Objective: To analyze the correlation between salivary cortisol content and anxiety and depression in pregnant and postpartum women. Method: 300 pregnant and postpartum women who were admitted from January 2021 to December 2021 were selected as the research subjects. They were all tested with the Hamilton Anxiety Scale (HAMA) and the Edinburgh Postnatal Depression Scale (EPDS). 40 pregnant women with anxiety and depression were selected as the observation group, and 50 normal pregnant women were selected as the control group, adopting logistic regression analysis to investigate the correlation between salivary cortisol and postpartum anxiety and depression during pregnancy. Result: The salivary cortisol levels in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group before bedtime, after waking up the next day, 15 minutes after waking up, 30 minutes after waking up, 60 minutes after waking up, and 1 hour before lunch (p 0.05). Maternal depression and anxiety are closely related to salivary cortisol levels and educational background (p Conclusion: There is a close correlation between anxiety and depression and an increase in cortisol levels, suggesting that the salivary cortisol awakening response during pregnancy has a predictive effect on the occurrence of postpartum depression.

Background Studying the composition and developmental mechanisms in mammary gland is crucial for healthy growth of newborns. The mammary gland is inherently heterogeneous, and its physiological function dependents on the gene expression of multiple cell types. Most studies focused on epithelial cells, disregarding the role of neighboring *** Here, we constructed the largest transcriptomic dataset of porcine mammary gland cells thus far. The dataset captured 126,829 high-quality nuclei from physiological mammary glands across five developmental stages(d 90 of gestation, G90;d 0 after lactation, L0;d 20 after lactation, L20;2 d post natural involution, PI2;7 d post natural involution, PI7). Seven cell types were identified, including epithelial cells, adipocytes, endothelial cells, fibroblasts cells, immune cells, myoepithelial cells and precursor cells. Our data indicate that mammary glands at different developmental stages have distinct phenotypic and transcriptional signatures. During late gestation(G90), the differentiation and proliferation of adipocytes were inhibited. Meanwhile, partly epithelial cells were completely differentiated. Pseudo-time analysis showed that epithelial cells undergo three stages to achieve lactation, including cellular differentiation, hormone sensing, and metabolic activation. During lactation(L0 and L20), adipocytes area accounts for less than 0.5% of mammary glands. To maintain their own survival, the adipocyte exhibited a poorly differentiated state and a proliferative capacity. Epithelial cells initiate lactation upon hormonal stimulation. After fulfilling lactation mission, their undergo physiological death under high intensity lactation. Interestingly, the physiological dead cells seem to be actively cleared by immune cells via CCL21-ACKR4 pathway. Introduction:Respiratory infectious diseases,such as influenza and coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19),present significant global public health *** emergence of artificial intelligence(AI)and big data offers opportunities to improve traditional disease surveillance and early warning ***:The study analyzed data from January 2020 to May 2023,comprising influenza-like illness(ILI)statistics,Baidu index,and clinical data from *** methodologies were evaluated:the adaptive dynamic threshold method(ADTM)for dynamic threshold adjustments,the machine learning supervised method(MLSM),and the machine learning unsupervised method(MLUM)utilizing anomaly *** comparison focused on sensitivity,specificity,timeliness,and warning ***:ADTM issued 37 warnings with a sensitivity of 71%and a specificity of 85%.MLSM generated 35 warnings,with a sensitivity of 82%and a specificity of 87%.MLUM produced 63 warnings with a sensitivity of 100%and specificity of 80%.The initial warnings from ADTM and MLUM preceded those from MLSM by five *** Kappa coefficient indicated moderate agreement between the methods,with values ranging from 0.52 to 0.62(P<0.05).Discussion:The study explores the comparison between traditional methods and two machine learning approaches for early warning *** emphasizes the validation of machine learning’s reliability and underscores the unique advantages of each ***,it stresses the significance of integrating machine learning models with various data sources to enhance public health preparedness and response,alongside acknowledging limitations and the need for broader validation.

铌酸钠(NaNbO_(3))基无铅陶瓷具有超高的储能密度,在高功率介电储能电容器领域引起了广泛关注。然而,纯NaNbO_(3)陶瓷在室温表现为矩形形状的类铁电电滞回线,并伴随着大的回滞和高的剩余极化强度,往往导致大的能量损耗。为优化NaNbO_(3)的储能性能,基于相界调控策略采用传统固相法制备了(1–x)NaNbO_(3)–xCaTiO_(3)(0.08≤x≤0.18)陶瓷,并使用CuO作为助烧剂。结果表明,该体系在0.09≤x≤0.16范围内存在因晶体结构改变而引起的多晶型相界区域,其中相界组分0.84NaNbO_(3)–0.16CaTiO_(3)在590 kV/cm时的最大极化强度为42.2μC/cm^(2),可逆储能密度达到6.1 J/cm^(3),储能效率为77%。同时该陶瓷表现出良好的频率和温度稳定性,以及优异的放电性能。为铌酸钠基高性能储能电容器材料的开发提供了新思路。

Rechargeable aqueous zinc batteries（RAZBs） offer a promising solution for large-scale energy storage due to the abundance,low cost, and safety of Zn. However, practical applications are hindered by Zn anode instability, dendrite growth, and hydrogen evolution reactions（HER）. Chaotropic Zn（ClO4）2electrolytes are favorable for low-temperature operations but exacerbate these issues due to their high acidity, leading to severe Zn corrosion and layered double hydroxide formation. We propose a biomimetic strategy using methylguanidoacetic acid（creatine） as a low-cost, eco-friendly additive to address these challenges. Creatine acts as a proton pocket to finely tune the pH of acidic Zn（ClO4）2electrolytes for suppressing HER and stabilizing the Zn ***, the formed creatinine cations adsorb on the Zn surface, promoting highly controlled Zn deposition with a preferred（002） orientation. This approach significantly enhances battery cycling performance, with Zn||Zn cells demonstrating extended cycling stability at both low and high current densities. Zn||Cu cells exhibited improved Coulombic efficiency over thousands of cycles, indicating highly reversible Zn plating/stripping. Notably, stable cell operations were realized at the temperature as low as-35°C without electrolyte freezing. Our findings highlight the potential of biomimetic proton regulation and interfacial modulation for improving the stability and reversibility of Zn plating/stripping in RAZBs.
