Objective:To investigate the knowledge,attitude,and practice levels and perceived barriers towards healthy living to prevent hypertension among young adults in ***:Adults aged 18-25 years reside in Malaysia were recruited via convenience *** characteristics,medical knowledge on hypertension(K1),knowledge(K),attitude(A),practice(P)and perceived barriers in practising healthy living to prevent hypertension were *** scores were categorised into good(80%-100%),upper-moderate(70%-79%),lower-moderate(60%-69%)and poor(laimed good fit status,frequent consumption of out-of-home food,and addiction to high salt/fat ***:The national strategies for health management should be prioritized in reducing salt and fat,promoting annual health screening,physical activities and fibre intake in this age group.

AIM:To explore the value of fecal lactoferrin in predicting and monitoring the clinical severity of infectious ***:Patients with acute infectious diarrhea ranging from 3 mo to 10 years in age were enrolled,and one to three stool samples from each subject were *** parameters,including white blood cells /differential count,C-reactive protein,fecal mucus,fecal pus cells,duration of fever,vomiting,diarrhea and severity(indicated by Clark and Vesikari scores),were recorded and *** lactoferrin was determined by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay and compared in different pathogen and disease *** estimating equations(GEE) were also used for ***:Data included 226 evaluations for 117 individuals across three different time *** lactoferrin was higher in patients with Salmonella(11.17 μg/g ± 2.73 μg/g) or Campylobacter(10.32 μg/g ± 2.94 μg/g) infections and lower in patients with rotavirus(2.82 μg/g ± 1.27 μg/g) or norovirus(3.16 μg/g ± 1.18 μg/g) *** of fecal lactoferrin were significantly elevated in patients with severe(11.32 μg/g ± 3.29 μg/g) or moderate(3.77 μg/g ± 2.08 μg/g) disease activity compared with subjects with mild(1.51 μg/g ± 1.36 μg/g) disease activity(P < 0.05).GEE analysis suggests that this marker could be used to monitor the severity and course of gastrointestinal infections and may provide information for disease ***:Fecal lactoferrin increased during bacterial infection and with greater disease severity and may be a good marker for predicting and monitoring intestinal inflammation in children with infectious diarrhea.

There are increasing concerns about internet gaming disorder (IGD). No review of existing studies has systematicallyanalyzed and visualized the trends of IGD and those early identification of symptoms related to IGD *** critical review focuses on the emerging trends for early identification of symptoms related to IGDbehaviors in papers published in Web of Science Core Collection from 2009 to 2021 by scientometric analysisand critical review. Scientometric data analysis technique includes co-occurrence analysis, cluster analysis andburst analysis of authors, countries, keywords and co-citation to visualize those contributing and associated factorsto develop IGD behaviors and their relationships to mental-emotional symptoms. About 81.8% of the paperswere published in the following countries: United States, United Kingdom, Australia, China and South Korea. Thetop co-occurrence keywords were ‘children’, ‘depression’, ‘anxiety’ and ‘attention deficit hyperactivity disorder(ADHD)’, ‘scale’, identifying the population, characteristics and commonly used assessment tools that are susceptibleto certain symptoms relating to IGD of which influencing factors facilitate the understanding of the associationof sociodemographic characteristics. The main emerging topics were identified in this critical review afterconducted the scientometric analysis. The results identified five topics: game impulse, motivation, evaluationscale, mediating effects and diagnostic criteria. This study provides an overview of the research trends on theidentity and development of the IGD field of study.

Ilmenite is natural mineral ore made up with titanium and iron mineral; including small portion of magnesium and manganese. To the best of our knowledge, photo-degradation of Reactive Black 5 dye（RB5） using ilmenite under solar irradiation is still lacking. In the present study, the physicochemical properties of ilmenite were characterized by using X-ray diffraction（XRD）, Scanning electron microscope（SEM）, BET and Raman Spectroscopy. Based on our results obtained, 73% solar-driven photo-degradation of RB 5 was successfully obtained when the catalyst loading increased up to 2.0 g/L for 20 min. In general,the photo-degradation of RB 5 by ilmenite followed first-order kinetics. The p H had a significant effect,with the most rapid degradation occurring at p H less than 7.

Positive-sense RNA viruses modify intracellular calcium stores,endoplasmic reticulum and Golgi apparatus(Golgi)to generate membranous replication organelles known as viral *** factories provide a conducive and substantial enclave for essential virus replication via concentrating necessary cellular factors and viral proteins in ***,we identified the vital role of a broadspectrum antiviral,peruvoside in limiting the formation of viral ***,we revealed the pleiotropic cellular effect of Src and PLC kinase signaling via cyclin-dependent kinase 1 signaling leads to Golgi-specific brefeldin A-resistance guanine nucleotide exchange factor 1(GBF1)phosphorylation and Golgi vesiculation by peruvoside *** ramification of GBF1 phosphorylation fosters GBF1 deprivation consequentially activating downstream antiviral signaling by dampening viral factories *** investigation showed signaling of ERK1/2 pathway via cyclin-dependent kinase 1 activation leading to GBF1 phosphorylation at Threonine 1337(T1337).We also showed 100%of protection in peruvoside-treated mouse model with a significant reduction in viral titre and without measurable cytotoxicity in *** findings highlight the importance of dissecting the broad-spectrum antiviral therapeutics mechanism and pave the way for consideration of peruvoside,host-directed antivirals for positive-sense RNA virus-mediated disease,in the interim where no vaccine is available.

Previously we have designed and implemented new image browsing facilities to support effective offline image contents on mobile devices with limited capabilities: low bandwidth, small display, and slow processing. In this letter, we fulfill the automatic production of cartoon contents fitting small-screen display, and introduce a clustering method useful for various types of cartoon images as a prerequisite stage for preserving semantic meaning. The usage of neural networks is to properly cut the various forms of pages. Texture information that is useful for grayscale image segmentation gives us a good clue for page layout analysis using the multilayer perceptron (MLP) based x-y recursive algorithm. We also automatically frame the segment MLP using ag-glomerative segmentation. Our experimental results show that the combined approaches yield good results of segmentation for several cartoons.

In particular, the dye-sensitised solar cells(DSSCs) have a high potential in the rational energy conversion efficiency to secure our sustainable energy *** the present study, advanced radio frequency(RF) magnetron sputtering technique was applied to incorporate titanium dioxide(TiO) dopants into reduced graphene oxide(rGO) nanosheet for improving the power conversion efficiency(PCE) of DSSCs device. An optimum TiOcontent incorporated onto rGO nanosheet plays an important role in improving the PCE of DSSCs by minimising the recombination losses of photo-induced charge *** on the results obtained, 40-s sputtering duration for incorporating TiOdopants onto rGO nanosheet exhibits a maximum PCE of 8.78% than that of pure rGO film(0.68%). In fact, the presence of optimum content of TiOdopants within rGO nanosheet could act as mediators for efficient separation photo-induced charge carriers. However, the excessive of sputtering duration(e.g. 60 s) of TiOdopants onto rGO nanosheet results higher charge recombination and lowers the PCE of DSSCs(5.39%).

With the deployment of heterogeneous networks, mobile users are expecting ubiquitous connectivity when using applications. For bandwidth-intensive applications such as Internet Protocol Television(IPTV), multimedia contents are typically transmitted using a multicast delivery method due to its bandwidth efficiency. However, not all networks support multicasting. Multicasting alone could lead to service disruption when the users move from a multicast-capable network to a non-multicast network. In this paper, we propose a handover scheme called application layer seamless switching(ALSS) to provide smooth real-time multimedia delivery across unicast and multicast networks. ALSS adopts a soft handover to achieve seamless playback during the handover period. A real-time streaming testbed is implemented to investigate the overall handover performance, especially the overlapping period where both network interfaces are receiving audio and video packets. Both the quality of service(QoS) and objective-mapped quality of experience(QoE) metrics are measured. Experimental results show that the overlapping period takes a minimum of 56 and 4 ms for multicast-to-unicast(M2U) and unicast-to-multicast(U2M) handover, respectively. The measured peak signal-to-noise ratio(PSNR) confirms that the frame-by-frame quality of the streamed video during the handover is at least 33 dB, which is categorized as good based on ITU-T recommendations. The estimated mean opinion score(MOS) in terms of video playback smoothness is also at a satisfactory level.

Short carbon fiber(SCF)reinforced epoxy composites with different SCF contents were developed to investigate their tribological *** friction coefficient and wear of the epoxy composites slid in a circular path against a steel pin inclined at 45°to a vertical axis and a steel ball significantly decreased with increased SCF content due to the solid lubricating effect of SCFs along with the improved mechanical strength of the *** scanning electron microscope(SEM)observation showed that the epoxy composites had less sensitive to surface fatigue caused by the repeated sliding of the counterparts than the *** tribological results clearly showed that the incorporation of SCFs was an effective way to improve the tribological properties of the epoxy composites.

BACKGROUND No prognostic models specific to hepatocellular carcinoma patients receiving surgical resection have been considered strong and convincing enough for survival prediction thus far,and there are no models including only preoperative *** derived a nomogram to predict disease-free survival in a previous *** To simplify our score and compare research outcomes among other scoring *** We retrospectively reviewed data from 1106 patients with hepatocellular carcinoma who underwent liver resection at the Linkou Chang Gung Memorial Hospital between April 2003 and December *** analyses were conducted to identify the significant survival ***,Harrell’s C-index,and Akaike information criterion were compared between our score,AJCC 8^(th)edition,Tokyo score,and Taipei Integrated Scoring System(TTV-CTPAFP model).RESULTS Among the 1106 patients,731(66.1%)had tumor recurrence at a median followup of 83.9 *** risk factors were identified:platelet count,albumin level,indocyanine green retention rate,multiplicity,and radiologic total tumor *** were divided into three risk groups,and the 5-year survival rates were 61.7%,39%,and 25.7%,*** C-index was 0.617,which was higher than the Tokyo score(0.613)and the Taipei Integrated Scoring System(0.562)and equal to the value of the AJCC 8th edition(0.617).CONCLUSION The modified score provides an easier method to predict *** treatment can be planned preoperatively by dividing patients into risk groups.
