Waste fried oil was studied to prepare three different types of detergent such as soap,liquid soap and soap powder via saponification *** preparation conditions of soap base were optimized by orthogonal *** specific preparation processes included waste fried oil treatment,orange peel extract preparation,saponification,demoulding and *** showed that the optimal con-ditions for saponification were as follows:ratio of pure waste fried oil to coconut oil=6∶4,alkali liquor(NaOH)mass fraction 30%,saponification temperature 70℃,orange peel extract concentration 15%.The mature soap was then used to make liquid soap and soap powder by surfactant(sodium dodecylbenzene sulfonate,coconut diethanol amide)addition,followed by *** prepared detergent conforms to the production standard of strong decontamination ability,possesses stable performance,is gentle to skin and non-toxic.

The study focuses on the physico-chemical characteritics of the wild fruit Meyna laxiflora Robyns(Alu)and fruit powder,which was gathered from the Konkan region of Maharashtra Alu fruit powder is made by using a drying aid called maltodextrin(MD).Powder samples(MP1,MP2,MP3,MP4 and MP5)were made using different amounts of MD(05,10,15,2.0 and 2.5 g).Preliminary phytochemical screening of fnuit pulp and powder showed the presence of some phytoconstituents such as reducing sugar,saponin,flavonoids,and terpenoids,whereas akaloids,tannins,steroids and protein were absent in *** parameters of the powder are durectly infuenced by the amount of MD,as evidenced by the variations in bulk density,total soluble solids,pH,specific gravity and the proximate among the powder *** solubility was found in the sample with a medium of *** highest of particle distribution was found in MD-added samples MP2(1 g),MP3(1.5 g),MP4(2 g)whereas the raw(MPO)showed the *** analysis was done using 9-point hedonic scale,which revealed that MP2,MP3,and MP4 were highly *** study assumed that fresh Alu fuit,palp and in the form of powder can be useful for the development of new products.

Background:Programmed cell death ligand-1(PD-L1)and ligand-2(PD-L2)interaction with programmed cell death protein-1(PD-1)represent an immune-inhibiting checkpoint mediating immune evasion and is,accordingly,an important target for blockade-based immunotherapy in *** non-small-cell lung cancer(NSCLC),improved understanding of PD-1 checkpoint blockade-responsive biology and identification of biomarkers for prediction of a clinical response to immunotherapy is ***,in the present study,we systematically described PD-L1 and PD-L2 expression correlated genes in ***:We performed comparative retrospective analyses to identify PD-L1 and PD-L2 mRNA expression corre-lated genes in *** this,we examined available datasets from the cancer cell line encyclopedia(CCLE)project lung non-small-cell(Lung_NSC)and the cancer genome atlas(TCGA)projects lung adenocarcinoma(LUAD)and squamous cell carcinoma(LUSC).Results:Analysis of the CCLE dataset Lung_NSC identified expression correlation between PD-L1 and ***-ver,we identified expression correlation between 489 genes and PD-L1,191 genes and PD-L2,and 111 genes for ***-L1 and PD-L2 also expression correlated in TCGA datasets LUAD and *** LUAD,we identified expression corre-lation between 257 genes and PD-L1,914 genes and PD-L2,and 211 genes for *** LUSC,we identified expression correlation between 26 genes and PD-L1,326 genes and PD-L2,and 13 genes for *** a few genes expression correlated with PD-L1 and PD-L2 across the CCLE and TCGA *** of Interferon signaling-involved genes converged in particular with the expression correlated genes for PD-L1 in Lung_NSC,for PD-L2 in LUSC,and for both PD-L1 and PD-L2 in *** LUSC,PD-L1,and to a lesser extent PD-L2,expression correlated with chromosome 9p24 localized genes,indicating a chromosome 9p24 topologically associated domain as an important driver of in particu-lar LUSC PD-L1 *** correlation analyses

Metallurgical Studies of Austenitic Stainless Steel 304 under Warm Deep Drawing

Austenitic stainless steel 304 was deep drawn with different blank diameters under warm conditions using 20 t hydraulic press. A number of deep drawing experiments both at room temperature and at 150 ℃ were conducted to study the metallography. Also, tensile test experiments were conducted on a universal testing machine up to 700 ℃ and the broken specimens were used to study the fractography of the material using scanning electron microscopy in various regions. The microstructure changes were observed at limiting draw ratio （LDR） when the cup is drawn at different temperatures. In austenitic stainless steel, martensite formation takes place that is not only affected by temperature, hut also influenced by the rate at which the material is deformed. In austenitic stainless steel 304, dynamic strain regime appears above 300 ℃ and it decreases the formability of material due to brittle fracture as studied in its fractography. From the metallographic studies, the maximum LDR of the material is observed at 150 ℃ before dynamic strain regime. It is also observed that at 150 ℃, grains are coarse in the drawn cups at LDR.
