为了解决手术中自动血泵校准时出现的数据处理慢、温度有偏差、检测精度差、校准效率低的问题,设计一种基于修正算法的产科手术血泵自动校准系统。通过测定玻璃容器内液体的体积变化以及所消耗的时间计算血泵的液体输送平均流量。基于上述原理设计,系统对实验数据进行重复性分析、误差分析并做出校准结论。结果可见,该系统相对误差小于2%,符合不大于8%的行业规范。该系统可对各种流量条件下的准确度进行测定,双通道形式满足多台供血泵同时校准的需求。

目的分析卵巢储备功能减退(DOR)患者分别采用促性腺激素释放激素拮抗剂(GnRH-ant)方案、高孕激素状态下促排卵(PPOS)方案对体外受精-胚胎移植(IVF-ET)助孕结局的影响。方法选取2019年10月至2021年10月唐山市妇幼保健院收治的176例采用IVF-ET助孕的DOR患者作为研究对象。随机分为A组和B组,各88例。A组予以PPOS方案促排卵,B组予以GnRH-ant方案促排卵。比较两组的人绒毛膜促性腺激素(hCG)注射日性激素水平、排卵情况及助孕结局。结果与B组比较,A组hCG注射日黄体生成素(LH)、雌二醇(E_(2))水平更高(P0.05)。与B组比较,A组获卵数、可利用胚胎数更多(P0.05)。两组有效冻融胚胎移植(FET)周期率、胚胎成功种植率等助孕结局比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论GnRH-ant方案与PPOS方案对DOR患者IVF-ET的助孕效果相似,但应用PPOS方案更有利于改善患者的排卵情况。

Monitoring Xylem Transport in the Stem of Lilium lancifolium Using Fluorescent Dye 5(6)-Carboxyfluorescein Diacetate

The xylem undergoes physiological changes in response to various environmental conditions during the process of plant growth.To understand these physiological changes,it is extremely important to observe the transport of xylem.In this study,the distribution and structure of vascular bundle in Lilium lancifolium were observed using the method of semithin section.Methods for introducing a fluorescent tracer into the xylem of the stems were evaluated.Then,the transport rule of 5(6)-Carboxyfluorescein diacetate(CFDA)in the xylem of the stem of L.lancifolium was studied by fluorescence dye in live cells tracer technology.The results showed that the vascular bundles of L.lancifolium were scattered in the basic tissue,the peripheral vascular bundles were smaller and densely distributed,and the closer to the center,the larger the volume of vascular bundles and the more sparsely distributed.The vascular bundles of L.lancifolium are limited external tenacity vascular bundles,which are composed of phloem and xylem.The most suitable method for CFDA labeling the xylem of isolated stem segments of L.lancifolium was solution soaking for 24 h.The running speed of CF in the isolated stem was 0.3 cm/h,which was consistent with the running speed of the material in the field.CF could be transported between the xylem and parenchyma cells,indicating that the material transport in the xylem could be through the symplastic pathway.The above results laid a foundation for the study of the xylem transport mechanism and the xylem pathogen disease of lily.

Efficiency against multidrug resistance by co-delivery of doxorubicin and curcumin with a legumain-sensitive nanocarrier

Multidrug resistance proteins （MDRPs）, which are implicated in the mediation of multidrug resistance in tumors, represent the main obstacle to successful chemotherapy. As curcurnin （Cur） exerts inhibitory effects on both the expression and function of MDRPs, a nanocarrier for the co-delivery of Cur and doxorubicin （DOX） was prepared to overcome MDR tumors through their synergistic effects. Owing to the overexpression of legumain in tumors, the release profile of DOX from this nanocarrier was designed to be legumain modulated, which was achieved by bridging DOX to a basic material （chitosan） with a legumain- sensitive peptide. Compared with nanoparticles that only contain DOX, the coadministration of DOX and Cur significantly inhibited multidrug resistance （P 〈 0.05） in a multidrug-resistant cancer cell model （MCF-7/ADR cell line）, with cytotoxicity to normal cells （L929 cell line）. Such inhibition could be ascribed to the increased DOX accumulation in the MCF-7/ADR nucleus. The co-delivery system exhibited good anticancer effects through prolonged circulation time, improved tumor-targeting efficiency, elevation of the tumor inhibition activity, and the suppression of MDRP expression. These data revealed the enormous potential of this co-delivery system for cancer therapy, especially in the later stages where multidrug resistance may develop.

Ultrasmall gold nanoparticles(AuNPs)typically includes atomically precise gold nanoclusters(AuNCs)and AuNPs with a core size below 3 nm.Serving as a bridge between small molecules and traditional inorganic nanoparticles,the ultrasmall AuNPs show the unique advantages of both small molecules(e.g.,rapid distribution,renal clearance,low non-specific organ accumulation)and nanoparticles(e.g.,long blood circulation and enhanced permeability and retention effect).The emergence of ultrasmall AuNPs creates significant opportunities to address many challenges in the health field including disease diagnosis,monitoring and treatment.Since the nano–bio interaction dictates the overall biological applications of the ultrasmall AuNPs,this review elucidates the recent advances in the biological interactions and imaging of ultrasmall AuNPs.We begin with the introduction of the factors that influence the cellular interactions of ultrasmall AuNPs.We then discuss the organ interactions,especially focus on the interactions of the liver and kidneys.We further present the recent advances in the tumor interactions of ultrasmall AuNPs.In addition,the imaging performance of the ultrasmall AuNPs is summarized and discussed.Finally,we summarize this review and provide some perspective on the future research direction of the ultrasmall AuNPs,aiming to accelerate their clinical translation.

Juvenile idiopathic arthritis (JIA) is one of the most common chronic inflammatory rheumatic diseases in children,with onset before age 16 and lasting for more than 6 weeks.JIA is a highly heterogeneous condition with various consequences for health and quality of life.For some JIA patients,early detection and intervention remain challenging.As a result,further investigation of the complex and unknown mechanisms underlying JIA is required.Advances in technology now allow us to describe the biological heterogeneity and function of individual cell populations in JIA.Through this review,we hope to provide novel ideas and potential targets for the diagnosis and treatment of JIA by summarizing the current findings of single-cell RNA sequencing studies and understanding how the major cell subsets drive JIA pathogenesis.

The aromatic amino acids(AAAs)phenylalanine(Phe),tyrosine(Tyr),and tryptophan(Trp)are not only building blocks of proteins,but also precursors of numerous primary and specialized metabolites(Schenck and Maeda,2018).For instance,Trp is a precursor of the phytohormone auxin and the plant defense compounds indole glucosinolates,while Phe serves as a precursor of lignin,coumarin and flavonoids.Some plant natural products such as morphine and vitamin E are derived from Tyr,and have been employed in human medicine and nutrition(Schenck and Maeda,2018;Wu et al.,2022;Yokoyama et al.,2021).
