Deep learning has been extensively applied to medical image segmentation,resulting in significant advancements in the field of deep neural networks for medical image segmentation since the notable success of U Net in ***,the application of deep learning models to ocular medical image segmentation poses unique challenges,especially compared to other body parts,due to the complexity,small size,and blurriness of such images,coupled with the scarcity of *** article aims to provide a comprehensive review of medical image segmentation from two perspectives:the development of deep network structures and the application of segmentation in ocular ***,the article introduces an overview of medical imaging,data processing,and performance evaluation ***,it analyzes recent developments in U-Net-based network ***,for the segmentation of ocular medical images,the application of deep learning is reviewed and categorized by the type of ocular tissue.

Fast Fe(III)/Fe(II)circulation in heterogeneous peroxymonosulfate(PMS)activation remains as a bottleneck issue that restricts the development of PMS based advanced oxidation ***,we proposed a facile ammonia reduction strategy and synthesized a novel FeVO3-x catalysts to activate PMS for the degradation of a typical pharmaceutical,carbamazepine(CBZ).Rapid CBZ removal could be achieved within 10 min,which outperforms most of the other iron or vanadium-based *** paramagnetic resonance analysis and chemical probe experiments revealed SO_(4)^(·-),·OH,O_(2)^(·-)and high valent iron(Fe(IV))were all generated in this system,but SO4·-and Fe(IV)primarily contributed to the degradation of ***,X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy and X-ray adsorption spectroscopy indicated that both the generated low-valent V provides and oxygen vacancy acted as superior electron donors and accelerated internal electron transfer via the unsaturated V-O-Fe ***,the proposed system also exhibited satisfactory performance in practical *** work provides a promising platform in heterogeneous PMS activation.

Background： Tricuspid regurgitation （TR） is frequently associated with severe mitral stenosis （MS）, the importance of significant TR was often neglected. However, TR influences the outcome of patients. The aim of this study was to investigate the efficacy and safety of percutaneous balloon mitral valvuloplasty （PBMV） procedure in rheumatic heart disease patients with mitral valve （MV） stenosis and tricuspid valve regurgitation. Methods： Two hundred and twenty patients were enrolled in this study due to rheumatic heart disease with MS combined with TR. Mitral balloon catheter made in China was used to expand MV. The following parameters were measured before and after PBMV： MV area （MVA）, TR area （TRA）, atrial pressure and diameter, and pulmonary artery pressure （PAP）. The patients were followed for 6 months to 9 years. Results： After PBMV, the MVAs increased significantly （1.7 ± 0.3 cm2 vs. 0.9 ± 0.3 cm2, P 〈 0.01）; TRA significantly decreased （6.3 ± 1.7 cm2 vs. 14.2 ± 6.5 cm2, P 〈 0.01）, right atrial area （RAA） decreased significantly （21,5 ± 4.5 cm2 vs. 25.4 ± 4.3 cm〈 P 〈 0.05）, TRA/RAA （%） decreased significantly （29.3 ± 3.2% vs. 44.2 ± 3.6%, P 〈 0.01）. TR velocity （TRV） and TR continue time （TRT） as well as TRV - TRT decreased significantly （ 183.4± 9.4 cm/s vs. 254.5 ± 10.7 cm/s, P 〈 0.01 ; 185.7 ± 13.6 ms vs. 238.6 ±l 1.3 ms, P 〈 0.01 ; 34.2 ±5.6 cm vs. 60.7 ± 8.5 cm, P 〈 0.01, respectively）, The postoperative left atrial diameter （LAD） significantly reduced （41.3 ± 6.2 mm vs. 49.8± 6.8 mm, P 〈 0.01） and the postoperative right atrial diameter （RAD） significantly reduced （28.7 ±5.6 mm vs. 46.5 ± 6.3 mm, P 〈 0.01 ）; the postoperative left atrium pressure significantly reduced （ 15.6 ± 6.1 mmHg vs. 26.5 ± 6.6 mmHg, P 〈 0.01 ）, the postoperative right atrial pressure decreased significantly （ 13.2 ±2.4 mmHg vs. 18.5 ±4.3 mmHg, P 〈 0.01 ）. ＜正＞The contradiction between the fact that many empirical networks possess power-law degree distribution and the finding that networks of heterogeneous degree distribution are difficult to synchronize has been a paradox in the study of network synchronization. Surprisingly, we find that this paradox can be well solved when proper gradients are introduced to the network links, i.e. heterogeneous degree distribution is in favor of synchronization in gradient networks. We analyze the general properties of gradient networks and explore their performance in enhancing network sychronizability. Based on these understandings, we outline the basic principles for constructing efficient gradient networks and propose a specific coupling scheme for verification. A detail comparison between the proposed coupling scheme and the previous asymmetric coupling schemes is conducted, where the new scheme is distinguished by using less network information while achieve higher synchronizability. Moreover, under the framework of gradient network, the synchronizabil-ity improvement factors employed in former studies can be well unified and their functions in improving network synchronizability can be easily identified. The validity of the findings is verified by analytical estimates as well as directed simulations on coupled nonidentical oscillators. Our study therefore suggests that, in addition to the topology advantage, scale-free networks also manifest their dynamical advantage in network synchronization when proper gradients are considered.

Chrysopidae are a family of Neuroptera of significant importance in biocontrol against agricultural pests because of their predatory ***,the taxonomy of Chrysopidae lacks a comprehensive revision,which impedes the exploration of species diversity as well as the selection and the conservation of green lacewings as biocontrol *** have established a DNA barcode reference library of the Chinese green lacewings based on an approximately complete sampling(95.63%)in 25 of the 34 provincial regions in China,comprising 1119 barcodes of 25 genera and 197 species(representing 85%genera and 43.62%species from China).Combining other 1049 high quality green lacewing DNA barcodes,we first inferred the optimal threshold of interspecific genetic divergence(1.87%)for successful species identification in multiple simulated scenarios based on present *** further inferred the threshold of genetic divergence(7.77%)among genera with biocontrol *** inference and performance of the threshold appears to be mainly associated with the completeness of sampling,the proportion of closely related species,and the analytical *** new combinations,Apertochrysa platypa(Yang&Yang,1991)***.,Apertochrysa shennongana(Yang&Wang,1990)***.,Apertochrysa pictifacialis(Yang,1988)***.,Apertochrysa helana(Yang,1993)***.,Plesiochrysa rosulata(Yang&Yang,2002)***.,and Signochrysa hainana(Yang&Yang,1991),are proposed according to integrative species *** library and optimal threshold will effectively facilitate the exploration of species diversity of green *** study also provides a methodological reference in molecular delimitation of other insects.

To produce Fenghuang Dancong tea and chestnut sauce that is more in line with people s health needs and has better flavor,the dosage of tea,tea powder,white sugar and milk was analyzed,and the optimal formula of Fenghuang Dancong tea and chestnut sauce was studied through a single factor experiment and orthogonal *** results showed that the best formula of Fenghuang Dancong tea and chestnut sauce was composed of 4.5 g of tea,1.5 g of tea powder,60 g of milk and 5 g of white *** Fenghuang Dancong tea and chestnut sauce made under these conditions was light brown,and had suitable viscosity,delicate and rich *** had the fragrance of Fenghuang Dancong tea and the sweet aroma of chestnuts.

Pheochromocytomas and paragangliomas(PPGLs)cause symptoms by altering the circulation levels of catecholamines and peptide ***,the diagnosis of PPGLs relies on diagnostic imaging and the detection of *** this study,we used ultra-performance liquid chromatography(UPLC)/quadrupole time-of-flight mass spectrometry(Q-TOF MS)analysis to identify and measure the perioperative differential metabolites in the plasma of adrenal pheochromocytoma *** identified differentially expressed genes by comparing the transcriptomic data of pheochromocytoma with the normal adrenal *** conducting two steps of metabolomics analysis,we identified 111 differential metabolites between the healthy group and the patient group,among which 53 metabolites were *** integrating the information of differential metabolites and differentially expressed genes,we inferred that the cysteine-methionine,pyrimidine,and tyrosine metabolism pathways were the three main metabolic pathways altered by the *** analysis of transcription levels revealed that the tyrosine and cysteine-methionine metabolism pathways were downregulated in pheochromocytoma,whereas the pyrimidine pathway showed no significant ***,we developed an optimized diagnostic model of two metabolites,L-dihydroorotic acid and *** results for these metabolites suggest that they may serve as potential clinical biomarkers and can be used to supplement and improve the diagnosis of pheochromocytoma.
