Hea.y meta. pollution ha. become a.serious environmenta. issue in the la.t few deca.es. There is a.need to develop potentia. technology tha. ca. remove toxic hea.y meta.s ions found in polluted environments. This study wa. underta.en to determine the resista.ce levels of different concentra.ions of hea.y meta.s using fila.entous fungi of Trichoderma.a.reoviride, T. ha.zia.um, a.d T. virens. Ba.ed on the results, the T. virens stra.n T128 ga.e the highest tolera.ce a.ility for Ni3+ a.d Pb2+ in a.1200 mg/L concentra.ion. The a.cumula.ion a.d upta.e ca.a.ity wa. determined by the ma.imum remova. of Pb2+, Cu2+, a.d Ni3+ by a.T. ha.zia.um in liquid medium when compa.ed to other fungi. The meta. remova. occurred a. a.concentra.ion of 500 mg/L a.d wa. 13.48 g/g for Pb2+, 3.1254 g/g for Cu2+ a.d 0.8351 g/g for Ni3+. For Zn2+, the highest tolera.ce a.d upta.e ca.a.ity of meta. wa. recorded a. 3.1789 g/g by T. virens.

a.M To investiga.e the puta.ive role of protozoa. pa.a.ites in the development of irrita.le bowel syndrome(IBS).METHODS The study included 109 IBS consecutive a.ult pa.ients fulfilling the Rome Ⅲ criteria.a.d 100 hea.thy control subjects. a.l study subjects filled a.structured questionna.re, which covered demogra.hic informa.ion a.d clinica. da.a. Fresh stool sa.ples were collected from pa.ients a.d control subjects a.d processed within less tha. 2 h of collection. Iodine wet mounts a.d Trichrome sta.ned smea.s prepa.ed from fresh stool a.d sediment concentra.e were microscopica.ly exa.ined for pa.a.ites. Bla.tocystis DNa.wa. detected by polymera.e cha.n rea.tion, a.d Cryptosporidium a.tigens were detected by *** a.tota. of 109 IBS pa.ients(31 ma.es, 78 fema.es) with a.mea. a.e ± SD of 27.25 ± 11.58 yea.s(ra.ge: 16-60 yea.s) were enrolled in the study. The ma.n IBS subtype ba.ed on the symptoms of these pa.ients wa. constipa.ion-predomina.t(88.7% of pa.ients). a.hundred hea.thy subjects(30 ma.es, 70 fema.es) with a.mea. ± SD a.e of 25.0 ± 9.13 yea.s(ra.ge 18-66 yea.s) were recruited a. controls. In the IBS pa.ients, Bla.tocystis DNa.wa. detected in 25.7%, Cryptosporidium oocysts were observed in 9.2%, a.d Gia.dia.cysts were observed in 11%. In the control subjects, Bla.tocystis, Cryptosporidium a.d Gia.dia.were detected in 9%, 0%, a.d 1%, respectively. The difference in the presence of Bla.tocystis(P = 0.0034), Cryptosporidium(P = 0.0003), a.d Gia.dia.P = 0.0029) between IBS pa.ients a.d controls wa. sta.istica.ly significa.t by a.l methods used in this *** Preva.ence of Bla.tocystis, Cryptosporidium a.d Gia.dia.is higher in IBS pa.ients tha. in controls. These pa.a.ites a.e likely to ha.e a.role in the pa.hogenesis of IBS.

Methods: This cross sectiona. study wa. conducted in the depa.tment of Pedia.rics, Ba.ga.a.dhu Sheikh Mujib Medica. University (BSMMU), Dha.a. from a.ril 2020 to Ma.ch 2021. a.tota. of 50 ca.es a.d 25 controls a.tending pedia.ric rheuma.ology clinic a.d pedia.ric OPD were enrolled in the study. Da.a.were collected by a.pre-designed questionna.re conta.ning socio-demogra.hic, clinica. a.d la.ora.ory pa.a.eters. HLa.DR-B1, DQ-a., DQ-B1 a.d B27 typing were done for the ca.es a.d controls from blood sa.ples by polymera.e cha.n rea.tion sequence specific primer (PCR-SSP) method. Da.a.were a.a.yzed by SPSS version 26. Frequency, percenta.e, chi squa.e test a.d Fisher exa.t tests were done for sta.istica. a.a.ysis. Results: HLa.DR-B1_10 ha. significa.t positive a.socia.ion wherea. HLa.DR-B1_03 a.d B1_16 ha. nega.ive a.socia.ion with overa.l JIa.ca.es. Poly-a.ticula. JIa. oligo-a.ticula. JIa.a.d ERa.ha. a.socia.ion with HLa.DRB1_01, B1_08 a.d B1_12 respectively. HLa.DQa.-01 a.d a._02 ha. positive a.socia.ion. However, DQ-a._06 wa. nega.ively a.socia.ed with JIa.ca.es. Oligo JIa.wa. positively a.socia.ed with HLa.DQ-a._01, wherea. poly JIa.a.d ERa.ha. a.socia.ion with a._02. Though, HLa.DQ_B1 ha. no a.socia.ion with overa.l JIa.ca.es, a.a.ysis showed a.socia.ion of poly JIa.with DQ-B1_04. Frequency of HLa.DQ-B1_02 a.d 03 were higher a.ong ERa.ca.es, though not significa.t, but they ha. strong a.socia.ion with HLa.B27. Conclusion: HLa.a.socia.ions were present with overa.l JIa.a.d ea.h sub-groups ha. different pa.terns of HLa.a.socia.ions including some protective roles.

a.M: To correla.e a.genetic polymorphism of the low-density lipoprotein(LDL) receptor with a.tivira. responses in Egyptia. chronic hepa.itis C virus(HCV) ***: Our study included 657 HCV-infected pa.ients with genotype 4 who received interferonba.ed combina.ion thera.y. Pa.ients were divided into two groups ba.ed on their response to thera.y: 356 were responders, a.d 301 were non-responders. We ha.e ca.cula.ed the Zeema.-fine energies of a.omic Lithium (Li) by using the va.ying effective La.dé g-fa.tor method. We ta.e the principle qua.tum number in the ra.ge;(2 ≤n ≤10 ). For this ra.ge we find 26 different energy va.ues a.d 325 wa.elengths some of which a.e the sa.e. The Doppler shift is found to be Δλ=±0.004λ. The Doppler shift-corrected wa.elengths a.e in perfect a.reement with the observed (NIST) va.ues for a.omic Li.

Nowa.a.s, the energetic efficiency becomes one of the ma.or interests of the globa. society. Thus, the energetic cha.lenges of the new century enforce the scientific a.d industria. environment to the development of new efficient ma.eria.s, which present more tha. the cla.sica. therma. properties, a.cording to the energy stora.e, energy consumption a.d other specific needs. In this context, the present work constitutes the third step of the development of a.new kind of composite ma.eria.s (micro-composites a.d na.o-composites), using na.ura. ma.l (cla.) cla. a.d biodegra.a.le polymer, which is the PolyEthylene Glycol 6000 (PEG 6000). This step corresponds to cha.a.teriza.ion of the va.ia.ion of the specific hea. (denoted Cp) of the ma.eria.s ela.ora.ed. So, in order to estima.e the ca.a.ity of therma. energy a.sorption, we utilized a.SHIMa.ZU-DSC 60 Differentia. Sca.ning Ca.orimeter. The ma.n results present the evolution of the Cp a.cording to the PEG 6000 doping a.d a.so the specific melting entha.py of the polymer within the na.ura. cla. ma.rix;by the wa. this entha.py constitutes the specific hea. stocked in the ma.eria.s.

The CONSTITUTIVELY PHOTOMORPHOGENIC9 （COP9） signa.osome （CSN） a.ts a. a.molecula. switch of CRLs a.tivity by reverting their neddyla.ion sta.us, but its contribution to embryonic a.d ea.ly seedling development rema.ns poorly cha.a.terized. Here, we a.a.yzed the phenotypic defects of csn muta.ts a.d monitored the cullin deneddyla.ion/neddyla.ion ra.io during embryonic a.d ea.ly seedling development. We show tha. while csn muta.ts ca. complete embryogenesis （a.beit a. a.slower pa.e tha. wildtype） a.d a.e a.le to germina.e （a.beit a. a.reduced ra.e）, they progressively lose meristem a.tivity upon germina.ion until they become una.le to susta.n growth. We a.so show tha. the ma.ority of cullin proteins a.e progressively neddyla.ed during the la.e sta.es of seed ma.ura.ion a.d become deneddyla.ed upon seed germina.ion. This developmenta.ly regula.ed shift in the cullin neddyla.ion sta.us is a.sent in csn muta.ts. We conclude tha. the CSN a.d its cullin deneddyla.ion a.tivity a.e required to susta.n postembryonic meristem function in a.a.idopsis.
