In this work,a sponge-like polysulfonamide(PSA)/SiO_2 composite membrane is unprecedentedly prepared by the phase inversion method,and successfully demonstrated as a novel separator of lithium-ion batteries(LIBs).Compared to the commercial polypropylene(PP) separator,the sponge-like PSA/SiO_2 composite possesses better physical and electrochemical properties,such as higher porosity,ionic conductivity,thermal stability and flame retarding *** LiCoO_2/Li half-cells using the sponge-like composite separator demonstrate superior rate capability and cyclability over those using the commercial PP ***,the sponge-like composite separator can ensure the normal operation of LiCoO_2/Li half-cell at an extremely high temperature of 90 °C,while the commercial PP separator *** these encouraging results suggest that this phase inversion based sponge-like PSA/SiO_2 composite separator is really a promising separator for high performance LIBs.

The rational design of nano-carriers is critical for modem enzyme immobilization for advanced biocatalysis. Herein, we report the synthesis of octadecylalkyl- modified mesoporous-silica nanoparticles （C18-MSNs） with a high C18 content （-19 wt.%） and tunable pore sizes （1.6--13 nm）. It is demonstrated that the increased hydrophobic content and a tailored pore size （slightly larger than the size of lipase） are responsible for the high performance of immobilized lipase. The optimized C18-MSNs exhibit a loading capacity of 711 mg/g and a specific activity 5.23 times higher than that of the free enzyme. Additionally, 93% of the initial activity is retained after reuse five times, which is better than the best performance reported to date. Our findings pave the way for the robust immobilization of lipase for biocatalytic applications.

【目的】明确日本野漆树不同部位产生的化感物质对其组培苗的化感作用,为引种栽培提供理论支持。【方法】在生根培养基中分别加入日本野漆树根皮和树皮的甲醇及水浸提物,分析这些浸提物对组培苗生根数、根直径、根长、鲜质量和生物量的影响。【结果】添加1.2 mL·L^(-1)无水乙醇对组培苗生根影响最小,该体积分数为溶解甲醇浸提物的最佳选择。根皮和树皮的水浸提物以及树皮甲醇浸提物均对组培苗生长有抑制作用,而根皮甲醇浸提物对根长有较弱的促进效果,并能使初始生根时间提前。【结论】日本野漆树树皮浸提物对组培苗生根的抑制作用大于根皮。根皮和树皮的甲醇浸提物化感活性较强,甲醇可作为漆树化感物质的有效浸提剂。

Photocatalytic N2fixation is a promising strategy for ammonia（NH3） synthesis;however,it suffers from relatively low ammonia yield due to the difficulty in the design of photocatalysts with both high charge transfer efficiency and desirable N2adsorption/activation ***,an S-scheme CoSx/ZnS heterojunction with dual active sites is designed as an efficient N2fixation *** CoSx/ZnS heterojunction exhibits a unique pocket-like nanostructure with small ZnS nanocrystals adhered on a single-hole CoSxhollow *** the heterojunction,the ele ctronic interaction between ZnS and CoSxcreates electron-deficient Zn sites with enhanced N2chemisorption and electron-sufficient Co sites with active hydrogen supply for N2hydrogenation,cooperatively reducing the energy barrier for *** combination with the promoted photogenerated electron-hole separation of the S-scheme heterojunction and facilitated mass transfer by the pocket-like nanostructure,an excellent N2fixation performance with a high NH3yield of 1175.37 μmol g-1h-1is *** study provides new insights into the design of hetero junction photocatalysts for N2fixation.

IntroductionGastric cancer is one of the most common cancers and one of the most frequent causes of cancer deaths worldwide. Early detection and accurate preoperative staging of gastric cancer is essential for planning optimal therapy such as endoscopic mucosal resection or gastric resection and offers the best prognosis. With advanced technology in diagnostic instruments and the mass screening, early gastric cancer has been detected easier. One-point cancer of gastric is a special type of early gastric cancer. Diagnosis of one-point cancer of gastric is important for both the immediate treatment and the prognosis. There is still no consensus on the operation extent and postoperative treatment for patients with one-point cancer of gastric. Learned from previous reports, we know that existed in the superficial layer of the gastric mucosa and the superficial ulcer is one of the important characteristics of one point cancer of gastric. Herein, we report a case of one point cancer of gastric with the appearance of a deep infiltrating ulcer. To the best of our knowledge, no such type of one point cancer of gastric has been reported.

The development of a safe and effective adjuvant that amplifies the immune response to an antigen is important for vaccine delivery. In this study, we developed pristine mesoporous carbon hollow spheres as high-capacity vaccine protein nanocarriers and safe adjuvants for boosting the immune response. Mono-dispersed invaginated mesostructured hollow carbon spheres （IMHCSs） have an average particle size of -200 nm, large pore size of 15 rim, and high pore volume of 2.85 cmB.g-1. IMHCSs exhibited a very high loading capacity （1,040 ~tg-mg-1） towards ovalbumin （OVA, a model antigen）, controlled OVA release behavior, excellent safety profile to normal cells, and high antigen delivery efficacy towards macrophages. In vivo immunization studies in mice demonstrated that OVA-loaded IMHCSs induced a 3-fold higher IgG response compared to a traditional adjuvant QuilA used in veterinary vaccine research. OVA delivered by IMHCSs induced a higher IgG1 concentration than IgG2a, indicating a T-helper 2 （Th2）-polarized response. Interferon-y and interleukin-4 concentration analysis revealed both T-helper 1 （Thl） and Th2 immune responses induced by OVA- loaded IMHCSs. IMHCSs are safer adjuvants than QuilA. Our study revealed that pure IMHCSs without further functionalization can be used as a safe adjuvant for promoting Th2-biased immune responses for vaccine delivery.

The M?ssbauer spectra of natural megacrystal clinopyroxene are usually fitted by 4 sets of symmetric doublets, A-A', B-B', C-C' and D-D', respectively, in terms of increasing Qs value in literature. But the assignments of those doublets are quite different, except the D-D' doublet assigned to Fe3+at the lattice site M***1 in previous papers. Particularly, the assignment and interpretation of the C-C' doublet are diverse.

Upper-bound and finite element analyses of multi-row sprocket during cold semi-precision forging process

The cold semi-precision forging of a multi-row sprocket was investigated using upper-bound （UB） and finite element methods combined with experiments. Based on the design of a new tooth profile for the sprocket, a cold semi-precision forging process and a kinematically admissible velocity field for filling the die cavity were proposed. Using the UB method, the velocity fields of the sprocket billet in the forming process were divided theoretically and calculated. The process of forging a multi-row sprocket was simulated using the FEM package Deform-3D V6.1 to obtain the distributions of the velocity field and the effective stress field in filling the die cavity. Similar to the simulated results, the experiment on cold forging a 5052 aluminum alloy sprocket was successfully performed. By comparing the calculated （UB method）, experimental and simulated load-stroke curves, the calculated and simulated results were basically in accordance with the experimental results. The study provides a theoretical foundation for the development of the precision forging of multi-row sprockets.
