Prediction of soil organic carbon stock combining Sentinel-1 and Sentinel-2 images in the Zoige Plateau, the northeastern Qinghai-Tibet Plateau

Background Soil organic carbon（SOC） is a critical component of the global carbon cycle, and an accurate estimate of regional SOC stock（SOCS） would significantly improve our understanding of SOC sequestration and cycles. Zoige Plateau, locating in the northeastern Qinghai-Tibet Plateau, has the largest alpine marsh wetland worldwide and exhibits a high sensitivity to climate fluctuations. Despite an increasing use of optical remote sensing in predicting regional SOCS, optical remote sensing has obvious limitations in the Zoige Plateau due to highly cloudy weather, and knowledge of on the spatial patterns of SOCS is limited. Therefore, in the current study, the spatial distributions of SOCS within 100 cm were predicted using an XGBoost model—a machine learning approach, by integrating Sentinel-1, Sentinel-2 and field observations in the Zoige *** The results showed that SOC content exhibited vertical distribution patterns within 100 cm, with the highest SOC content in topsoil. The tenfold cross-validation approach showed that XGBoost model satisfactorily predicted the spatial patterns of SOCS with a model efficiency of 0.59 and a root mean standard error of 95.2 Mg ha-1. Predicted SOCS showed a distinct spatial heterogeneity in the Zoige Plateau, with an average of 355.7 ± 123.1 Mg ha-1within 100 cm and totaled 0.27 × 10～9 Mg *** High SOC content in topsoil highlights the high risks of significant carbon loss from topsoil due to human activities in the Zoige Plateau. Combining Sentinel-1 and Sentinel-2 satisfactorily predicted SOCS using the XGBoost model, which demonstrates the importance of selecting modeling approaches and satellite images to improve efficiency in predicting SOCS distribution at a fine spatial resolution of 10 m. 嗓音训练在变声期后假声患者中的应用

目的探讨嗓音训练在变声期后假声患者中的疗效。方法收集2015年5月~2016年8月在四川大学华西医院接受嗓音训练前后的变声期后假声4例患者的基频(F0)、焦虑(SAS)、抑郁(SDS)状态及嗓音障碍指数量表-10(VHI-10)得分。结果 4例患者分别在嗓音训练后第2周、第3周、第4周及第5周开始出现男声,出现男声后,基频明显降低,接近正常男声水平,随后几周基频会出现波动,但均在男声基频范围内。4例患者中有1例患者训练前已存在中度抑郁,2例患者训练前存在轻度焦虑,经训练后焦虑状况正常。训练后4例患者的VHI-10评分在功能、生理、情感及总分维度均有所降低。结论嗓音训练对于变声期后假声是一种安全有效、值得推广的治疗方法。

Background and Objectives： the effects of oral enteral nutrition （EN） in lung cancer patients receivingchemotherapy and/or radiotherapy were controversial, so we made a systematic review to analyze the clinicalefficacy of EN in lung cancer patients after chemotherapy and/or radiotherapy. Methods and Study Design：Pertinent studies were identified by searching in PubMed, Embase, Web of Science, Cochrane Library, chinaNational Knowledge Infrastructure （CNKI）, WanFang Database, china Biomedical Literature database （CBM） andChinese Science and Technology Periodical Database （VIP）. Energy intake, protein intake, weight and other datawere extracted. Results： Finally, 5 randomized controlled trials （RCTs） were included in this systematic *** in 3 studies received chemotherapy, in 1 with radiotherapy and in 1 with chemo-radiotherapy. Thecombined results showed that EN significantly increased energy and protein intake in lung cancer duringchemotherapy, while there was no significant effect on other results after patients had received chemotherapyand/or radiotherapy. Conclusions： Limited evidence is available to judge whether EN can improve clinical effect oflung cancer with or without chemotherapy and/or radiotherapy, as clinical heterogeneity and other potentialvariation existed in this review. Further studies are needed.

We report the detection of aγ-ray bubble spanning at least 100deg2 in ultra-high energy(UHE)up to a few PeV in the direction of the star-forming region Cygnus X,implying the presence super PeVatron(s)accelerating protons to at least 10 PeV.A log-parabola form with the photon indexΓ(E)=(2.71±0.02)+(0.11±0.02)×log10(E/10 TeV)is found fitting the gamma-ray energy spectrum of the bubble *** sources,“hot spots”correlated with very massive molecular clouds,and a quasi-spherical amorphousγ-ray emitter with a sharp central brightening are observed in the *** the core of~0.5°,spatially associating with a region containing massive OB association(Cygnus OB2)and a microquasar(Cygnus X-3),as well as previously reported multi-TeV sources,an enhanced concentration of UHEγ-rays is observed with 2 photons at energies above 1 *** general feature of the bubble,the morphology,and the energy spectrum,are reasonably reproduced by the assumption of a particle accelerator in the core,continuously injecting protons into the ambient medium.

Tin selenides have been attracting great attention as anode materials for the state-of-the-art rechargeable sodium-ion batteries(SIBs)due to their high theoretical capacity and low ***,they deliver unsatisfactory performance in practice,owing to their intrinsically low conductivity,sluggish kinetics and volume expansion during the charge-discharge ***,we demonstrate the synthesis of SnSe2 nanocrystals coupled with hierarchical porous carbon(SnSe2 NCs/C)microspheres for boosting SIBs in terms of capacity,rate ability and *** unique structure of SnSe2 NCs/C possesses several advantages,including inhibiting the agglomeration of SnSe2 nanoparticles,relieving the volume expansion,accelerating the diffusion kinetics of electrons/ions,enhancing the contact area between the electrode and electrolyte and improving the structural stability of the *** a result,the as-obtained SnSe2 NCs/C microspheres show a high reversible capacity(565 ma h g^-1 after 100 cycles at 100 ma g^-1),excellent rate capability,and long cycling life stability(363 ma h g^-1 at1 A g^-1 after 1000 cycles),which represent the best performances among the reported SIBs based on SnSe2-based anode materials.

Background:Previous studies have demonstrated the preclinical pharmacological and toxicological consistency,and clinical pharmacokinetic equivalence of bevacizumab biosimilar LY01008 with reference bevacizumab(Avastin).This randomized controlled trial aimed to compare the efficacy and safety of LY01008 with Avastin in first-line treatment of Chinese patients with advanced or recurrent non-squamous non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC).Methods:StageⅢB-ⅣNSCLC patients with evaluable lesions,good physical status,and adequate organ functions from 67 centers across china were randomized in a ratio of 1:1 to receive LY01008 or Avastin 15 mg/kg intravenously in combination with paclitaxel/carboplatin(combined treatment)for 4-6 cycles,followed by maintenance monotherapy with LY01008 until disease progression,intolerable toxicity,or *** primary endpoint was objective response rate(ORR)in accordance with Response Evaluation Criteria in Solid Tumors(RECIST)version 1.1 confirmed by independent radiological review committees(IRRC).Secondary endpoints included disease control rate(DCR),duration of response(DoR),progression-free survival(PFS),overall survival(OS),and *** study was registered in Clinical ***(NCT03533127).Results:Between December 15^(th),2017,and may 15^(th),2019,a total of 649 patients were randomized to the LY01008(n=324)or Avastin(n=325)*** of September 25th,2019 for primary endpoint analysis,589 patients received ORR evaluation,with a median number of combined treatment cycles of 5(range 1-6)andmedian duration of treatment of 3.0(range 0.0-5.1)*** responseevaluable patients in the LY01008 and Avastin groups were 48.5% and 53.0%,*** stratified ORR ratio was 0.91(90%CI 0.80-1.04,within the prespecified equivalence margin of 0.75-1.33).Up to may 15^(th),2020,with a median follow-up of 13.6(range 0.8-28.4)months,no notable differences in DCR,median DoR,median PFS,median OS,and 1-year OS rate were observed between the LY010

Aging biomarkers are a combination of biological parameters to(i)assess age-related changes,(ii)track the physiological aging process,and(iii)predict the transition into a pathological *** a broad spectrum of aging biomarkers has been developed,their potential uses and limitations remain poorly *** immediate goal of biomarkers is to help us answer the following three fundamental questions in aging research:How old are we?Why do we get old?And how can we age slower?This review aims to address this ***,we summarize our current knowledge of biomarkers developed for cellular,organ,and organismal levels of aging,comprising six pillars:physiological characteristics,medical imaging,histological features,cellular alterations,molecular changes,and secretory *** fulfill all these requisites,we propose that aging biomarkers should qualify for being specific,systemic,and clinically relevant.
