In this study,a machine learning based method is proposed for creating synthetic eventful phasor measurement unit(PMU)data under time-varying load conditions.The proposed method leverages generative adversarial networks to create quasi-steady states for the power system under slowly-varying load conditions and incorporates a framework of neural ordinary differential equations(ODEs)to capture the transient behaviors of the system during voltage oscillation events.A numerical example of a large power grid suggests that this method can create realistic synthetic eventful PMU voltage measurements based on the associated real PMU data without any knowledge of the underlying nonlinear dynamic equations.The results demonstrate that the synthetic voltage measurements have the key characteristics of real system behavior on distinct time scales.

In the era of advanced machine learning techniques,the development of accurate predictive models for complex medical conditions,such as thyroid cancer,has shown remarkable progress.Accurate predictivemodels for thyroid cancer enhance early detection,improve resource allocation,and reduce overtreatment.However,the widespread adoption of these models in clinical practice demands predictive performance along with interpretability and transparency.This paper proposes a novel association-rule based feature-integratedmachine learning model which shows better classification and prediction accuracy than present state-of-the-artmodels.Our study also focuses on the application of SHapley Additive exPlanations(SHAP)values as a powerful tool for explaining thyroid cancer prediction models.In the proposed method,the association-rule based feature integration framework identifies frequently occurring attribute combinations in the dataset.The original dataset is used in trainingmachine learning models,and further used in generating SHAP values fromthesemodels.In the next phase,the dataset is integrated with the dominant feature sets identified through association-rule based analysis.This new integrated dataset is used in re-training the machine learning models.The new SHAP values generated from these models help in validating the contributions of feature sets in predicting malignancy.The conventional machine learning models lack interpretability,which can hinder their integration into clinical decision-making systems.In this study,the SHAP values are introduced along with association-rule based feature integration as a comprehensive framework for understanding the contributions of feature sets inmodelling the predictions.The study discusses the importance of reliable predictive models for early diagnosis of thyroid cancer,and a validation framework of explainability.The proposed model shows an accuracy of 93.48%.Performance metrics such as precision,recall,F1-score,and the area under the receiver operating characteristic(AUROC)

This study examines the behavior of a micropolar nanoﬂuidﬂowing over a sheet in the presence of a transverse magneticﬁeld and thermal effects.In addition,chemical(ﬁrst-order homogeneous)reactions are taken into account.A similarity transformation is used to reduce the system of governing coupled non-linear partial differ-ential equations(PDEs),which account for the transport of mass,momentum,angular momentum,energy and species,to a set of non-linear ordinary differential equations(ODEs).The Runge-Kutta method along with shoot-ing method is used to solve them.The impact of several parameters is evaluated.It is shown that the micro-rota-tional velocity of theﬂuid rises with the micropolar factor.Moreover,the radiation parameter can have a remarkable inﬂuence on theﬂow and temperature proﬁles and on the angular momentum distribution.

The envisioned exponential growth in the utilization of single-atom catalysts(SACs)has recently emerged as a frontier in the spectrum of material advancement.This is attributed to the distinctive properties of SACs,which encompass 100%atomic efficiency,superior selective performance,tunable coordination environment,and unique electronic structures(Wu et al.,2022b;Loy et al.,2023;Wang et al.,2023).The concept of single-atom isolation was initially introduced by Qiao et al.(2011),with the objective to explore the superior catalytic activity of Pt single-atom compared to Pt nanoparticles/nanoclusters in CO oxidation.Later,Zhou et al.(2019)in-novatively developed the biomass-derived CO-based SACs and introduced for the oxidative esterification of alcohols.Despite there are many good pieces of news on the SACs,the large-scale fabrication of SACs remains a formidable challenge,impeding their potential to drive scalable production of drop-in chemicals.The primary challenge lies in the cost-intensive process of reducing the size of embedded metal particles to sub-angstrom dimensions,a necessary step for creating well-dispersed atomic active sites.However,this complexity arises from the inherent behavior of individual atoms that are inclined to migrate and cluster into nanoparticles due to their high surface free energy(Chen et al.,2021).

This research focuses on the electric behavior of a mixed ferrielectric sulflower-like nanostructure.The structure includes a core with spin S^(Z)_(i)-1 atoms and a shell with spinσ^(Z)_(j)-5/2 atoms.The Blume–Capel model and the Monte Carlo technique(MCt)with the Metropolis algorithm are employed.Diagrams are established for absolute zero,investigating stable spin configurations correlated with various physical parameters.The MCt method explores phase transition behavior and electric hysteresis cycles under different physical parameters.

Introduction: Cardiac catheterisation plays a fundamental role in the management of acute coronary syndrome. These explorations require heavy, complex and costly equipment and a large team of doctors, nurses and technicians with highly specialized training. Aims: To describe epidemiological, clinical and coronary angiography aspects of patients with acute coronary syndrome. Patients and Methods: Descriptive study from September 2019 to December 2023 in the Cardiology Department of the Hôpital Mère-Enfant of Bamako. Inclusion criteria were patients admitted for coronary angiography with the diagnosis of acute coronary syndrome. Results: During the study period, 1253 patients underwent coronary angiography, 596 of whom had acute coronary syndrome as an indication, representing a hospital frequency of 47%. Sex-ratio was 2.10. Mean age of patients was 58.5 ± 11.39 years. ST elevation acute coronary syndrome was the most common indication with 63.92% of cases. High blood pressure was the main cardiovascular risk factor with 58.7% of cases, and radial access approach was used in 98% of cases. Coronary angiography was pathological in 91.70% of cases (n = 548). Patients with lesions of anterior interventricular artery were 73.73% of cases. Tritruncal lesions accounted for 40.63% of cases. Conclusion: ST elevation acute coronary syndrome is the most frequent manifestation of acute coronary syndrome. Anterior interventricular artery is most often the culprit lesion for our patients.

This paper studies a time-variant multi-objective linear fractional transportation problem. In reality, transported goods should reach in destinations within a specific time. Considering the importance of time, a time-variant multi-objective linear fractional transportation problem is formulated here. We take into account the parameters as cost, supply and demand are interval valued that involved in the proposed model, so we treat the model as a multi-objective linear fractional interval transportation problem. To solve the formulated model, we first convert it into a deterministic form using a new transformation technique and then apply fuzzy programming to solve it. The applicability of our proposed method is shown by considering two numerical examples. At last, conclusions and future research directions regarding our study is included.

Cluster of differentiation 74(CD74),also called as major histocompatibility complex class Ⅱ(MHCⅡ)invariant chain,is involved in trafficking MHCⅡ cell surface molecules on antigen-presenting cells and has been implicated in many signaling pathways.For example,the interaction between CD74 and macrophage migration inhibitory factor cyto kine(MIF) leads to the activation of a plethora of pathways such as extracellular regulated protein kinases,phosphoinositide 3-kinase.
