A nearest-neighbor-based detector against load redistribution attacks is *** detector is designed to scale from small-scale to very large-scale systems while guaranteeing consistent detection *** testing is performed on a realistic large-scale system to evaluate the perfor-mance of the proposed detector against a wide range of attacks,from simple random noise attacks to sophisticated load redistribution *** detection capability is analyzed against different attack parameters to evaluate its sensitivity.A statistical test that leverages the proposed detector is introduced to identify which loads are likely to have been maliciously modified,thus,localizing the attack *** test is based on ascribing to each load a risk measure(probability of being attacked)and then computing the best posterior likelihood that minimizes log-loss.

Ceric ammonium nitrate （CAN） supported HY-zeolite has been used as an efficient catalyst for the one- pot synthesis of 1,8-dioxo-octahydroxanthenes from the readily available 1,3-diketone and aromatic aldehydes under solvent-free conditions. The present methodology is cost-effective in addition to other advantages like high yields of products in shorter reaction time and simple workup procedure without the use of any injurious solvents.

IC(Image Captioning)is a crucial part of Visual Data Processing and aims at understanding for providing captions that verbalize an image’s important ***,in existing works,because of the complexity in images,neglecting major relation between the object in an image,poor quality image,labelling it remains a big problem for ***,the main objective of this work attempts to overcome these challenges by proposing a novel framework for *** in this research work the main contribution deals with the framework consists of three phases that is image understanding,textual understanding and ***,the image understanding phase is initiated with image pre-pro-cessing to enhance image ***,object has been detected using IYV3MMDs(Improved YoloV3 Multishot Multibox Detectors)in order to relate the interrelation between the image and the object,and then it is followed by MBFOCNNs(Modified Bacterial Foraging Optimization in Convolution Neural Networks),which encodes and providesfinal feature ***,the tex-tual understanding phase is performed based on an image which is initiated with preprocessing of text where unwanted words,phrases,punctuations are removed in order to provide a healthy *** is then followed by MGloVEs(Modified Glo-bal Vectors for Word Representation),which provides a word embedding of fea-tures with the highest priority towards the object present in an ***,the decoding phase has been performed,which decodes the image whether it may be a normal or complex scene image and provides an accurate text by its learning ability using MDAA(Modified Deliberate Adaptive Attention).The experimental outcome of this work shows better accuracy of shows 96.24%when compared to existing and similar methods while generating captions for images.

Hydrogenic acceptor binding energy as a function of dot radius in a GaMnAs/Ga_（0.6）Al_（0.4）As quantum dot is calculated including the exchange interaction of Mn alloy content with an itinerant *** are performed by varying its dot radius,for various Mn alloy contents in GaMnAs quantum dot within a single band effective mass approximation using variational *** spin polaronic energy of the acceptor impurity for different Mn^（2＋） is evaluated for different dot radii using a mean field theory in the presence of magnetic field *** magnetization is computed in the influence of magnetic field and the Mn *** effective g-factor of the valence band electron with the inclusion of effects of Mn ion impurities is found in the influence of the magnetic *** exchange coupling constant is calculated for various magnetic field *** results show that the p-d exchange interaction in the GaMnAs/Ga_（0.6）Al_（0.4）As quantum dot has a strong dependence on spatial confinement,effect of magnetic field strength and the Mn alloy *** results are in good agreement with the other investigators.

The sentiment of a text depends on the clausal structure of the sentence and the connectives’discourse *** this work,the clause boundary,discourse argument,and syntactic and semantic information of the sentence are used to assign the text’s *** clause boundaries identify the span of the text,and the discourse connectives identify the *** the lexicon-based analysis of traditional sentiment analysis gives the wrong sentiment of the sentence,a deeper-level semantic analysis is required for the correct analysis of ***,in this study,explicit connectives in Malayalam are considered to identify the discourse arguments.A supervised method,conditional random fields,is used to identify the clause boundary and discourse *** the study,1,000 sentiment sentences from Malayalam documents were *** results show that the discourse structure integration considerably improves sentiment analysis performance from the baseline system.

In this study,a machine learning based method is proposed for creating synthetic eventful phasor measurement unit(PMU)data under time-varying load *** proposed method leverages generative adversarial networks to create quasi-steady states for the power system under slowly-varying load conditions and incorporates a framework of neural ordinary differential equations(ODEs)to capture the transient behaviors of the system during voltage oscillation events.A numerical example of a large power grid suggests that this method can create realistic synthetic eventful PMU voltage measurements based on the associated real PMU data without any knowledge of the underlying nonlinear dynamic *** results demonstrate that the synthetic voltage measurements have the key characteristics of real system behavior on distinct time scales.

Plants diversity and phenological pattern of the trees were monitored in a montane wet temperate forest （shola） in the Kukkal Forest, Palni hills of the southern Western Ghats, India. Twelve random plots were selected for sampling the vegetation. For phenological studies, twenty-three fleshy fruit trees were identified in the study area and 10 individuals of each species were selected to record the phenological events fortnightly between April 2002 and April 2004. The phenological events were divided into vegetative and reproductive phases. A total of 2279 individuals were inventoried which belong to 83 species, 68 genera and 40 families. About 30% of the species were endemic to the Western Ghats. The most dominant species （〉 1 cm dbh） was Psychotria nilgiriensis var. astephana （Rubiaceae）, which accounted for 12% of the total sampled individuals. Lauraceae was the dominant family accounting for 20% of the individuals. Fruiting peak occurred in July 2003 and least in June 2002. During the peak period, fruits of 85 individuals of six species were observed. Syzygium tamilnadensis, Ilex wightiana and Beilschmiedia wightii fruited only once during the two years of study. The number of fruiting species showed no correlation with rainfall （r = 0.26, p = 0.2）, while a correlation was found with fruit abundance （r = 0.40, p 〈 0.05）. The results indicate that the montane wet temperate forest is unique in their diversity and a conspicuous display in phenology.

In Wireless Body Area Networks(WBANs)with respect to health care,sensors are positioned inside the body of an individual to transfer sensed data to a central station *** great challenges posed to healthcare WBANs are the black hole and sink hole *** from deployed sensor nodes are attracted by sink hole or black hole nodes while grabbing the shortest *** this issue is quite a challenging task as a small variation in medicine intake may result in a severe *** work proposes a hybrid detection framework for attacks by applying a Proportional Coinciding Score(PCS)and an MK-Means algorithm,which is a well-known machine learning technique used to raise attack detection accuracy and decrease computational difficulties while giving treatments for heartache and respiratory ***,the gathered training data feature count is reduced through data pre-processing in the ***,the pre-processed features are sent to the MK-Means algorithm for training the data and promoting ***,certain attack detection measures given by the intrusion detection system,such as the number of data packages trans-received,are identified by the MK-Means *** study demonstrates that the MK-Means framework yields a high detection accuracy with a low packet loss rate,low communication overhead,and reduced end-to-end delay in the network and improves the accuracy of biomedical data.

Automatic recognition of human emotions in a continuous dialog model remains challenging where a speaker’s utterance includes several sentences that may not always carry a single *** work with standalone speech emotion recognition(SER)systems proposed for continuous speech only has been *** the recent decade,various effective SER systems have been proposed for discrete speech,i.e.,short speech *** would be more helpful if these systems could also recognize emotions from continuous ***,if these systems are applied directly to test emotions from continuous speech,emotion recognition performance would not be similar to that achieved for discrete speech due to the mismatch between training data(from training speech)and testing data(from continuous speech).The problem may possibly be resolved if an existing SER system for discrete speech is ***,in this work the author’s existing effective SER system for multilingual and mixed-lingual discrete speech is enhanced by enriching the cepstral speech feature set with bi-spectral speech features and a unique functional set of Mel frequency cepstral coefficient features derived from a sine filter *** augmentation is applied to combat skewness of the SER system toward certain *** using random forest is *** enhanced SER system is used to predict emotions from continuous speech with a uniform segmentation *** to data scarcity,several audio samples of discrete speech from the SAVEE database that has recordings in a universal language,i.e.,English,are concatenated resulting in multi-emotional speech ***,fear,sad,and neutral emotions,which are vital during the initial investigation of mentally disordered individuals,are selected to build six categories of multi-emotional *** results demonstrate the suitability of the proposed method for recognizing emotions from continuous speech as well as from discrete speech.
