Small cell lung cancer with peripheral neuropathy as the first symptom:Two case reports

BACKGROUND Small cell lung cancer(SCLC)is the most malignant type of lung *** in the latent period and early stage of the tumor,SCLC is prone to produce distant metastases with complex and diverse clinical *** is most closely related to paraneoplastic syndrome,and some cases present as paraneoplastic peripheral neuropathy(PPN).PPN in SCLC appears early,lacks specificity,and often occurs before diagnosis of the primary *** is easy to be misdiagnosed as a primary disease of the nervous system,leading to missed diagnosis and delayed diagnosis and *** SUMMARY This paper reports two cases of SCLC with limb weakness as the first *** first symptoms of one patient were rash,limb weakness,and abnormal *** patient was repeatedly referred to the hospital for limb weakness and rash for>1 year,during which time,treatment with hormones and immunosuppressants did not lead to significant improvement,and the condition gradually *** patient was later diagnosed with SCLC,and the dyskinesia did not worsen as the dermatomyositis improved after antineoplastic and hormone *** second case presented with limb numbness and weakness as the first symptom,but the patient did not pay attention to ***,the patient was diagnosed with SCLC after facial edema caused by tumor thrombus invading the ***,he was diagnosed with extensive SCLC and died 1 year after *** The two cases had PPN and abnormal electromyography,highlighting its correlation with early clinical indicators of SCLC.

深度学习视域下舞蹈啦啦操混合式教学模式的构建与实验研究

随着信息技术发展，混合式教学为高等教育改革提供了有效途径。为提升高校舞蹈啦啦操人才培养与课程教学质量，采用专家访谈、准实验研究、行动研究等方法，在深度学习视域下，形成了课前线上初步建构、课中线下深度探究、课后双线拓展... 详细信息

随着信息技术发展，混合式教学为高等教育改革提供了有效途径。为提升高校舞蹈啦啦操人才培养与课程教学质量，采用专家访谈、准实验研究、行动研究等方法，在深度学习视域下，形成了课前线上初步建构、课中线下深度探究、课后双线拓展反思的舞蹈啦啦操混合式教学模式，并在某高校开展实证研究。研究结果表明，经过两轮行动研究与18周的实验干预，在深度学习水平中，对照组在学习毅力、问题解决及协作能力3个维度上的P值均小于0.05,提升显著，实验组在全部10个维度上P值均小于0.05,提升显著；在理论知识水平中，实验组与对照组组间后测P值为0.002,提升极为显著，K-means模型进行聚类分析，差异性明显；在技术技能水平中，实验组与对照组组内前、后测对比均有所提升，但组间对比P值为0.304,无显著差异，仅编排成绩组间对比P值为0.037,有显著差异；在思维水平中，实验组与对照组组间后测P值为0.000,极为显著；学习满意度中均值均大于4。研究结论为，深度学习视域下的舞蹈啦啦操混合式教学模式能促进深度学习水平显著提升，增进课程理论知识学习成效，助推专项创编技能逐步形成，促使学生思维能力多维发展，且该模式学习满意度获高度认可。

Reaction mechanism of methyl nitrite dissociation during co catalytic coupling to dimethyl oxalate:A density functional theory study

Dissociation of methyl nitrite is the first step during CO catalytic coupling to dimethyl oxalate followed by hydrogenation to ethyl glycol in a typical coal to liquid process. In this work, the first-principle calculations based on density functional theory were performed to explore the reaction mechanism for the non-catalytic dissociation of methyl nitrite in the gas phase and the catalytic dissociation of methyl nitrite on Pd(111) surface since palladium supported on alpha-alumina is the most effective catalyst for the coupling. For the non-catalytic case, the calculated results show that the CH_3O–NO bond will break with a bond energy of 1.91 eV, and the produced CH_3O radicals easily decompose to formaldehyde, while the further dissociation of formaldehyde in the gas phase is difficult due to the strong C–H bond. On the other hand, the catalytic dissociation of methyl nitrite on Pd(111) to the adsorbed CH_3O and NO takes place with a small energy barrier of 0.03 eV. The calculated activation energies along the proposed reaction pathways indicate that(i) at low coverage, a successive dehydrogenation of the adsorbed CH_3O to CO and H is favored while(ii) at high coverage, hydrogenation of CH_3O to methanol and carbonylation of CH_3O to methyl formate are more preferred. On the basis of the proposed reaction mechanism,two meaningful ways are proposed to suppress the dissociation of methyl nitrate during the CO catalytic coupling to dimethyl oxalate.

目的探讨活跃期经会阴三维超声测量产程进展参数对分娩方式及分娩时长的预测价值。方法选取2022年1月至2023年6月在清远市妇幼保健院阴道试产的184例单胎初产妇作为研究对象,在宫口开大6cm时经会阴三维超声测量以下参数:胎头进展角(AOP)、胎头进展距离(PD)、胎头方向角(HD),绘制受试者工作特征(ROC)曲线对比AOP、PD、HD对分娩方式的预测效能;以AOP、PD、HD的截断值进行分组,比较两组间自然分娩率及分娩时长的差异。结果最终有181例产妇被纳入分析:AOP、PD、HD预测自然分娩ROC曲线下面积分别为0.793、0.783、0.764(P0.05),AOP、PD、HD的最佳截断值分别为118.5°、30.5mm、87.5°。分别以AOP、PD、HD的最佳截断值118.5°、30.5mm、87.5°进行分组,AOP、PD、HD较大者,自然分娩率更高,分娩时长更短,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论活跃期经会阴三维超声测量产程进展参数对分娩方式及分娩时长均有良好的预测价值,可辅助临床医生进行产程管理。

The chemical composition and antioxidant activity of Magnolia grandiflora *** essential oil were *** combining gas chromatography and mass spectrometry （GC-MS）,16 types of compounds were identified,including 40.91% oxygen-containing terpene derivatives,19.51% terpenes,13.97% esters,13.05% nitrogenous compounds,and 3.64% *** capability of removing hydroxyl free radical was lower than that of V c,but it was closer to V c with increasing *** cell experiment,all essential oil concentration （6.9,13.8,27.7,55.5,111.0,and 222.0 g/mL） groups increased cell proliferation by 26% or more （26.0%,38.8%,44.8%,40.2%,35.8%,and 30.4%,respectively）.In rat experiment,the SD rats group showed an at least 38% rise （38.62%,61.68%,and 62.86%,respectively） in glutathione-peroxisome （GSH-Px）activity,which is more than 24% reduction （29.56%,24.30%,and 36.93%） in malondialdehyde （MDA） content,and no significant difference in SOD activity was *** results show that the essential oil had strong antioxidant activity,without dose effect within the concentration range.
