Background Intestinal barrier is a dynamic interface between the body and the ingested food components, however, dietary components or xenobiotics could compromise intestinal integrity, causing health risks to the host. Gossypol, a toxic component in cottonseed meal(CSM), caused intestinal injury in fish or other monogastric animals. It has been demonstrated that probiotics administration benefits the intestinal barrier integrity, but the efficacy of probiotics in maintaining intestinal health when the host is exposed to gossypol remains unclear. Here, a strain(YC) affiliated to Pediococcus pentosaceus was isolated from the gut of Nile tilapia(Oreochromis niloticus) and its potential to repair gossypol-induced intestinal damage was *** A total of 270 Nile tilapia(2.20 ± 0.02 g) were allotted in 3 groups with 3 tanks each and fed with 3 diets including CON(control diet), GOS(control diet containing 300 mg/kg gossypol) and GP(control diet containing 300 mg/kg gossypol and 10^(8) colony-forming unit(CFU)/g P. pentosaceus YC), respectively. After 10 weeks, addition of P. pentosaceus YC restored growth retardation and intestinal injury induced by gossypol in Nile tilapia. Transcriptome analysis and si RNA interference experiments demonstrated that NOD-like receptors(NLR) family caspase recruitment domain(CARD) domain containing 3(Nlrc3) inhibition might promote intestinal stem cell(ISC) proliferation, as well as maintaining gut barrier integrity. 16S r RNA sequencing and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS) revealed that addition of P. pentosaceus YC altered the composition of gut microbiota and increased the content of propionate in fish gut. 井喷失控是石油天然气工业领域的灾难性事故,尤其是高压高产高含硫井井喷失控着火后,复杂抢险环境对抢险技术、抢险装备和作业人员的安全带来了极大的挑战。将数字孪生技术应用于油气井井喷失控抢险领域,通过对失控井场、抢险机具等进行虚拟映射,模拟构建真实的复杂抢险环境,有助于解决井喷失控抢险的关键问题。首先分析了井喷失控抢险面临的挑战和数字孪生技术的难点,针对技术难点开展了井喷失控抢险数字孪生关键技术研究,初步形成了恶劣抢险环境大覆盖高速网络构建、抢险机具数字孪生控制、多源信息融合、井喷失控抢险决策指挥等技术,实现了井喷失控抢险技术与数字孪生技术的深度融合,并取得了一定的应用效果。最后指出该技术仍处于起步阶段,下一步将在提升恶劣抢险环境下高速网络的稳定性、抢险机具孪生控制协同性、多源信息融合模型的准确性等方面持续攻关。该技术将推动井喷失控抢险由“近井口无人化”向“信息化、智能化”转变,促进了国内陆上油气井井喷失控抢险技术的突破和提升。

Glioma is one of the most common malignant tumors of the central nervous system,leading high mortality rates in ***-induced emission(AIE)photosensitizers-based photodynamic therapy(PDT)has emerged as a promising therapeutic strategy for least-invasive treatment of glioma,which involves local irradiation of the tumor using an external near-infrared(NIR)***,most AIE photosensitizers suffered from poorly penetration of the visible light excitation,bad spatiotemporal resolution in deep tissues and low efficient blood-brain barrier(BBB)crossing ability,which greatly limited the clinical practice of AIE photosensitizers for especially deep-seated brain tumor *** this work,we developed a multifunctional NIR-driven theranostic agent through hybrid of AIE photosensitizers TIND with rare-earth doping nanoparticles(RENPs)NaGdF4:Nd/Yb/Tm with up/down dual-mode conversion *** theranostic agent was further decorated with D-type neuropeptide DNPY for crossing BBB and targeting *** the 808-nm light irradiation,the down-conversion NIR-II luminescence could indicate the position glioma and the upconversion NIR-I luminescence could trigger the AIE photosensitizers producing reactive oxygen species to inhibit orthotopic glioma tumor growth in *** results demonstrate that the integration of Dtype neuropeptide,AIE photosensitizers and RENPs could be promising candidates for in vivo NIR-II fluorescence image-guided through-skull PDT treatments of brain tumors.

城乡人口流动是改变并形成新城乡关系的重要驱动力。伴随中国城乡融合的深度发展,中国城乡人口流动出现新动向,即人口城乡逆流,这一重要社会现象正推动着乡村社会联系与发展。人业互动作用下作为空间载体的乡村社会空间的演进与重构呈现出新的时代特征,探讨中国乡村“人—地—业”格局复杂化背景下的人口城乡逆流对乡村社会空间的重构过程,对于理解目前“城乡中国”面临的困境与机遇具有重要的理论和现实意义。论文从城乡人口流动与乡村重构、乡村产业发展与乡村社会空间演变、乡村社会空间重构过程及效应等核心研究领域着手,利用VOSviewer工具对国内外相关文献进行梳理,凝练出当前研究重点关注主题取得的成效与亟需解决的瓶颈,进而从人口城乡逆流重构乡村社会空间的理论分析框架、过程规律、作用机理、地方效应等4个方向进行研究展望,旨在重新认知并诠释新时代中国人口城乡逆流现象,破解城乡融合深度发展的人口问题,为缩小城乡发展不平衡、实现城乡共同繁荣提供科学理论依据和支撑。
