室内大型动三轴试验研究,分析级配碎石的临界动应力和累积变形特性。研究表明:累积变形与荷载作用次数、含水率关系密切,荷载作用次数超过10 000次后,含水率的影响逐渐显现,荷载作用次数达到20 000次时,饱和含水率的累积变形相对最优含水率增大70%;不同含水率级配碎石的衰减型和破坏型累积变形曲线可分别用Stewart模型和Monismith模型预测;级配碎石临界动应力随含水率增大而减小,随围压的增大线性增大,饱和含水状态对应的临界动应力较最优含水状态平均小13%。

In geotechnical engineering,modeling geo-structures is challenging,particularly in cases where the interaction between the structures and soil or rock is *** wellknown commercial modeling software is based on homogenous and isotropic ***,soil and rock are often modeled in heterogeneous and anisotropic media because of the inherent anisotropy of sedimentary rock masses and their stratified *** recent decades,coupled hydro-mechanical(HM)interactions in isotropic porous media have been studied;however,the behavior of transversely isotropic porous media is rarely *** addition,it is difficult for commercial software such as Plaxis and Flac3D to express complex rock formation where the anisotropy of the material and the associated cracks and fractures could be assembled into a single *** this study,a finite element implementation using Differential Equation Analysis Library(***),an open-source library of finite element codes,was developed to model the fully coupled HM behavior of transversely isotropic porous *** proposed implementation can be applied to both isotropic and transversely isotropic porous media based on Biot’s *** developed code can be used to model poroelastic media with(1)equations of linear elasticity for the solid matrix and(2)diffusion equations for fluid flow based on mass and linear-momentum conservation *** verified the performance and accuracy of the code through two examples,i.e.,Mandel’s problem with a compared analytical solution and a tunnel excavation process with the Flac3D *** the basis of these numerical applications,we present the code to model the behavior of various geo-structures such as tunnels and pile–soil interactions with anisotropic materials.

Background The risk factors for scrub typhus in Vietnam remain *** typhus caused by Orientia tsutsugamushi often presents as an undifferentiated febrile illness and remains under appreciated due to the limited availability of diagnostic *** tropical rickettsial illness is increasingly recognized as an important cause of non-malaria acute undifferentiated fever in *** study aimed to investigate behavioural and ecological related risk factors of scrub typhus to prevent this potentially life-threatening disease in *** We conducted a clinical hospital-based active surveillance study,and a retrospective residence-enrolment date-age-matched case–control study in Khanh Hoa province,Vietnam,from August 2018 to March *** examinations,polymerase chain reaction and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay IgM tests were applied to define cases and *** enrolled participants filled out a questionnaire including demographic socio-economic status,personal behaviors/protective equipment,habitat connections,land use,and possible exposure to the *** conditional logistic regression was used to define the scrub typhus associated risk *** We identified 44 confirmed cases and matched them with 152 *** cases and controls,the largest age group was the 41–50 years old and males accounted for 61.4%and 42.8%,*** were similarities in demographic characteristics between the two groups,with the exception of *** factors were significantly associated with acquisition of scrub typhus,including sitting/laying directly on household floor[adjusted OR(aOR)=4.9,95%CI:1.6–15.1,P=0.006],household with poor sanitation/conditions(aOR=7.9,95%CI:1.9–32.9,P=0.005),workplace environment with risk(aOR=3.0,95%CI:1.2–7.6,P=0.020),always observing mice around home(aOR=3.7,95%CI:1.4–9.9,P=0.008),and use of personal protective equipment in the field(aOR=0.4,95%CI:0.1–1.1,P=0.076).Conclusions Ecological
