The ^(232)Th(n,f)cross section is very important in basic nuclear physics and applications based on the Th/U fuel *** the time-of-flight method and a multi-cell fast-fission ionization chamber,a novel measurement of the^(232)Th(n,f)cross sec-tion relative to^(235)U in the 1–200 MeV range was performed at the China Spallation Neutron Source Back-n white neutron source(Back-n).The fission event-neutron energy spectra of^(232)Th and^(235)U fission cells were measured in the single-bunch *** 232Th/235U fission cross-sectional ratios were obtained,and the measurement uncertainties were 2.5–3.7%for energies in the 2–20 MeV range and 3.6–6.2%for energies in the 20–200 MeV ***^(232)Th(n,f)cross section was obtained by introducing the standard cross section of^(235)U(n,f).The results were compared with those of previous theoreti-cal calculations,measurements,and *** measured 232Th fission cross section agreed with the main evaluation results in terms of the experimental uncertainty,and 232Th fission resonances were observed in the 1–3 MeV *** present results provide^(232)Th(n,f)cross-sectional data for the evaluation and design of Th/U cycle nuclear systems.

目的获得在规范治疗下我国霍奇金淋巴瘤（HL）患儿的远期预后资料.方法根据国外发达国家报告设计诊断与治疗方案,根据个体分期、肿瘤大小、有无全身症状分为低、中和高危3组（R1,R2,R3）,不同组别治疗强度不同,分别接受4、6、9个疗程短程化疗.根据对治疗的不同反应确定在化疗结束时是否给予15～20 Gy的受累野放疗.对1998年至2008年12月明确诊断的连续病例进行分析.采用Kaplan-Meier法计算全组生存率.结果研究期间共纳入26例患儿.中位年龄94.5（30～179）个月.男20例,女6例.Ⅰ期3例,Ⅱ期4例,Ⅲ期9例,Ⅳ期10例.26例中24例有原发或转移性颈部淋巴结病变,12例存在纵隔病变,11例有脾脏多发性浸润,5例有B症状.进入R14例,R212例,R3 10例.25例完成所有治疗计划,1例Ⅱ期患儿未行最后1个疗程.,26例患儿中有8例在完成化疗计划时因增强CT提示有残留病灶可能而接受受累野放疗,7例总剂量为20～26 Gy,1例91个月患儿接受36 Gy.随访至2009年6月,26例患儿中有21例（80.76%）持续完全缓解（CCR）中.中位随访时间为31（10～120）个月.5例复发（Ⅲ期1例,Ⅳ期4例）.其中1例Ⅲ期患儿颈部原发部位复发、4例Ⅳ期患儿分别为全身、腹腔、胸腔和肝脏复发,平均复发时间为8（5～12）个月.Ⅰ期与Ⅱ期共7例患儿均在CCR中,CCR率为100% Ⅲ期9例患儿中1例复发,CCR率为89% Ⅳ期10例患儿中4例复发,CCR率为60%.预计5年总生存率为85.9%,5年无事件生存率为73.7%.有B症状者共5例,其中Ⅲ期1例,Ⅳ期4例,4例Ⅳ期患儿中3例复发.结论该方案预计5年无事件生存率73.7%,提示方案有合理性 Ⅰ、Ⅱ期患儿无放疗者预后仍良好.

Objective Several COVID-19 patients have overlapping comorbidities. The independent role of each component contributing to the risk of COVID-19 is unknown, and how some non-cardiometabolic comorbidities affect the risk of COVID-19 remains *** A retrospective follow-up design was adopted. A total of 1,160 laboratory-confirmed patients were enrolled from nine provinces in China. Data on comorbidities were obtained from the patients’ medical records. Multivariable logistic regression models were used to estimate the odds ratio(OR) and 95% confidence interval(95% CI) of the associations between comorbidities(cardiometabolic or non-cardiometabolic diseases), clinical severity, and treatment outcomes of *** Overall, 158(13.6%) patients were diagnosed with severe illness and 32(2.7%) had unfavorable outcomes. Hypertension(2.87, 1.30–6.32), type 2 diabetes(T2 DM)(3.57, 2.32–5.49),cardiovascular disease(CVD)(3.78, 1.81–7.89), fatty liver disease(7.53, 1.96–28.96), hyperlipidemia(2.15, 1.26–3.67), other lung diseases(6.00, 3.01–11.96), and electrolyte imbalance(10.40, 3.00–26.10)were independently linked to increased odds of being severely ill. T2 DM(6.07, 2.89–12.75), CVD(8.47,6.03–11.89), and electrolyte imbalance(19.44, 11.47–32.96) were also strong predictors of unfavorable outcomes. Women with comorbidities were more likely to have severe disease on admission(5.46,3.25–9.19), while men with comorbidities were more likely to have unfavorable treatment outcomes(6.58, 1.46–29.64) within two *** Besides hypertension, diabetes, and CVD, fatty liver disease, hyperlipidemia, other lung diseases, and electrolyte imbalance were independent risk factors for COVID-19 severity and poor treatment outcome. Women with comorbidities were more likely to have severe disease, while men with comorbidities were more likely to have unfavorable treatment outcomes.

The Large sky Area Multi-Object Fiber Spectroscopic Telescope（LAMOST） general survey is a spectroscopic survey that will eventually cover approximately half of the celestial sphere and collect 10 million spectra of stars, galaxies and QSOs. Objects in both the pilot survey and the first year regular survey are included in the LAMOST DR1. The pilot survey started in October 2011 and ended in June 2012, and the data have been released to the public as the LAMOST Pilot Data Release in August 2012. The regular survey started in September 2012, and completed its first year of operation in June 2013. The LAMOST DR1 includes a total of 1202 plates containing 2 955 336 spectra, of which 1 790 879 spectra have observed signalto-noise ratio（SNR） ≥ 10. All data with SNR ≥ 2 are formally released as LAMOST DR1 under the LAMOST data policy. This data release contains a total of 2 204 696 spectra, of which 1 944 329 are stellar spectra, 12 082 are galaxy spectra and 5017 are quasars. The DR1 not only includes spectra, but also three stellar catalogs with measured parameters： late A,FGK-type stars with high quality spectra（1 061 918 entries）, A-type stars（100 073 entries）, and M-type stars（121 522 entries）. This paper introduces the survey design, the observational and instrumental limitations, data reduction and analysis, and some caveats. A description of the FITS structure of spectral files and parameter catalogs is also provided.

Granulomatous lobular mastitis(GLM) is a rare and chronic benign inflammatory disease of the breast. Difficulties exist in the management of GLM for many front-line surgeons and medical specialists who care for patients with inflammatory disorders of the breast. This consensus is summarized to establish evidence-based recommendations for the management of GLM. Literature was reviewed using PubMed from January 1, 1971 to July 31, 2020. Sixty-six international experienced multidisciplinary experts from 11 countries or regions were invited to review the *** of evidence were determined using the American College of Physicians grading system, and recommendations were discussed until consensus. Experts discussed and concluded 30 recommendations on historical definitions,etiology and predisposing factors, diagnosis criteria, treatment, clinical stages, relapse and recurrence of GLM. GLM was recommended as a widely accepted definition. In addition, this consensus introduced a new clinical stages and management algorithm for GLM to provide individual treatment strategies. In conclusion, diagnosis of GLM depends on a combination of history, clinical manifestations, imaging examinations, laboratory examinations and *** approach to treatment of GLM should be applied according to the different clinical stage of GLM. This evidencebased consensus would be valuable to assist front-line surgeons and medical specialists in the optimal management of GLM.

Back-streaming neutrons from the spallation target of the China Spallation Neutron Source(CSNS)that emit through the incoming proton channel were exploited to build a white neutron beam facility(the so-called Back-n white neutron source),which was completed in March *** Back-n neutron beam is very intense,at approximately 29107 n/cm2/s at 55 m from the target,and has a nominal proton beam with a power of 100 kW in the CSNS-I phase and a kinetic energy of 1.6 GeV and a thick tungsten target in multiple slices with modest moderation from the cooling water through the *** addition,the excellent energy spectrum spanning from 0.5 eV to 200 MeV,and a good time resolution related tothe time-of-flight measurements make it a typical white neutron source for nuclear data measurements;its overall performance is among that of the best white neutron sources in the *** with advanced spectrometers,detectors,and application utilities,the Back-n facility can serve wide applications,with a focus on neutron-induced cross-sectional *** article presents an overview of the neutron beam characteristics,the experimental setups,and the ongoing applications at Backn.

目的在保证有效治疗的同时，降低儿童急性淋巴细胞白血病（ALL）诱导缓解期治疗风险。初步评价ALL-2005方案的临床疗效。方法ALL-2005方案是在ALL—XH-99方案的基础上作出修改，结合患儿诱导治疗第35、55天骨髓微量残留病（MRD）检测结果，按低危、中危和高危分组，分别予以不同强度的化疗。统计2005年5月1日至2007年4月31日初发ALL患儿158例，分析其诱导缓解率、诱导治疗相关并发症、诱导治疗第35天、55天MRD水平及随访结果。结果根据分组标准，158例患儿中低危组59例，中危组93例，高危组6例。35d诱导缓解率为98．1％。139例（88．0％）患者可找到MRD检测标志，诱导治疗第35天时137例患儿中94例MRD≤0．01％，占68．6％。43例（27．2％）患儿诱导期出现发热等感染征象；合并重症感染进入ICU2例（1．3％）。诱导期因合并症死亡1例（0．6％）。4例在治疗缓解状态下失访，失访率2．5％。全组复发17例，占10．8％，低危组4例，中危组11例，高危组2例。诱导治疗第35天MRD≤0．01％组复发者占4．3％（94例中4例），MRD〉0．01％组复发者占23．3％（43例中10例），两组间差异有统计学意义（P=0．003）。至2008年3月31日，中位随访时间为20（12—35）个月。预计30个月总体无病生存率为（81．6±4．5）％，低危组为（94．1±3．3）％，中危组为（82．8±4．4）％；诱导治疗第35天MRD≤0．01％组无病生存率为（91．0±5．4）％，〉0．01％组为（67．1±9．5）％；第55天MRD≤0．01％组为（89．1±5．3）％，〉0．01％组为（46．9±15．6）％。结论ALL-2005方案诱导治疗期患儿的感染率和治疗相关死亡率低，诱导缓解率和无病生存率均较高。诱导治疗第35天和第55天MRD水平对患儿预后有影响。

目的总结分析儿童纵隔起源非霍奇金淋巴瘤（NHL）的临床特征和预后。方法回顾性分析1999年5月1日至2007年8月31日收治的36例原发于纵隔的NHL患儿的临床特点、病理分型、诊断、治疗方法和预后。结果27例经纵隔肿块或外周淋巴结活检通过病理形态、免疫组化确诊，其中24例为淋巴母细胞型，3例为间变性大细胞型；9例通过骨髓或胸水细胞学、免疫分型确诊。36例免疫表型均为T细胞型。分期诊断中，Ⅲ期24例，Ⅳ期12例；随访时间8～116个月（中位随访时间35个月）；24例出现上腔静脉压迫综合征（SVCS）和气道压迫症，其中22例急症处理有效；29例（80％，29／36）达完全缓解（CR）；6例复发（20％，6／29）；13例死亡（36％，13／36）；3年无进展生存率为61．3％（标准误8％）。结论早期诊断对降低NHL死亡率、提高长期生存率尤为重要，诱导化疗处理急症有效，根据病理分型分别采用T-Ⅲ-Ⅳ—CCCG99及T—NHL-2002和B-NHL-2001方案治疗纵隔起源淋巴瘤是可行的。

儿童恶性肿瘤单中心院内死亡原因分析

目的总结和分析我院恶性肿瘤患儿死亡的主要原因及影响因素，探讨相应的改善措施。方法采用回顾性调查，采集1999年6月至2008年12月在我院血液与肿瘤科住院期间所有在院内死亡病例的相关临床信息，共84例。对其死亡的主要原因及影响因素进行统计分析。结果（1）治疗相关性并发症死亡73例次（86．9％），其中感染相关死亡为首位，发生51例次（60．7％），出血相关死亡33．3％（28例次），急性肿瘤溶解综合征（ATLS）相关死亡占2．4％（2例次），移植物抗宿主病（GVHD）相关死亡占4．8％（4例次）；原发病相关死亡占35．7％（30例次）。（2）本组资料中，白血病（56例）、淋巴瘤（9例）以及非淋巴造血系统恶性肿瘤（7例）这3组死亡患儿在治疗各阶段的死亡比率构成差异无统计学意义（χ2=4．784，P=0．310）。（3）本组资料中，当患儿白细胞计数〈1．0×10^9／L时，感染发生率明显增加；与白细胞≥1．0×10^9／L者相比较，差异有统计学意义（χ2=25．486，P=0．000）。（4）在26例明确病原菌的死亡病例中，各种不同的病原菌发生感染36例次，占首位的是革兰阴性杆菌感染15例次（41．7％），其次为真菌感染14例次（38．9％），革兰阳性菌感染7例次（19．4％）。结论应重视儿童恶性肿瘤的治疗相关并发症的防治。感染是导致其死亡的首要原因，病原菌以革兰阴性杆菌及真菌占主要地位。积极、合理、有效地应用抗生素并及时联合抗真菌药物的治疗，特别在化疗的诱导缓解期或第一疗程以及粒细胞缺乏期，对于降低恶性肿瘤／血液病患儿的死亡发生率有重要意义。
