A tandem blade configuration is a significant flow control method that delays the onset of flow *** study numerically investigates the effects of diffusion factor and percentage pitch on the flow structure of tandem *** factors vary from 0.328 to *** pitches change from 0.80 to *** show that the loss coefficient increases with diffusion factor and decreases with percentage *** is a hub-corner stall of the forward blade in all *** flow determines the rear blade corner *** the percentage pitch and diffusion factor changes the momentum distribution of the gap *** separation of the rear blade is inhibited as low-momentum gap fluids are involved in the passage vortex along with the hub-corner stall of the forward *** diffusion factor causes a change in incidence at the leading edge of the rear blade,resulting in a variation at the corner separation of the rear blade.A tandem blade is compared with the reference outlet *** performance of the tandem blade is superior to that of the reference outlet vane in all incidences,with a 26.35%reduction in the loss coefficient and a 7.89%enhancement in the pressurization at the designed *** blades stall at positive incidence because of the hub-corner stall of the forward *** intensity of the gap flow increases with incidence,preventing corner separation of the rear blade at positive incidences.

To study the feasibility of using machine learning technology to solve the forward problem(prediction of aerodynamic parameters)and the inverse problem(prediction of geometric parameters)of turbine blades,this paper built a forward problem model based on backpropagation artificial neural networks(BP-ANNs)and an inverse problem model based on radial basis function artificial neural networks(RBF-ANNs).The S2(a stream surface obtained by extending a radial curve in turbo blades)calculation program was used to generate the dataset for single-stage turbo blades,and the back propagation algorithm was used to train the *** parameters of five blade sections in a single-stage turbine were selected as inputs of the forward problem model,including stagger angle,inlet geometric angle,outlet geometric angle,wedge angle of leading edge pressure side,wedge angle of leading edge suction side,wedge angle of trailing edge,rear bending angle,and leading edge *** outputs are efficiency,power,mass flow,relative exit Mach number,absolute exit Mach number,relative exit flow angle,absolute exit flow angle and reaction degree,which are eight aerodynamic *** inputs and outputs of the inverse problem model are the opposite of that of the forward problem *** models can accurately predict the aerodynamic parameters and geometric parameters,and the mean square errors(MSEs)of the forward problem test set and the inverse problem test set are 0.001 and 0.00035,*** study shows that machine learning technology based on neural networks can be flexibly applied to the design of forward and inverse problems of turbine blades,and the models built by this method have practical application value in regression prediction problems.

allocation （PA） plays an important role in capacity improvement for cooperative multiple-input multipleoutput （Co-MIMO） systems. Many contributions consider a total power constraint （TPC） on the sum of transmit power from all nodes in addressing PA problem. However, in practical implementations, each transmit node is equipped with its own power amplifier and is limited by individual power constraint （IPC）. Hence these PA methods under TPC are not realizable in practical systems. Meanwhile, the PA problem under IPC is essential, but it has not been studied. This paper extends the traditional non-cooperative water-filling PA algorithm to IPC-based Co-MIMO systems. Moreover, the PA matrix is derived based on the compound channel matrix from all the cooperative nodes to the user. Therefore, the cooperative gain of the IPC-based Co-MIMO systems is fully exploited, and further the maximal instantaneous capacity is achieved. Numerical simulations validate that, under the same IPC conditions, the proposed PA scheme considerably outperforms the non-cooperative water-filling PA and uniform PA design in terms of ergodic capacity.

LES (Large-Eddy Simulation) computations were preformed to investigate the mechanisms of a kind of spanwisegroove for the passive control of laminar separation bubble on the suction surface of a low-speed highly loadedlow-pressure turbine blade at Re = 50,000 (Reynolds number, based on inlet velocity and axial chord length).Compared with the smooth suction surface, the numerical results indicate that: (1) the groove is effective toshorten and thin the separation bubble, which contributes the flow loss reduction on the groove surface, by thinningthe boundary layer behind the groove and promoting earlier transition inception in the separation bubble; (2)upstream movement of the transition inception location on the grooved surface is suggested being the result of thelower frequency at which the highest amplification rate of instability waves occurs, and the larger initial amplitudeof the disturbance at the most unstable frequency before transition; and (3) the viscous instability mode ispromoted on the grooved surface, due to the thinning of the boundary layer behind the groove.

Isolation of Human Antibodies Against Hepatitis E Virus From Phage Display Library by Immobilized Metal Affinity Chromatography

Objective To isolate human antibodies against hepatitis E virus from phage display library by a new method of panning phage antibody library based on immobilized metal affinity chromatography （1MAC）. Methods Phage antibody library was allowed to mix with hex-His tagged expressed HEV specific antigen, NE2, in solution for adequate binding before affinity resin for hex-His was added. The non-specific phage antibodies were removed by extensive washing and the specific bound phage antibodies could then be eluted to infect TG1 or repeat the binding process for subsequent rounds of purification. The specificity of the selected human antibodies were tested by antigen competitive ELISA, human sera blocking ELISA, scFv expression, and sequence analysis. Results His-NE2 specific recombinant phages were successfully enriched after panning procedure. Two individual phage clones, 126 and 138, showed 50% inhibition in NE2 antigen competition ELISA and obvious blocking effect by HEV positive serum in blocking ELISA. Soluble scFv of 126, 138 bound to NE2 specifically. Conclusion Two specific human phage antibodies against hepatitis E virus （HEV） from phage display library were isolated by immobilized metal affinity chromatography. The immobilized metal affinity chromatography applied to phage antibody selection was a helpful supplement to the selection in solution.

Ontology of art,philosophy of art history,and aesthetics make up Danto’s integrated philosophy of *** end-of-art thesis is the essence of Danto’s philosophy of art *** an analytical philosopher,Danto’s philosophy resembles Hans-Georg Gadamer’s philosophical hermeneutics in the viewpoints concerning art and history in some ways but differs in ***’s concepts of history show different tendencies in analytical philosophy of history and philosophy of art *** the one hand,his philosophy of history conforms to Gadamer’s history of effect for the denial of the objectivity and certainty of historical *** the other hand,his philosophy of art history fundamentally differs from Gadamer’s relativism by asserting“the end of art”therefore generating a Hegelian law in art *** using the strategy of“historical narrative”in his philosophy of art history,which is also in accordance with Gadamerian tradition,Danto aims to reconcile his self-contradictory historical views and to justify his philosophical position both as an“essentialist”and a“historicist”.

AIM:To investigate transcriptional gene silencing induced by short hairpin RNAs (shRNAs) that target gene prompter regions of RUNX3 gene, and whether shRNAs homologous to DNA sequences may serve as initiators for methylation. METHODS:According to the principle of RNAi design, pSilencer3.1-H1-shRNA/RUNX3 expression vector was constructed, The recombinant plasmid shRNA was transfected into human stomach carcinoma cell line SGC7901 with Lipofectamine 2000. Then, the positive cell clones were screened by G418. The mRNA and protein expression level of RUNX3 in the stable transfected cell line SGC7901 were determined by RT-PCR, Western blotting and immunocytochemistry. Characteristics of the cell lines including SGC7901, pSilencer3.1-H1/SGC7901 and pSilencer3.1-H1-shRNA/RUNX3/SGC7901 were analyzed with growth curves, clone formation rate and cell-cycle distribution. The activated level of RUNX3 was examined after treatment with the different density of 5’-aza-2’-deoxycytidine (5-Aza-CdR) by using semi- quantitative RT-PCR and Western blotting. RESULTS:In the cell line SGC7901 transfected with pSilencer3.1-H1-shRNA/RUNX3, mRNA and proteinexpression of the RUNX3 gene was lost identified by RT- PCR, Western blotting and immunocytochemistry assay. The growth of pSilencer3.1-H1-shRNA/ RUNX3/SGC7901 cells without expression of RUNX3 was the fastest (P < 0.05), its rate of clone formation was the highest (P < 0.01), and the cell distribution in G0/G1 and S/M phases was lowest and highest, respectively (P < 0.05), compared with that of the transfected pSilencer3.1-H1 and non-transfected cells. Through RT-PCR and Western blot assay, inactivated RUNX3 could not be reactivated by 5-Aza-CdR. CONCLUSION:We found that, although shRNAs targeted to gene prompter regions of RUNX3 could effectively induce transcriptional repression with chromatic changes characteristic of inaction promoters, this was independent of DNA methylation, and the presence of RNA-dependent transcriptional silencin
