Objective To calculate the number of pregnant women who receive standardized prevention of mother-to-child transmission(PMTCT)services for HIV *** HIV-positive pregnant women in six counties of Liangshan Prefecture in 2017 were selected as study *** entire process,from when the subjects first received the PMTCT of HIV services to the end,was divided into four stages,which were further divided into 25 *** equivalent coefficient was used to indicate the weight of workload in each *** experts were invited to score the equivalent coefficient;the number of pregnant women who received standardized services to prevent the transmission of HIV was *** A total of 663 HIV-positive pregnant women were registered in six Liangshan Prefecture counties in *** figure was converted into 7,780 person-months devoted to HIV-positive pregnant women,with 260 person-months(3.34%)spent on the first antenatal care,1,510 person-months(19.41%)during pregnancy,378 person-months(4.86%)on delivery,and 5,632 person-months(72.39%)on post-partum *** equivalent coefficient calculation showed that 314 HIV-positive pregnant women received standardized PMTCT *** The number of pregnant women receiving standardized services for the PMTCT of HIV can be calculated accurately using the equivalent method to identify the gap between the level of PMTCT of HIV intervention services needed and the actual workload.

Magnesium hydride(MgH_(2))is a potential material for solid-state hydrogen ***,the thermodynamic and kinetic properties are far from practical application in the current *** this work,two-dimensional vanadium carbide(V_(2)C)MXene with layer thickness of 50−100 nm was fist synthesized by selectively HF-etching the Al layers from V_(2)AlC MAX phase and then introduced into MgH_(2) to improve the hydrogen sorption performances of MgH_(2).The onset hydrogen desorption temperature of MgH_(2) with V_(2)C addition is significantly reduced from 318℃ for pure MgH_(2) to 190℃,with a 128℃ reduction of the onset *** MgH_(2)+10 wt%V_(2)C composite can release 6.4 wt%of H_(2) within 10 min at 300℃ and does not loss any capacity for up to 10 *** activation energy for the hydrogen desorption reaction of MgH_(2) with V_(2)C addition was calculated to be 112 kJ mol^(−1) H_(2) by Arrhenius’s equation and 87.6 kJ mol^(−1) H_(2) by Kissinger’s *** hydrogen desorption reaction enthalpy of MgH_(2)+10 wt%V_(2)C was estimated by van’t Hoff equation to be 73.6 kJ mol^(−1) H_(2),which is slightly lower than that of the pure MgH_(2)(77.9 kJ mol^(−1) H_(2)).Microstructure studies by XPS,TEM,and SEM showed that V_(2)C acts as an efficient catalyst for the hydrogen desorption reaction of MgH_(2).The first-principles density functional theory(DFT)calculations demonstrated that the bond length of Mg−H can be reduced from 1.71A for pure MgH_(2) to 2.14A for MgH_(2) with V_(2)C addition,which contributes to the destabilization of MgH_(2).This work provides a method to significantly and simultaneously tailor the hydrogen sorption thermodynamics and kinetics of MgH_(2) by two-dimensional MXene materials.

Magnetic coils for specific requirements are widely used in modern quantum physics. In this study, a general analytical method of designing the shielded coils for generating an arbitrary axial magnetic field is proposed. The theoretical formula for an axial magnetic field generated by a single shielded coil is obtained and used to construct specific coils. The structural parameters of these coils are determined by fitting the theoretical formula with their specific requirements. The feasibility of this method is proved by realizing four concrete kinds of coils: uniform magnetic field generating coils, gradient magnetic field generating coils, asymmetrical uniform magnetic field generating coils, and parabolic magnetic field generating coils. The correctness of these theoretical results is demonstrated by both the finite element simulations and the relevant experimental results. Furthermore, the application of this method is of great significance for developing the quantum physics and quantum devices in future.

目的研究CD4^(+)阳性细胞(Th1)/辅助性T细胞2(Th2)细胞因子联合中性粒细胞CD64(nCD64)在肺癌早期感染诊断中的应用价值。方法回顾性纳入2019年10月至2023年10月在南京大学医学院附属苏州医院就诊的65例肺癌患者,纳入观察组,根据微生物分离培养检验结果分成感染组(n=33)和非感染组(n=32)。另外33名为常规体检人员,纳入对照组。所有研究对象均接受Th1/Th2细胞因子[白细胞介素(IL)-2、IL-6、IL-8、IL-10、干扰素γ(IFN-γ)、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)]、nCD64检验。比较各组检验结果并以微生物分离培养检验结果为金标准分析Th1/Th2细胞因子、nCD64指数单独诊断、联合对肺癌早期感染的诊断效能,同时给予感染组患者常规化学药物和抗感染药物治疗,比较治疗前及治疗后1、2周Th1/Th2细胞因子、nCD64指数变化情况。结果观察组患者的血清IL-2、IFN-γ、TNF-α水平分别为(0.78±0.32)、(2.89±0.72)、(0.85±0.43)pg/mL,均显著低于对照组[(2.12±0.78)、(5.04±1.39)、(2.48±0.96)pg/mL],IL-6、IL-8、IL-10水平及nCD64指数分别为(18.83±2.98)pg/mL、(38.79±5.82)pg/mL、(6.47±1.14)pg/mL、4.22±1.48,均显著高于对照组[(4.82±1.15)pg/mL、(14.48±3.69)pg/mL、(4.08±0.86)pg/mL、0.87±0.36],差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。感染组患者的血清IL-2、IFN-γ、TNF-α水平分别为(0.89±0.25)、(1.86±0.46)、(1.13±0.36)pg/mL,均显著低于非感染组[(1.53±0.67)、(3.71±1.05)、(1.79±0.43)pg/mL],IL-6、IL-8、IL-10水平及nCD64指数分别为(19.85±5.21)pg/mL、(41.65±7.32)pg/mL、(8.47±2.98)pg/mL、6.89±2.45,均显著高于非感染组[(17.19±2.36)pg/mL、(26.24±5.06)pg/mL、(5.92±1.51)pg/mL、3.53±1.37],差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。以微生物分离培养检验结果为金标准,Th1/Th2细胞因子、nCD64指数联合检测诊断肺癌早期感染的灵敏度、特异度、阳性预测值、阴性预测值及诊断符合率均显著高于单一诊断(P<0.05)。感染组治疗期间IL-2、IFN-γ、TNF-α水平逐渐升高,IL-6、IL-8、IL-10水平逐渐降低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论Th1/Th2细胞因子、nCD64指数均可用于诊断肺癌早期感染,两者联合诊断效能较高,同时可用于治疗期间对患者病情进行检测,辅助医师调整治疗方案,提高治疗效果。

Objective:To assess the effectiveness of Jiuwei Zhuhuang Powder(JWZH),a Tibetan patent medicine in treating upper respiratory tract infection(URTI)associated cough in ***:The study was a multicenter,randomized,open-label,controlled trial.A total of 142 children aged 2 to 14 years old,with URTIassociated cough within 48 h of onset,were randomly assigned to two groups at a 1:1 ratio by computer-generated randomization *** were treated with JWZH(1 to 1.5 g,twice to thrice daily)in the treatment group or conventional treatment(Pediatric Paracetamol,Artificial Cow-bezoar and Chlorphenamine Maleate Granules,0.25 to 1 g,thrice daily)in the control group for 5 *** primary endpoints were the time to cough resolution and 4-day cough resolution *** secondary endpoints were the daily improvement in symptom scores and cough resolution rate during the study ***:A total of 138 children were included in the intention-to-treat analysis,with 71 cases in the treatment group and 67 cases in the control *** with the conventional treatment,the children receiving JWZH had a shorter time to cough resolution[hazard ratio,2.10;95%confidence interval(CI),1.29-3.40;P=0.003].The median time to cough resolution for children receiving JWZH was shorter than that of the conventional treatment(2 days vs.3 days;P0.05).Adverse events was reported in 5.6%(4/71)and 4.5%(3/67)in participants of JWZH and PPACCM groups(P>0.05),respectively,which were all mild and resolved without ***:JWZH seemed to be a safe and effective therapy for URTI-associated cough in children.(Trial registration *** CTR2000039421)
