According to the basic idea of classical yin-yang complementarity and modern dual-complementarity,in a simple and unified way proposed by {2.,some basic principles in the linear theory of piezoelectric micropolar elastodynamics can be established systematically. In this paper,an important integral relation in terms of convolutions is given,which can be considered as the generalized principle of virtual work in mechanics. Based on this relation,it is not only possible to obtain the principle of virtual work and the reciprocal theorem,but also to systematically derive the complementary functionals for the eleven-field,nine-field and six-field simplified Gurtin-type variational principles and the potential energy-functional for the three-field one in the linear theory of piezoelectric micropolar elastodynamics by the generalized Legendre transformations given in this paper. Furthermore,with this approach,the intrinsic relationships among various principles can be explained clearly.

Background and Objective: Little is known about the incidence of hepatitis B virus (HBV) infection in Hodgkin's lymphoma patients. This study was to evaluate the impact of HBV infection on the survival of Hodgkin's lymphoma patient. Methods: Clinical data of 12. Hodgkin's lymphoma patients treated at the sun Yat-sen {2. Cancer Center between January 2.04 and October 2.07 were collected. The impact of prognostic factors including HBV infection on survival was examined by univariate and multivariate analyses. A log-rank test was used for univariate analysis and the Cox proportional hazards regression model was used for multivariate analysis. Results: Of the 12. patients, 18 (15.0%) were hepatitis B virus surface antigen (HBsAg)-positive. The HBsAg-positive patients had lower 5-year survival rate than did the HBsAg-negative ones (66.9% vs. 91.3%, p = 0.006). When the patients were divided into early-stage (Ⅰ+Ⅱ) and advanced-stage (Ⅲ+Ⅳ) groups, the 5-year survival rate was significantly different between the HBsAg-positive and -negative patients in early-stage group (64.8% vs. 96.0%, p p (75.0% vs. 84.8%, p=0.667). Both univariate and multivariate analyses showed that radiotherapy and HBV infection were independent prognosis factors for the patients with early-stage Hodgkin's lymphoma (p=0.006 and 0.014, respectively). Conclusions: The incidence of HBV infection is similar between Hodgkin's lymphoma patients and normal population. HBV infection is an independent prognosis factor for survival in the patients with early-stage Hodgkin's lymphoma.

post-synthetic installation strategy is an effective approach to improve the functions of metal-organic frameworks(MOFs).Herein,a pair of chiral MOFs is successfully constructed through solvothermal subcomponent self-assembly and exhibit circularly polarized luminescence(CpL).These MOFs contain coordinatively unsaturated Zn sites and channels,which allow the installation of pyridyl-terminated pillars into the original *** a post-synthetic installation process reinforces the MOFs'rigidity and increases the photoluminescence quantum yields(pLQYs).Furthermore,the luminescence dissymmetry factors(glum)of these post-modified MOFs are amplified after installing the *** work provides an appealing strategy for boosting the CpL performance of chiral MOFs.

We investigate the bound states of the Yukawa potential V(r)=-λexp(-αr)/r, using different algorithms: solving the Schrodinger equation numerically and our Monte Carlo Hamiltonian approach. There is a critical α = αC, above which no bound state exists. We study the relation between αC and A for various angular momentum quantum number l. and find in atomic units, αC(l) = λ[A1 exp(-l/B1) + A2.xp(-l/B2.], with A1 = 1.02.(18), B1 = 0.443(14), A2.= 0.170(17), and B2.= 2.490(180).

AIM:To investigate the prognostic value of KRAS mutation,and phosphatase and tensin (pTEN) expression in Chinese metastatic colorectal cancer metastatic colorectal cancer (mCRC) patients treated with ***:Ninety Chinese mCRC patients treated with cetuximab were evaluated for KRAS mutation and pTEN protein expression by DNA sequencing of codons 12.and 13 and immunohistochemistry,*** then selected 61 patients treated with cetuximab,either in combination with chemotherapy,or alone as a second-line or third-line regimen to assess whether KRAS mutation or pTEN protein expression is associated with the response and the survival time of mCRC patients treated with ***:KRAS mutation was found in 30 (33.3%) tumor samples from the 90 patients,and positive pTEN expression was detected in 58 (64.4%) of the 90 *** the 61 patients who were treated with cetuximab as a second-line or third-line regimen,the resistance to cetuximab was found in 2. patients with KRAS mutation and in 39 patients without KRAS mutation,with a response rate of 4.5% and 46.1% respectively (p=0.001),a shorter median progression-free survival (pFS) time of 14 ± 1.3 wk and 32.± 2.5 wk respectively (p 2.mo and 19 ± 1.8 mo respectively (p 2. patients with negative pTEN expression and in 37 patients with positive pTEN expression respectively (p ponsive rate of 4.2. and 48.6% respectively,a shorter median pFS survival time of 17 ± 2.0 wk and 2. ± 1.9 wk respectively (p=0.07),and a median OS time of 11 ± 1.3 mo and 18 ± 1.9 mo respectively (p=0.004).Combined KRAS mutation and pTEN expression analysis showed that the pFS and OS time of patients with two favorable prognostic factors were longer than those of patients with one favorable prognostic factor or no favorable prognostic factor (p pTEN protein expression are significantly corr

Background and Aims:Increasing utilization of extended criteria donor leads to an increasing rate of early allograft failure after liver ***,con{2.sus of definition of early allograft failure is ***:A retrospective,multicenter study was performed to validate the Liver Graft Assessment Following Transplantation(L-GrAFT)risk model in a Chinese cohort of 942.adult patients undergoing primary liver transplantation at three Chinese centers.L-GrAFT(L-GrAFT7 and L-GrAFT10)was compared with existing models:the Early Allograft Failure Simplified Estimation(EASE)score,the model of early allograft function(MEAF),and the Early Allograft Dysfunction(EAD)*** and multivariate logistic regression were used to find risk factors of L-GrAFT high-risk ***:L-GrAFT7 had an area under the curve of 0.85 in predicting 90-day graft survival,significantly superior to MEAF[area under the curve(AUC=0.78,p=0.044)]and EAD(AUC=0.78,p=0.006),while there was no statistical significance between the predicting abilities of L-GrAFT7 and EASE(AUC=0.84,p>0.05).Furthermore,L-GrAFT7 maintains good predicting ability in the subgroup of high-donor risk index(DRI)cases(AUC=0.83 ***,p=0.007 ***,p=0.014)and recipients of donors after cardiac death(AUC=0.92.***,ppretransplant bilirubin level,units of packed red blood cells,and the DRI score were selected as independent risk factors of a L-GrAFT7 high-risk ***:The accuracy of L-GrAFT7 in predicting early allograft failure was validated in a Chinese multicenter cohort,indicating that it has the potential to become an accurate endpoint of clinical practice and transitional study of machine perfusion.

purposes: To observe the characteristics of local electroretinogram (LERG) in normal subjects and patients with maculopathies, and to evaluate the applied worth of LERG and pattern visual evoked potential (pVEp) in maculopathies. Methods: LERGs at 5° and 15° macular regions were recorded from 2. normal subjects (54 eyes). The factors of age, different eyes and stimulate areas for LERG influence were observed. Meanwhile, the LERG and pVEp were recorded from 2. patients (35 eyes) with maculopathies for making contrast study. Results: In normal subjects, there was no significant influence of age to LERG. As the stimulated areas increased, the a- and b-wave amplitudes of LERG increased. In the patients with maculopathies, the a- and b-wave amplitudes of LERG at 5°, 10°and 15° macular regions were significantly lowered and the mean values of p1 latency were prolonged and N1-p1 amplitudes of VEp were lowered, comparing with the control group. Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC), commonly known as primary liver cancer, is a major cause of malignant tumors and cancer-related deaths in china, accounting for approximately 85% of all cancer cases in the country. Several guidelines have been used to diagnose and treat liver cancer. However, these guidelines provide a broad definition for classifying advanced liver cancer, with an emphasis on a singular approach, without considering treatment options for individual patients. Therefore, it is necessary to establish a comprehensive and practical expert consensus, specifically for china, to enhance the diagnosis and treatment of HCC using the Delphi method. The classification criteria were refined for Chinese patients with HCC, and the corresponding optimal treatment regimen recommendations were developed. These recommendations took into account various factors, including tumor characteristics, vascular tumor thrombus grade, distant metastasis, liver function status, portal hypertension, and the hepatitis B virus replication status of patients with primary HCC, along with treatment prognosis. The findings and recommendations provide detailed, scientific, and reasonable individualized diagnosis and treatment strategies for clinicians.

By using the TRMM and QuikSCAT datathe characteristics of the 2.8 day high frequency atmospheric variability over the South china Sea are studied in this ***’s found that：（1） the 2.8 day high frequency signals are significant not only during the periods of the South china Sea Summer Monsoon （SCSSM）,but also after the retreat of the *** reaches its peak around July to August;（2. the 2.8 day high frequency signals exhibit strong intermittent features;（3） During El Nino years,the 2.8 day high frequency signals are active only in the periods of the *** La Nina years,the 2.8 day high frequency signals are obviously not only in periods of the SCSSM,but also after the retreat of the *** the SCSSM periods,the 2.8 day high frequency signals in El Nino years are much stronger than that in La Nina years;（4） During spring to early summer,most of 2.8 day signals propagate southward and eastward,during midsummer to autumn,however,most of 2.8-day signals propagate northward and westward;（5） The 2.8 day northward and westward propagation signals is probably related to the activities of high-frequency vortex over the SCS.
