Stackelberg Game-Based Optimal Dispatch for PEDF Park and Power Grid Interaction under Multiple Incentive Mechanisms

The integration of photovoltaic,energy storage,direct current,and flexible load(PEDF)technologies in building power systems is an importantmeans to address the energy crisis and promote the development of green *** friendly interaction between the PEDF systems and the power grid can promote the utilization of renewable energy and enhance the stability of the power *** this purpose,this work introduces a framework of multiple incentive mechanisms for a PEDF park,a building energy system that implements PEDF *** incentive mechanisms proposed in this paper include both economic and noneconomic aspects,which is the most significant innovation of this *** modeling the relationship between a PEDF park and the power grid into a Stackelberg game,we demonstrate the effectiveness of these incentive measures in promoting the friendly interaction between the two *** this game model,the power grid determines on the prices of electricity trading and incentive subsidy,aiming to maximize its revenue while reducing the peak load of the PEDF *** the other hand,the PEDF park make its dispatch plan according to the prices established by the grid,in order to reduce electricity consumption expense,improve electricity utility,and enhance the penetration rate of renewable *** results show that the proposed incentive mechanisms for the PEDF park can help to optimize energy consumption and promote sustainable energy practices.

Polyimide covalent organic frameworks as efficient solid-state Li^(+) electrolytes

Covalent organic frameworks(COFs) are attractive porous crystalline materials with extremely high stability, easy functionalization, and open channels, which are expected to be unique ion conductors/transporters in lithium ion batteries(LIBs). Despite recent advances, low ion conductivity and low transference number, resulting in low charging/discharging rate, low energy density, and short battery life, are the main issues that limit their direct application as solid electrolytes in LIBs. Here, we designed and synthesized a novel polyimide COF, namely, TAPA-PDI-COF, with abundant C=O groups, which has been successfully employed as high-performance solid electrolytes by doping TAPA-PDI-COF and succinonitrile(SN). Both the well-defined nanochannels of COFs and SN confined in the well-aligned channels restricted the free migration of anions, while C=O on COFs and CN groups of SN enhanced Li^(+) transport, thus achieving a high ion conductivity of 0.102 m S cm^(-1)at 80 °C and a high lithium-ion transference number of 0.855 at room temperature. According to density functional theory(DFT)calculations, Li-ion migration mainly adopted in-plane transport rather than the axial pathway, which may be due to the shorter hopping distances in the planar pathway. The results suggest an effective strategy for the design and development of all-solidstate ionic conductors for achieving high-performance LIBs.

Efficacy and safety of first‐line regimens for advanced HER2‐positive breast cancer:A Bayesian network meta‐analysis

Background:The current standard of care for advanced human epidermal growth factor receptor 2(HER2)‐positive breast cancer is pertuzumab plus trastuzumab and docetaxel as first‐line ***,with the development of newer treatment regimens,there is a lack of evidence regarding which is the optimal treatment *** aim of this network meta‐analysis was to evaluate the efficacy and safety of first‐line regimens for advanced HER2‐positive breast cancer by indirect ***:A systematic review and Bayesian network meta‐analysis were *** PubMed,EMBASE,and Cochrane Library databases were searched for relevant articles published through to December *** hazard ratio(HR)and 95%credible interval(CrI)were used to compare progressionfree survival(PFS)between treatments,and the odds ratio and 95%CrI were used to compare the objective response rate(ORR)and ***:Twenty randomized clinical trials that included 15 regimens and 7094 patients were *** with the traditional trastuzumab and docetaxel regimen,PFS was longer on the pyrotinib and trastuzumab plus docetaxel regimen(HR:0.41,95%CrI:0.22–0.75)and the pertuzumab and trastuzumab plus docetaxel regimen(HR:0.65,95%CrI:0.43–0.98).Consistent with the results for PFS,the ORR was better on the pyrotinib and trastuzumab plus docetaxel regimen and the pertuzumab and trastuzumab plus docetaxel regimen than on the traditional trastuzumab and docetaxel *** surface under the cumulative ranking curve indicated that the pyrotinib and trastuzumab plus docetaxel regimen was most likely to rank first in achieving the best PFS and *** results were found for grade≥3 AE rates of≥10%.Conclusions:Our results suggest that the pyrotinib and trastuzumab plus docetaxel regimen is most likely to be the optimal first‐line therapy for patients with HER2‐positive breast cancer.

Composition optimization and performance prediction for ultra-stable water-based aerosol based on thermodynamic entropy theory

Water-based aerosol is widely used as an effective strategy in electro-optical countermeasure on the battlefield used to the preponderance of high efficiency,low cost and ***,the stability of the water-based aerosol is always unsatisfactory due to the rapid evaporation and sedimentation of the aerosol *** efforts have been devoted to improve the stability of water-based aerosol by using additives with different composition and ***,the lack of the criterion and principle for screening the effective additives results in excessive experimental time consumption and *** the stabilization time of the aerosol is still only 30 min,which could not meet the requirements of the perdurable ***,to improve the stability of water-based aerosol and optimize the complex formulation efficiently,a theoretical calculation method based on thermodynamic entropy theory is *** the factors that influence the shielding effect,including polyol,stabilizer,propellant,water and cosolvent,are considered within *** ultra-stable water-based aerosol with long duration over 120 min is obtained with the optimal fogging agent composition,providing enough time for fighting the electro-optic *** design guideline for choosing the additives with high phase transition temperature and low phase transition enthalpy is also proposed,which greatly improves the total entropy change and reduce the absolute entropy change of the aerosol cooling process,and gives rise to an enhanced stability of the water-based *** theoretical calculation methodology contributes to an abstemious time and space for sieving the water-based aerosol with desirable performance and stability,and provides the powerful guarantee to the homeland security.

Traffic congestion is becoming increasingly severe as a result of urbanization,which not only impedes people’s ability to travel but also hinders the economic development of *** the correlation between congestion and its influencing factors using machine learning methods makes it possible to quickly identify congested road *** to the intrinsic black-box character of machine learning models,it is difficult for experts to trust the decision results of road congestion prediction models and understand the significance of congestion-causing *** this paper,we present a model interpretability method to investigate the potential causes of traffic congestion and quantify the importance of various influencing factors using the SHAP *** to the multidimensionality of these factors,it can be challenging to visually represent the impact of all *** response,we propose TCEVis,an interactive visual analytics system that enables multi-level exploration of road *** three case studies utilizing actual data,we demonstrate that the TCEVis system offers advantages for assisting traffic managers in analyzing the causes of traffic congestion and elucidating the significance of various influencing factors.

Mn-rich LiFe_(1-x)Mn_(x)PO_(4)(x>0.5),which combines the high operation voltage of LiMnPO_(4)with excellent rate performa nce of LiFePO4,is hindered by its sluggish kinetic ***,thermodynamic equilibrium analysis of Mn^(2+)-Fe^(2+)-Mg^(2+)-C_(2)O_(4)^(2-)-H_(2)O system is used to guide the design and preparation of insitu Mg-doped(Fe_(0.4)Mn_(0.6))_(1-x)Mg_(x)C_(2)O_(4)intermediate,which is then employed as an innovative precursor to synthesize high-performance Mg-doped LiFe_(0.4)Mn_(0.6)PO_(4).It indicates that the metal ions with a high precipitation efficiency and the stoichiometric precursors with uniform element distribution can be achieved under the optimized thermodynamic ***,accelerated Li+diffusivity and reduced charge transfer resistance originating from Mg doping are verified by various kinetic *** from the contributions of inherited homogeneous element distribution,small particle size,uniform carbon layer coating,enhanced Li+migration ability and structural stability induced by Mg doping,the Li(Fe_(0.4)Mn_(0.6))_(0.97)Mg_(0.03)PO_(4)/C exhibits splendid electrochemical performance.

Scutellarein Ameliorated Chondrocyte Inflammation and Osteoarthritis in Rats

Antimicrobial resistance characteristics and phylogenetic relationships of pleuromutilin-resistant Enterococcus isolates from different environmental samples along a laying hen production chain

Antimicrobial resistance in the laying hen production industry has become a serious public health *** antimicrobial resistance and phylogenetic relationships of the common conditional pathogen Enterococcus along the laying hen production chain have not been systematically clarified.105 Enterococcus isolates were obtained from 115 environmental samples (air,dust,feces,fies,sewage,and soil) collected along the laying hen production chain (breeding chicken,chick,young chicken,and commercial laying hen).These Enterococcus isolates exhibited resistance to some clinically relevant antibiotics,such as tetracycline (92.4%),streptomycin (92.4%),and erythromycin (91.4%),and all strains had multidrug resistance *** genome sequencing characterized 29 acquired antibiotic resistance genes (ARGs) that conferred resistance to 11 classes of antibiotics in 51pleuromutilin-resistant Enterococcus isolates,and lsa(E),which mediates resistance to pleuromutilins,always co-occurred with lnu(B).Alignments with the Mobile Genetic Elements database identified four transposons (Tn554,Tn558,Tn6261,and Tn6674) with several ARGs(erm(A),ant(9)-la,fex(A),and optrA) that mediated resistance to many clinically important ***,we identified two new transposons that carried ARGs in the Tn554 family designated as Tn7508 and Tn7492.A complementary approach based on conventional multi-locus sequence typing and whole genome single nucleotide polymorphism analysis showed that phylogenetically related pleuromutilin-resistant Enterococcus isolates were widely distributed in various environments on different production *** results indicate that environmental contamination by antimicrobial-resistant Enterococcus requires greater attention,and they highlight the risk of pleuromutilin-resistant Enterococcus and ARGs disseminating along the laying hen production chain,thereby warranting effective disinfection.
