Unde.standing the.nature.of ce.l surface.marke.s on e.foliate. colonic ce.ls is a crucial ste. in e.tablishing crite.ia for a normally functioning mucosa. We.have.found that colonic ce.ls isolate. from stool sample. (SCSR-010 Fe.al Ce.l Isolation Kit, NonInvasive.Te.hnologie., e.kridge. MD), pre.e.ve. at room te.pe.ature.for up to one.we.k, with viability of >85% and low le.e.s of apoptosis (8% - 10%) e.hibit two distinct ce.l size.subpopulations, in the.2.5 μM - 5.0 μM and 5.0 μM - 8.0 μM range. In addition to IgA, about 60% of the.ce.ls e.pre.se. a nove. he.e.odime.ic IgA/IgG immunoglobulin that confe.re. a broad-spe.trum ce.l me.iate. cytotoxicity against tumor ce.ls. In a cohort of 58 subje.ts the.e.clusive.abse.ce.of this immunoglobulin in two African-Ame.icans was sugge.tive.of a ge.mline.de.e.ion. Se.ial culture. in ste. ce.l me.ium re.aine. the.e.pre.sion of this he.e.odime.. Since.a majority of the.cystic ce.ls e.pre.se. the.ste. ce.l marke.s Lgr5 and Musashi-1 we.te.me. the.e.ce.ls as gastrointe.tinal proge.itor ste. ce.ls (GIP-C**). CXCR-4, the.cytokine.co-re.e.tor for HIV was marke.ly e.pre.se.. The.e.ce.ls also e.pre.se. CD20, IgA, IgG, CD45, and COX-2. We.assume.that the. originate. from mature.columnar e.ithe.ium by de.iffe.e.tiation. Our obse.vations indicate.that we.have.a robust noninvasive.me.hod to study mucosal pathophysiology and a dire.t me.hod to cre.te.a database.for applications in re.e.e.ative.me.icine.

Galacturonosyltransfe.ase.1 （GAUT1） is an α1,4-D-galacturonosyltransfe.ase.that transfe.s galacturonic acid from uridine.5＇-diphosphogalacturonic acid onto the.pe.tic polysaccharide.homogalacturonan （Ste.ling e. al., 2006）. The.25-me.be. Arabidopsis thaliana GAUT1-re.ate. ge.e.family e.code. 15 GAUT and 10 GAUT-like.（GATL） prote.ns with, re.pe.tive.y, 56-84 and 42-53% amino acid se.ue.ce.similarity to GAUT1. Pre.ious phyloge.e.ic analyse. of AtGAUTs indicate. thre. clade.： A through C. A comparative.phyloge.e.ic analysis of the.Arabidopsis, poplar and rice.GAUT familie. has sub-classifie. the.GAUTs into se.e. clade.： clade.A-1 （GAUTs 1 to 3）; A-2 （GAUT4）; A-3 （GAUTs 5 and 6）; A-4 （GAUT7）; B-1 （GAUTs 8 and 9）; B-2 （GAUTs 10 and 11）; and clade.C （GAUTs 12 to 15）. Spe.ific ne.tralizing antibodie. against the.de.e.te. ne.rotrophic factors we.e.use. to study the.r e.act role.on PC12 ne.ronal survival and ne.rite.outgrowth e.te.sion. DPSCs-CM significantly promote. ce.l survival and induce. the.ne.rite.outgrowth confirme. by Ne.N, MAP-2 and βIII-tubulin immunostaining. Furthe.more. The.me.hod is a variation of the.pse.dodynamic te.ting te.hnique.in which the.e.pe.ime.t is e.e.ute. in re.l time. thus allowing inve.tigation of structural syste.s with rate.de.e.de.t compone.ts. Re.l-time.hybrid simulation is challe.ging be.ause.it re.uire. pe.formance.of all calculations, application of displace.e.ts, and acquisition of me.sure. force., within a ve.y small incre.e.t of time. Furthe.more. unle.s appropriate.compe.sation for actuator dynamics is imple.e.te., stability proble.s are.like.y to occur during the.e.pe.ime.t. This pape. pre.e.ts an approach for re.l-time.hybrid simulation in which compe.sation for actuator dynamics is imple.e.te. using a mode.-base. fe.dforward compe.sator.
