In this paper,the pursuit-evasion game with state and control constraints is solved to achieve the Nash equilibrium of both the pursuer and the evader with an iterative self-play technique.Under the condition where the Hamiltonian formed by means of Pontryagin’s maximum principle has the unique solution,it can be proven that the iterative control law converges to the Nash equilibrium solution.However,the strong nonlinearity of the ordinary differential equations formulated by Pontryagin’s maximum principle makes the control policy difficult to figured out.Moreover the system dynamics employed in this manuscript contains a high dimensional state vector with constraints.In practical applications,such as the control of aircraft,the provided overload is limited.Therefore,in this paper,we consider the optimal strategy of pursuit-evasion games with constant constraint on the control,while some state vectors are restricted by the function of the input.To address the challenges,the optimal control problems are transformed into nonlinear programming problems through the direct collocation method.Finally,two numerical cases of the aircraft pursuit-evasion scenario are given to demonstrate the effectiveness of the presented method to obtain the optimal control of both the pursuer and the evader.

Environmental variables are widely recognized as a cause of differences in efficiency measurement.However,the existing literature on data envelopment analysis(DEA)in environmental factors ignores the impact of demand on output.To address this gap,we propose the Point-wise Minimization DEA model(PWMDEA),which considers contextual variables that affect demand and lead to differences in efficiency.The model obtains efficiency value by considering the minimum of virtual inputs and virtual demand.Then,efficiency is evaluated by minimizing the ratio of above minimum to virtual output.This one-step model avoids issues of multi-stage assumptions and requires less data,making it more applicable.Moreover,we demonstrate the accuracy of our new model by conducting simulations with given true efficiency values.The simulation results demonstrate that our model has the lowest ranking error when the output is affected by multiple inputs or when demand has a significant impact.In addition,we evaluate the efficiency of healthcare in 31 Chinese provinces by considering two environmental factors.The results suggest that provinces with lower financial investments or population loss received higher rankings from our proposed model.These findings provide plausible explanations and demonstrate the practical usefulness of our model.

What is already known about this topic?The advent of antiretroviral therapy(ART)has markedly decreased mortality rates among patients infected with human immunodeficiency virus(HIV).Globally,there has been a 43%reduction in acquired immunodeficiency syndrome(AIDS)-related deaths from 2010 to 2022.Additionally,prior research indicates that the initiation of ART at an early stage within China has substantially lowered mortality rates.What is added by this report?Over the previous decade,following the implementation of China’s universal ART access strategy,the patterns of mortality causes among HIVinfected individuals across the country have undergone significant alterations.In 2022,the all-cause mortality rate among this population was reported at 2.7%,with the non-AIDS-related mortality rate at 1.8%.However,it is important to consider that the accuracy of death reporting could contribute to potential misclassification of the underlying causes of death.What are the implications for public health practice?Efforts to enhance health outcomes should persist in emphasizing the advancement of ART strategies,with a particular focus on mitigating non-AIDS-related mortality in the future.

Fractional molecular field theory(FMFT)is a phenomenological theory that describes phase transitions in crystals with randomly distributed components,such as the relaxor-ferroelectrics and spin glasses.In order to verify the feasibility of this theory,this paper fits it to the Monte Carlo simulations of specific heat and susceptibility versus temperature of two-dimensional(2D)random-site Ising model(2D-RSIM).The results indicate that the FMFT deviates from the 2D-RSIM significantly.The main reason for the deviation is that the 2D-RSIM is a typical system of component random distribution,where the real order parameter is spatially heterogeneous and has no symmetry of space translation,but the basic assumption of FMFT means that the parameter is spatially uniform and has symmetry of space translation.

目前,大多的假性肝硬化发生于恶性肿瘤肝转移患者,可以出现水肿、腹水、消化道出血等门静脉高压相关临床表现。以"恶性肿瘤肝转移、伴或不伴肝脏轮廓呈结节样、肝节段性体积减小、尾状叶增大"等为影像学特点,而组织学为弥漫性肿瘤细胞浸润、浸润灶周围纤维化、肝窦血管形成血管栓塞、结节样增生,不伴桥接坏死、桥接纤维化、假小叶形成等典型肝硬化病理表现。肿瘤细胞浸润、肿瘤细胞和肝细胞对化疗毒性反应是假性肝硬化可能的发病机制。对已确诊恶性肿瘤的患者,假性肝硬化的存在是影响其生存期的挑战之一,出现假性肝硬化的肿瘤患者中位生存时间缩短。其发病与肿瘤类型和转移、化疗药物应用之间的关系尚不明确,不典型的临床表现、影像学特征给临床医师和患者带来巨大挑战。因此,现根据已有个案报道、观察性研究及已有的荟萃分析结果,就假性肝硬化的流行概况、病因、发病机制、诊断、治疗及预后等研究进展进行综述。

Introducingωand O'nanodomains in Ti-6Al-4V:The mechanism of acceleratingα→βtransformation kinetics via electropulsing

Conventional kinetics theory for diffusion-controlled phase transformation shows that the reverse transition should lag behind the temperature rise through rapid heating,i.e.,overheating is required.In this work,we found that theβ-transus temperature decreased by∼50℃ during studying theα→βtransformation in Ti-6Al-4V alloy via electropulsing treatment(EPT).The calculation suggests that the acceleration of transformation kinetics cannot be fully explained by Joule heat and athermal effects of the electromigration effect and electron wind theory.The microstructural evolution during EPT was systematically investigated utilizing scanning electron microscope(SEM),electron backscattered diffraction(EBSD),X-ray diffraction(XRD),transmission Kikuchi diffraction(TKD),and transmission electron micro-scope(TEM).Microscopic analysis shows that the nano-sizedωand O'phases formed in theβphase,which causes large numbers of lattice distortion regions.The defects are conducive to accelerating the bulk diffusion of alloying elements inβ.Moreover,the nanodomains limited the growth of martensite,therefore nanocrystalline martensite formed after quenching.These findings develop the understanding of the destructive effect of current on metallic crystal,which will help to guide microstructural regulation in titanium and other alloys.

进入新时代,社会治理创新纷纷涌现,基层政府愈发热衷于“擦亮”治理品牌。本文以一个街道为深度案例,追踪基层社会治理创新的实践过程,探究基层政府将创新实践转化为政绩生产的运作机制,并揭示“创新突围赛”的组织逻辑。研究发现,基层政府打造创新品牌,是对组织环境变革的回应,围绕目标设置—资源汇集—经验创制形成了一种新型创新运行机制,并呈现出与“晋升锦标赛”不同的注意力竞争、资源最优化以及政绩可视化等多重组织逻辑。本文延展了“印象政绩”的建构机理,提出“创新突围赛”的整合性概念和描述性框架,在经验层面丰富了新的制度环境下基层政府创新行为的微观探讨,在理论层面拓宽了权变组织的适应性逻辑和府际创新竞争的研究范畴。

Prognostic Factors of Liver Transplantation for Hepatocellular Carcinoma: A Surveillance, Epidemiology, and End Results (SEER) Database Analysis

Objective We aimed to identify new,more accurate risk factors of liver transplantation for liver cancer through using the Surveillance,Epidemiology,and End Results(SEER)database.Methods Using the SEER database,we identified patients that had undergone surgical resection for non-metastatic hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)and subsequent liver transplantation between 2010 and 2017.Overall survival(OS)was estimated using Kaplan-Meier plotter.Cox proportional hazards regression modelling was used to identify factors independently associated with recurrent disease[presented as adjusted hazard ratios(HR)with 95%CIs].Results Totally,1530 eligible patients were included in the analysis.There were significant differences in ethnicity(P=0.04),cancer stage(P<0.001),vascular invasion(P<0.001)and gall bladder involvement(P<0.001)between the groups that survived,died due to cancer,or died due to other causes.In the Cox regression model,there were no significant differences in OS at 5 years with different operative strategies(autotransplantation versus allotransplantation),nor at survival at 1 year with neoadjuvant radiotherapy.However,neoadjuvant radiotherapy did appear to improve survival at both 3 years(HR:0.540,95%CI:0.326–0.896,P=0.017)and 5 years(HR:0.338,95%CI:0.153–0.747,P=0.007)from diagnosis.Conclusion This study demonstrated differences in patient characteristics between prognostic groups after liver resection and transplantation for HCC.These criteria can be used to inform patient selection and consent in this setting.Preoperative radiotherapy may improve long-term survival post-transplantation.

BACKGROUND B56εis a regulatory subunit of the serine/threonine protein phosphatase 2A,which is abnormally expressed in tumors and regulates various tumor cell functions.At present,the application of B56εin pan-cancer lacks a comprehensive analysis,and its role and mechanism in hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)are still unclear.The Cancer Genome Atlas,Genotype-Tissue Expression,Gene Expression Profiling Interactive Analysis,and Tumor Immune Estimation Resource databases were used to analyze B56εexpression,prognostic mutations,somatic copy number alterations,and tumor immune characteristics in 33 tumors.The relationships between B56εexpression levels and drug sensitivity,immuno-therapy,immune checkpoints,and human leukocyte antigen(HLA)-related genes were further analyzed.Gene Set Enrichment Analysis(GSEA)was performed to reveal the role of B56εin HCC.The Cell Counting Kit-8,plate cloning,wound healing,and transwell assays were conducted to assess the effects of B56εinterference on the malignant behavior of HCC cells.RESULTS In most tumors,B56εexpression was upregulated,and high B56εexpression was a risk factor for adrenocortical cancer,HCC,pancreatic adenocarcinoma,and pheochromocytoma and paraganglioma(all P<0.05).B56εexpression levels were correlated with a variety of immune cells,such as T helper 17 cells,B cells,and macro-phages.There was a positive correlation between B56εexpression levels with immune checkpoint genes and HLA-related genes(all P<0.05).The expression of B56εwas negatively correlated with the sensitivity of most chemotherapy drugs,but a small number showed a positive correlation(all P<0.05).GSEA analysis showed that B56εexpression was related to the cancer pathway,p53 downstream pathway,and interleukin-mediated signaling in HCC.Knockdown of B56εexpression in HCC cells inhibited the proliferation,migration,and invasion capacity of tumor cells.Core Tip:The expression of protein phosphatase 2A(PP2A)subunit B56εis up-regulated in most tumors,and its high expression is a risk factor for adrenocortical c
