目的探讨长链非编码RNA表面活性剂相关1假基因(SFTA1P)通过调控微小RNA-182-5p(miR-182-5p)/纤连蛋白1(FN1)通路促进肾透明细胞癌(ccRCC)细胞增殖与迁移的分子机制。方法应用GEPIA2软件探究TCGA数据库中SFTA1P在ccRCC组织中的表达;实时定量PCR(qPCR)检测SFTA1P在ccRCC组织、正常肾脏组织及ccRCC细胞系中的表达;亚细胞定位实验探究SFTA1P在ccRCC细胞系人肾细胞腺癌细胞(ACHN)中的定位;将ACHN细胞分为si-Con组、si-SFTA1P#2组、mimic NC组、miR-182-5p mimic组、anti-miR-Con组、anti-miR-182-5p组、anti-miR-182-5p+si-FN1组、si-Con+anti-miR-Con组、si-SFTA1P#2+anti-miR-Con组及si-SFTA1P#2+anti-miR-182-5p组;CCK-8与transwell小室实验检测细胞增殖与迁移能力;qPCR、Western blot和双荧光素酶报告基因实验检测SFTA1P、miR-182-5p和FN1的调控关系。结果TCGA数据库分析显示,SFTA1P在ccRCC组织中高表达(P<0.05);与正常肾脏组织比较,SFTA1P在ccRCC组织中表达升高(P<0.01);ccRCC细胞系786-O、SN12-PM6、ACHN及A498中SFTA1P表达明显高于人肾近曲小管细胞HK-2(均P<0.01);亚细胞定位实验显示SFTA1P主要分布于ACHN细胞的细胞质中;与si-Con组比较,si-SFTA1P#2组ACHN细胞增殖与迁移能力降低,FN1 mRNA及蛋白表达降低(P<0.05);与mimic NC组比较,miR-182-5p mimic组ACHN细胞FN1 mRNA及蛋白表达降低(P<0.01);与anti-miR-Con组比较,anti-miR-182-5p组ACHN细胞FN1 mRNA及蛋白表达增加,细胞增殖与迁移能力增强(P<0.05);与anti-miR-182-5p组相比,anti-miR-182-5p+si-FN1组ACHN细胞增殖与迁移能力降低(P<0.05);与si-SFTA1P#2+anti-miR-Con组比较,si-SFTA1P#2+anti-miR-182-5p组ACHN细胞增殖与迁移能力增强,FN1 mRNA及蛋白表达增加(P<0.05)。结论SFTA1P在ccRCC中高表达,其通过调控miR-182-5p/FN1通路促进ccRCC细胞的增殖与迁移。

AIM:To investigate the role of neoadjuvant chemoradiotherapy in prognosis and surgery for esophageal carcinoma by a ***:PubMed and manual searches were done to identify all published randomized controlled trials(RCTs) that compared neoadjuvant chemoradiotherapy plus surgery(CRTS) with surgery alone(S) for esophageal *** to the test of heterogeneity,a fi xed-effect model or a random effect model was used and the odds ratio(OR) was the principal measure of ***:Fourteen RCTs that included 1737 patients were selected with quality assessment ranging from A to C(Cochrane Reviewers' Handbook 4.2.2).OR(95% CI,P value),expressed as CRTS vs S(values>1 favor CRTS arm),was 1.19(0.94-1.48,P=0.28) for 1-year survival,1.33(1.07-1.65,P=0.69) for 2-year survival,1.76(1.42-2.19,P=0.11) for 3-year survival,1.41(1.06-1.87,P=0.11) for 4-year survival,1.64(1.28-2.12,P=0.40) for 5-year survival,0.82(0.39-1.73,P<0.0001) for rate of resection,1.53(1.33-2.84,P=0.007) for rate of complete resection,1.78(1.14-2.78,P=0.79) for operative mortality,1.12(0.89-2.48,P=0.503) for all treatment mortality,1.33(0.94-1.88,P=0.04) for the rate of adverse treatment,1.38(1.23-1.63,P=0.0002) for local-regional cancer recurrence,1.28(0.85-1.58,P=0.60) for distant cancer recurrence,and 1.27(0.86-1.65,P=0.19) for all cancer recurrence.A complete pathological response to chemoradiotherapy occurred in 10%-45.5% of *** 5-year survival benefi t was most pronounced when chemotherapy and radiotherapy were given concurrently(OR:1.45,95% CI:1.26-1.79,P=0.015) instead of sequentially(OR:0.85,95% CI:0.64-1.35,P=0.26).CONCLUSION:Compared with surgery alone,neoadjuvant chemoradiotherapy can improve the long-term survival and reduce local-regional cancer *** administration of neoadjuvant chemoradiotherapy was superior to sequential chemoradiotherapy.

Background:The Hair-crested Drongo(Dicrurus hottentottus) exhibits a unique nest-dismantling behavior after the fledging of the *** hypothesis explaining this behavior is dismantling one's own nest may reduce potential competition for nest sites in the following breeding season because suitable breeding habitat might be limited,and sites are often ***:By comparing the habitat features at nest and random locations,we determined the nest habitat preference of the Hair-crested Drongo within Dongzhai National Nature Reserve,Henan,*** also compared habitat features with nesting success to determine if any trends could be ***:We found that nest tree height,diameter at breast height,live crown ratio,tree rank,and presence of overstory were significantly higher at nesting locations than random locations;slope,leaf litter cover percentage and depth,presence of understory and midstory,and number of trees per hectare were significantly lower at nest sites than random *** preferred to use some tree species,such as Metasequoia glyptostroboides,Castanea mollissima,and Pterocarya stenoptera for *** nests were often associated with habitat with higher percentage of leaf litter on the ***:Our data support that selection of nest sites does occur for this species at this site and therefore support the hypothesis that breeding habitat limitation could be one of the driving forces for the development of the nestdismantling behavior in this species.

Effect of fissure water on mechanical characteristics of rock mass

In view of the effect of fissure water in fractured rock mass on the strength of rock mass in engineering projects, we pre-pared specimens of cement mortar to simulate saturated rock mass with continuous fractures of different slope angles. By exerting static and dynamic loads on the specimens, the mechanical characteristics of rock mass with fissure water under these loads can be analyzed. Our experimental results indicate that the static compressive strength of saturated fractured rock mass is related to the slope angle. The lowest compressive strength of fractured rock mass occurs when the slope angle is 45°, while the highest strength occurs when the specimen has no fractures. Fissure water can weaken the strength of rock mass. The softening coefficient does not vary with the slope angle and type of load. The hydrodynamic pressure of fractured rock mass gradually increases with an increase in dynamic load. For a 0° slope angle, the hydrodynamic pressure reaches its highest level. When the slope angle is 90°, the hydro-dynamic pressure is the lowest.

The Iterative Closest Point (ICP) scheme has been widely used for the registration of surfaces and point ***, when working on depth image sequences where there are large geometric planes with small (or even without) details,existing ICP algorithms are prone to tangential drifting and erroneous rotational estimations due to input device *** this paper, we propose a novel ICP algorithm that aims to overcome such drawbacks, and provides significantly stabler registration estimation for simultaneous localization and mapping (SLAM) tasks on RGB-D camera inputs. In our approach,the tangential drifting and the rotational estimation error are reduced by: 1) updating the conventional Euclidean distance term with the local geometry information, and 2) introducing a new camera stabilization term that prevents improper camera movement in the calculation. Our approach is simple, fast, effective, and is readily integratable with previous ICP algorithms. We test our new method with the TUM RGB-D SLAM dataset on state-of-the-art real-time 3D dense reconstruction platforms, i.e., ElasticFusion and Kintinuous. Experiments show that our new strategy outperforms all previous ones on various RGB-D data sequences under different combinations of registration systems and solutions.

Seasonal increase of nest height of the Silver-throated Tit(Aegithalos glaucogularis): can it reduce predation risk?

Background: Nest predation is usually the main cause of bird nest failure. ‘Predation avoidance hypothesis' of nestsite selection predicts that birds should prefer nest-sites with higher nesting success. We investigated the relationship between nest height and nest fate in Silver-throated Tits(Aegithalos glaucogularis) and asked whether the seasonal change of nest height was adaptive by simultaneously analyzing the seasonal variation of predation rates of the ***: We monitored nests of the Silver-throated Tit across seven breeding seasons in the Dongzhai National Nature Reserve in Henan Province of China. We compared the difference of nesting success among nests of different heights and analyzed the effect of nesting date on nest height and nest predation ***: The overall nesting success rate was 24.1%(n ds and mammals, followed by snakes(9.11%= 623). Among the failed nests(n). The average height of successf= 472), 59.75% were predated by birul nests was significantly lower than that of predated nests. As the season progresses, the height of the nests increased significantly, companied by the decrease in nesting success. Daily survival rate of the nests also decreased with the progression of the season, regardless of breeding ***: Our findings suggest that nest height is an important factor influencing the nesting success of Silverthroated Tits. However, the seasonal increase of nest height appears inconsistent to the ‘predation avoidance hypothesis', because it is associated with higher predation rates. The reason for this maladaptive behavior remains to be explored in future studies.

Three new complexes have been prepared based on the transition metals and zwitterionic dicarboxylate ligand 1,1＇-（1,4-phenylene-bis（methylene））-bis（pyridine-3-carboxylic acid）（L）, whose formulas are {[Cd4（L）（SO4）]· （C1）6}n （1）, [Zn（L）C12], （2）, and [Co（L）C12], （3）, respectively. Complexes 1-3 have been characterized by elemental analyses, IR spectroscopy, XRD, thermal analyses and single crystal X-ray （powder） diffraction. 1 crystallizes in monoclinic space group C2/m, displaying a 2-D layer structure with three unique Cd^2＋ centers. 2 and 3 are iso- morphic structures with the orthorhombic Cmca space group. They exhibit a 1-D zigzag chain, which can be linked to generate a 2-D layer via hydrogen bonding interactions （C--H＇＂O）. Moreover, electrochemical behavior reveals that the redox reaction of 3-CPE is a surface-controlled reaction. And the luminescent properties of the title comlexes have been investigated at room temperature.
