Molecules with long preserved magnetic moments are perceived as the smallest units for storing bytes,which could bring a new revolution for information ***,the rational design of such molecules remains *** two rigid adamantanol ligand based dysprosium(III)complexes([Dy(1-AdO)_(2)(py)_(5)]BPh_(4)-1 and[Dy(2-AdO)_(2)(py)_(5)]BPh_(4)-2)with pentagonal-bipyramidal coordination geometry and local D5h symmetry were successfully prepared,which display excellent single-molecule magnet(SMM)behavior(U_(eff)≈1835 K,T_(B)_(ZFC)≈24 K,T_(B)^(100s)≈17 K and T_(B)^(H)=23 K for 1;U_(eff)≈1756 K,T_(B)^(ZFC)≈20 K,T_(B)^(100s)≈16 K and T_(B)^(H)=23 K for 2)due to the much weakened vibration in low energy ***,the large energy barriers and high blocking temperatures for these two complexes in solid states are well preserved in *** is never observed in previous studies of SMMs,indicating that the adamantanol is rigid and can be introduced to make the composed molecules stable enough to maintain the solid state magnetic property in solution.

Use of tailored loading-dose clopidogrel in patients undergoing selected percutaneous coronary intervention based on adenosine diphosphate-mediated platelet aggregation

Background Adenosine phosphate-mediated platelet aggregation is a prognostic factor for major adverse cardiac events in patients who have undergone selective percutaneous coronary interventions. This study aimed to assess whether an adjusted loading dose of clopidogrel could more effectively inhibit platelet aggregation in patients undergoing selected percutaneous coronary *** A total of 205 patients undergoing selected percutaneous coronary intervention were enrolled in this multicenter, prospective, randomized study. Patients receiving domestic clopidogrel （n=104） served as the Talcom （Taijia）group; others （n=101） received Plavix, the Plavix group, Patients received up to 3 additional 300-mg loading doses of clopidogrel to decrease the adenosine phosphate-mediated platelet aggregation index by more than 50% （the primary endpoint） compared with the baseline. The secondary endpoint was major adverse cardiovascular events at 12 *** Compared with the rational loading dosage, the tailored loading dosage better inhibited platelet aggregation based on a ＞50% decrease in adenosine phosphate-mediated platelet aggregation （rational loading dosage vs. tailored loading dosage, 48% vs. 73%, P=0.028）. There was no significant difference in the eligible index between the Talcom and Plavix groups （47% vs. 49% at 300 mg; 62% vs. 59% at 600 mg; 74% vs. 72% at 900 mg; P ＞0.05） based on a standard adenosine diphosphate-mediated platelet aggregation decrease of ＞50%. After 12 months of follow-up, there were no significant differences in major adverse cardiac events （2.5% vs. 2.9%, P=5.43）. 采用纳米粒子自组装策略,选择传统微孔模板剂四丙基氢氧化铵(TPAOH)为单一模板剂和廉价的硅溶胶为硅源,合成了多级孔ZSM-5纳米晶团聚体分子筛。考察了硅铝摩尔比和体系Na^(+)摩尔分数对纳米晶团聚体ZSM-5分子筛形貌的影响,并追踪了不同晶化时间下纳米晶团聚体的形成过程,最后利用XRD､SEM和氮气吸附/脱附等表征手段对所合成分子筛的性质进行分析。结果表明,低硅铝摩尔比有利于纳米晶团聚体分子筛的形成,同时合成体系中的Na^(+)对团聚体的形成具有重要作用。经优化调控后,小试可合成固体收率达94.2%的ZSM-5纳米晶团聚体分子筛,经3 L合成釜进行40倍的放大合成可成功获得高结晶度､高产率的产品。

Single and dual layers of InGaN quantum dots(QDs)are grown by metal organic chemical vapor *** the former,the density,average height and diameter of QDs are 1.3×10^(9) cm^(−2),0.93 nm and 65.1 nm,*** latter is grown under the same conditions and possesses a 20 nm low-temperature grown GaN barrier between two *** density,average height and diameter of QDs in the upper layer are 2.6×10^(10) cm^(−2),4.6 nm and 81.3 nm,*** reasons are proposed to explain the QD density increase in the upper ***,the strain accumulation in the upper layer is higher,leading to a stronger three-dimensional ***,the GaN barrier beneath the upper layer is so rough it induces growth QDs.

In this study,we present first-principles investigations of the atomic structure of Al_(1-x)Sc_(x)N and its influence on its piezoelectric and ferroelectric *** unbiased structure searching revealed that Al_(1-x)Sc_(x)N with phase separation feature,where Al N and Sc N form a layered structure with different symmetries,is more stable than the corresponding wurtzite *** piezoelectric response of Al_(1-x)Sc_(x)N is strongly dependent on the atomic arrangements;in particular,Al_(0.5)Sc_(0.5)N with a wurtzite structure exhibits a large positive e33of 4.79 C/m^(2),whereas Al_(0.5)Sc_(0.5)N with a phase separation structure exhibits a negative e33of-0.67 C/m^(2).Moreover,the ferroelectric switching of Al_(1-x)Sc_(x)N demonstrated two distinct pathways for the wurtzite and phase separation structures,and the spontaneous polarization thus calculated exhibits entirely different ***,we demonstrated that Al_(1-x)Sc_(x)N with a phase separation structure exhibits a low polarization switching barrier of 0.15 e V/*** a large spontaneous polarization of-0.77 C/m^(2);thus,it can serve as a novel Al_(1-x)Sc_(x)N-based ferroelectric *** the dipoles in Al_(1-x)Sc_(x)N with a phase separation structure are localized in the AlN region,they are individually switchable at no domain wall energy cost and are stable against extrinsic effects.

The present work reports the creep behavior and microstructural evolution of the sand-cast Mg-14Gd-0.4Zr alloy(wt.%) prepared by the differential pressure casting machine. Their compressive creep tests at 250 ℃ were performed under various applied stresses(i.e., 60, 80 and100 MPa). Among them, the sand-cast Mg-14Gd-0.4Zr samples examined under 250 ℃/80 MPa for 39 and 95 h, respectively, were chosen to systemically analyze their creep mechanisms using high-angle annular dark field-scanning transmission electron microscopy(HAADF-STEM).The obtained results showed that the enhancement of creep resistance can be mainly attributed to the coherent β' and β'_F phases with an alternate distribution, effectively impeding the basal dislocations movement. However, with the creep time increasing, the fine β'+β'_F precipitate chains coarsened and transformed to semi-coherent β_1 phase and even to large incoherent β phase(surrounded by precipitate-free areas) in grain interiors. The precipitate-free zones(PFZs) at grain boundaries(GBs) were formed, and they could expand during creep deformation. Apart from the main cross-slip of basal and prismatic dislocations, type dislocations were activated and tended to distribute near the GBs. The aforementioned phenomena induced the stress concentrations, consequently leading to the increment of the creep strain.

Pilot-scale study of removal effect on Chironomid larvae with chlorine dioxide

Chironomid larvae propagated excessively in eutrophic water body and could not be effectively inactivated by the conventional disinfection process like chlorination due to its stronger resistance to oxidation. In this paper, a pilot-scale study of chlorine dioxide preoxidation cooperating with routine clarification process for Chironomid larvae removal was conducted in Shenzhen Waterworks in Guangdong Province, China. The experimental results were compared with that of the existing prechlorination process in several aspects, including the Chironomid larvae removal efficiencies of water samples taken from the outlets of sedimentation tank, sand filter, the security of drinking water and so on. The results showed that chlorine dioxide might be more effective to inactivate Chironomid larvae than chlorine and Chironomid larvae could be thoroughly removed from water by pre-dosing chlorine dioxide process. The GC-MS examination and Ames test further showed that the sort and amount of organic substance in the treated water by chlorine dioxide preoxidation were evidently less than that ofprechlorination and the mutagenicity of drinking water treated by pre-dosing chlorine dioxide was substantially reduced compared with prechlorination.
