The induction motor system with fluctuating potential loads is a non-linear complex electro-mechanical *** beam pumping motors as an example,this paper proposes a multiple factor non-linear mathematical model to study the operating performance of the induction motor *** model consists of non-linear time varying electromagnetic field equations,mechanical wave equations of sucker rods and non-linear coupling equation of reducer and four-bar *** equations are numerically solved by combining time-step finite element method(TS-FEM),finite difference method(FDM),a linear dimension reduction method and the Newton-Raphson *** results,which are validated by experiments,reveal the influence of the fluctuating potential load on magnetic field distributions,stator and rotor currents,the input power and the power *** model and simulation results provide theoretical and technical supports for subsequent researches on model simplification and energy saving technologies.

The microenvironment of hypoxia and immune-cold limits the therapeutic outcomes of immune checkpoint blockade(ICB)therapy in solid *** is important and imperative to search new strategies to relieve tumor hypoxia and reverse immunosuppression of cold *** this study,the oxygen(O_(2))self-replenishing nano-enabled coordination platform can be used to induce potent antitumor immune response in cold *** nanoplatform can produce O_(2)by catalyzing hydrogen peroxide(H_(2)O_(2))in tumor site effectively,showing excellent photodynamic therapy(PDT)***,it can further trigger immunogenic cell death(ICD),enhance T cell infiltration,reverse immunosuppression,and reprogram the immune-cold tumor *** vitro and in vivo results demonstrate that the nanoplatform has potential for eradicating tumors and long-term immunological memory *** nanoplatform opens up a strategy for reprograming the immunosuppressive microenvironment in cold tumors.

Tumor immunotherapy as a promising method for tumor treatment received tremendous attention. However, the problem of low clinical response rate still needs to be solved, especially in the poorly immunogenic tumors. The enhancement of tumor antigens presentation can effectively activate dendritic cells (DCs) and improve the tumor immunotherapy. In this work, TAK-243 as an inhibitor of the ubiquitin activating enzyme (UAE), was fabricated into cationic lipid-assisted nanoparticle (CLANTAK-243). The obtained CLANTAK-243 could act as an effective tumor immunotherapy enhancer to promote the maturation of DCs as well as antigen presentation, which obviously stimulated the T cells activation and proliferation. Such CLANTAK-243 injected intravenously could well trigger immune response to tumor cells in vivo. Importantly, mice treated with CLANTAK-243 could obtain a long immune memory effect to protect themselves from re-challenged tumor cells. Therefore, this work presented an effective immunotherapy strategy for poorly immunogenic tumor.

In some control strategies of the direct-rive permanent magnet generator(DDPMG),the mathematics model is excessively simplified and some complex nonlinear characteristics,such as core saturation and cross-saturation,are generally *** solve this problem,this paper utilizes the frozen element permeability method to compute the armature self-and mutual-inductance,permanent magnet d-and q-axis flux varying with d-axis and q-axis current,then an improved model is presented in which the core saturation and cross-saturation between d-axis and q-axis are considered *** on this model,the method for computing the performance of the generators is also *** a 1.5-MW DDPMG as an example,the time-stepping finite element method(T-S FEM) is adopted to analyze the performance with no-load and loaded conditions,the results show a good agreement with the ones obtained by the improved *** with the simplified model,it is demonstrated that the presented model has the high efficiency and reliability and can provide a good reference for optimization design of DDPMG and other PM motors.

Synchronous detection is the key of the demodulation for Two Way Automatic Communication System（TWACS）, and needs to determine the existence of voltage distortion in the power noise. The reliable synchronization detection can not be achieved by traditional means of TWACS due to the strong interference in the industrial network. For this reason, the pseudo-random M sequence encoding is applied in this paper for the modulation of the synchronization information. The synthetic signals are generated according to the modulation code, and then the syndrome parameters are calculated by Short-window Fourier transform and cross-correlation technique. The quality of the synchronous detection in the poor industrial channel can be ensured by the sharp autocorrelation of the M sequence and the syndrome parameters.

在用一阶三角元计算磁场所得到的结果中,相邻单元磁通密度通常不等,所得到的是分片恒定的磁通密度及磁导率。为了计算电磁力在铁心中以及在不同介质交界面上的分布,需要对磁场能量或磁导率求导数,为此,本文采用卷积方法得到平滑分布的磁通密度及磁导率。首先推导进行平滑化处理的卷积运算基本公式,然后对比采用不同的核函数进行卷积运算所得到的结果,并给出求取平滑化处理核函数的一般方法;作为卷积方法的一个应用,得到考虑饱和时计算铁心内部电磁力密度的公式。

Hierarchical targeting strategy can combat the sequential drug delivery barriers by changing their properties with response to tumor stimuli. Among these strategies, much less attention has been paid to address the issues of rapid tumor clearance and insufficient cellular translocation. In this work, we demonstrate that a transactivator of transcription （TAT）-presenting nanomedicine （DATAT-NP/Pt）, apart from improving tumor accumulation and cellular uptake, can simultaneously enhance tumor retention and promote nuclear translocation of encapsulated platinum prodrugs, and thus improve therapeutic efficacy. Specifically, a protecting 2,3-dimethylmaleic anhydride （DA） corona on the nanomedicine prevented the TAT peptide from serum. DATAT-NP/Pt efficiently accumulated at the tumor site through the enhanced permeability and retention （EPR） effect, followed by acid-triggered TAT presenting within the tumor acidic microenvironment （pH ~ 6.8）. The exposed TAT peptide augmented tumor retention and nuclear translocation of DATAT-NP/Pt. We used a tumor-on-a-chip microfluidic system to real-time mimic and analyze tumor accumulation and retention at physiological flow conditions and revealed that surface absorption of nanomedicines on tumors was critical in determining their tumor retention and clearance. Furthermore, the TAT peptide rapidly translocated the DATAT-NP/Pt into the perinuclear region, allowing for higher nuclear platinum concentrations and increased Pt-DNA adduct formation in nuclei, which consequently reversed cisplatin resistance. Our work presents a new strategy to overcome path- ophysiological barriers of tumor clearance and insufficient cellular translocation and provides new insights for the design of cancer nanomedicines.

The properties and microstructure of microwave and conventional sintered Fe-2Cu-0.6C powder metallurgy （PM） alloys were investigated. The experimental results show that microwave sintered alloy has the better properties （sintered density 7.20 g/cm3, Rockwell hardness 75 HRB, tensile strength 413.90 MPa and elongation 6.0%）, compared with the conventional sintered counterpart. Detailed analyses by using optical microscopy and scanning electron microscopy （SEM） reveal that microwave sintered sample has finer microstructure with small, rounded and uniformly distributed pores, and also demonstrate the presence of more flaky and granular pearlite in the mi- crowave sintered body, both of which account for the property improvement. SEM images on the fracture morphology indicate that a mixed mode containing ductile and brittle fracture is presented in microwave sintered alloy, in contrast with the brittle fracture in conventional sintered counterpart.

针对工频通信系统调制信号的传输时延远小于信号收发端工频电压过零时差的情况,本文研究了采用时频分析手段确定调制信号时域的工频通信下行解调方法;通信主站在下行数据发送前先进行前导信息的调制,通信终端通过前导信息得到调制成分大大增强的合成信号,然后采用维格纳分布结合短时傅里叶变换分析合成信号中符合下行调制信号频率范围的能量分布情况,以能量峰值时刻为基准形成参考信号并确定调制信号时域;在数据信息时段,将前后工频周期的电压检差信号与参考信号在所确定的时域进行互相关运算,根据互相关系数的正负来实现数据解调;通过仿真和工业配电网的现场测试证明本文的解调方法不受信号收发端电压相位差的影响,抗干扰性能明显提高。
