Geometric Design-based Dimensional Synthesis of a Novel Metamorphic Multi-fingered Hand with Maximal Workspace

Current research on robotic dexterous hands mainly focuses on designing new finger and palm structures,as well as developing smarter control *** the dimensional synthesis of dexterous hands with traditional rigid palms has been carried out,research on the dimensional synthesis of dexterous hands with metamorphic palms remains *** study investigated the dimensional synthesis of a palm of a novel metamorphic multi-fingered hand,and explored the geometric design for maximizing the precision manipulation *** indexes were used to value the workspace of the metamorphic hand,and the best proportions between the five links of the palm to obtain the optimal workspace of the metamorphic hand were *** on the fixed total length of the palm member,four nondimensional design parameters that determine the size of the palm were introduced;through the discretization method,the influence of the four design parameters on the workspace of the metamorphic hand with full-actuated fingers and under-actuated fingers was *** on the analysis of the metamorphic multi-fingered hand,the symmetrical structure of the palm was designed,resulting in the largest workspace of the multi-fingered hand,and proved that the metamorphic palm has a massive upgrade for the workspace of underactuated *** research contributed to the dimensional synthesis of metamorphic dexterous hands,with practical significance for the design and optimization of novel metamorphic hands.

Hydrodechlorination of trifluoro-trichloroethane to chlorotrifluoroethylene:Revealing the deactivation mechanism and regeneration strategy of Pd-Cu/AC catalyst

Chlorotrifluoroethylene(CTFE)is a vital fluorinated olefinic monomer produced through the catalytic hydrodechlorination of trichlorotrifluoroethane(CFC-113),an eco-friendly ***,hydrodechlorination catalysts for olefin production often suffer from poor *** Pd/AC catalyst and Pd-Cu/AC catalyst prepared by co-impregnation method exhibited poor stability,Pd-Cu/AC catalyst with CFC-113 conversion dropping to around 37%after 50 h of hydrodechlorination ***-Emmett-Teller,transmission electron microscopy,X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy,and X-ray diffraction of fresh and deactivated Pd/AC catalysts indicate that the deactivation of Pd/AC catalysts is due to high-temperature agglomeration of *** analysis of fresh and deactivated Pd-Cu/AC catalysts using Brunauer-Emmett-Teller,transmission electron microscopy,and thermogravimetric analysis techniques revealed decreased dispersion of active sites,reduced surface area,catalyst aggregation deactivation,and a significant decrease in Cu ***,the results of NH3-TPD revealed that the acid sites of the catalyst increased significantly.X-ray diffraction spectra indicated the formation of new species,basic copper chloride(Cu_(2)(OH)_(3)Cl),during the *** the reaction progressed,these new species agglomerated,leading to a gradual loss of catalyst ***,the deactivated catalyst was successfully reactivated using a simple alkaline washing method.

目的分析上海市嘉定区嘉定镇60岁及以上老年人轻度认知功能障碍(MCI)的发生情况,探究影响MCI发生的相关因素,为制订MCI人群的干预措施提供理论依据。方法本研究采用横断面调查研究的方法,选取2020年5—7月在上海市嘉定区嘉定镇社区卫生服务中心参加健康体检的60岁及以上老年人群,共4962人。根据纳排标准,应用简单随机抽样的方法,共抽取目标人数860人。其中,48人拒绝接受调查或部分调查,接受全部调查者为812人。采用问卷调查收集受试者的基本信息、人口学资料、慢性病类型、生活行为方式等。根据Petersen标准,结合蒙特利尔认知评估基础量表(montreal cognitive assessment basic,MoCA-B量表)、日常生活能力量表(activity of daily living scale,ADL)、临床痴呆量表(clinical dementia rating scale,CDR)评估受试者MCI发生情况。受试者的MCI由精神卫生中心精神科医师进行最后确诊。计算MCI的发生率,观察MCI发生的影响因素。结果在接受全部调查的812人中,收回有效问卷791份,有效率97.41%。根据Petersen标准,在791人中,符合MCI诊断标准192人,认知正常者563人,共755人纳入分析。对于60岁及以上受试者,随年龄增长,MCI发生率显著增高(χ^(2)=19.120,P12年时,受试者的MCI发生率显著增高(χ^(2)=21.670,P<0.01);子女数越多,MCI发生率越高,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=11.460,P<0.01);与以脑力劳动为主的受试者相比,以体力劳动为主的受试者MCI发生率显著增高(χ^(2)=22.110,P<0.01)。中心型肥胖的受试者MCI发生率较非中心型肥胖的受试者显著增高(χ^(2)=4.661,P=0.031)。有糖尿病的受试者MCI发生率显著高于无糖尿病者(χ^(2)=6.012,P=0.014);有忌口、仍在吸烟的受试者的MCI发生率较无忌口、不吸烟或已戒烟者显著增高(χ^(2)=7.807、44.555,P=0.005或<0.001),而会说外语、锻炼频率高的受试者MCI发生率较不会说外语、锻炼频率低者显著降低(χ^(2)=3.962、17.014,P=0.047、0.001)。将上述单因素分析中有统计学意义的变量(年龄、教育年限、子女数、职业属性、中心型肥胖、糖尿病、有忌口、吸烟、会外语、锻炼频率)作为自变量,是否发生MCI作为因变量,进行二元logistic回归分析;结果显示,以体力劳动为主(OR=2.525,95%CI为1.618~3.939,P<0.001)、有忌口(OR=1.529,95%CI为1.045~2.237,P<0.05)、吸烟(OR=1.845,95%CI为1.479~2.302,P<0.001)是MCI发生的危险因素,锻炼频率高(OR=0.845,95%CI为0.742~0.964,P<0.05)是MCI发生的保护因素。结论上海市嘉定区嘉定镇社区老年人群MCI发生率较高,职业属性、有忌口、锻炼频率、吸烟是MCI发生的影响因素。

应用全维智能有害生物识别仪,建立基于卷积神经网络技术的进口原粮携带杂草籽形态特征模型,并将该仪器和模型应用于进口原粮携带的16种菊科杂草籽和18种豆科杂草籽的全维智能识别研究,将杂草籽放置在不同方位进行多次检测,分析了其检测准确性情况,结果表明:在已建模的30种物种中,22个物种识别正确率为100%;2个物种识别正确率为95%~99%;6个物种低于95%。而4种未建模的物种中,3种不能识别,1种误识别为其他物种。说明该仪器及开发的物种识别模型对进境原粮携带的杂草籽具有很好的识别效果。研究还发现,不同放置方位对识别率有微量影响,放在边缘位置可能出现不能识别的情况;而不同个体对识别正确率影响较大,识别正确率可能与标本个体表面特征是否完备相关。

Multi-Material Topology Optimization for Spatial-Varying Porous Structures

This paper aims to propose a topology optimization method on generating porous structures comprising multiple *** mathematical optimization formulation is established under the constraints of individual volume fraction of constituent phase or total mass,as well as the local volume fraction of all *** original optimization problem with numerous constraints is converted into a box-constrained optimization problem by incorporating all constraints to the augmented Lagrangian function,avoiding the parameter dependence in the conventional aggregation ***,the local volume percentage can be precisely *** effects including the globalmass bound,the influence radius and local volume percentage on final designs are exploited through numerical *** numerical results also reveal that porous structures keep a balance between the bulk design and periodic design in terms of the resulting *** results,including those for irregular structures andmultiple volume fraction constraints,demonstrate that the proposedmethod can provide an efficient solution for multiple material infill structures.

Hybrid Petri Nets for Modeling and Analysis of Microgrid Systems

Hybrid Petri nets(HPNs) are widely used to describe and analyze various industrial hybrid systems that have both discrete-event and continuous discrete-time behaviors. Recently,many researchers attempt to utilize them to characterize power and energy systems. This work proposes to adopt an HPN to model and analyze a microgrid that consists of green energy sources. A reachability graph for such a model is generated and used to analyze the system properties.

Solidification of Fe-7.5%Mo-16.5%Si ternary quasiperitectic alloy is investigated by using differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and drop tube containerless processing *** primary phase is identified as R (Fe5Mo3Si2) and the quasiperitectic phases are τ1 (Fe5MoSi4) and *** the decrease of droplet diameter, the cooling rate and undercooling of the droplets in-crease *** experiment result indicates that the solidification microstructure is composed of remnant primary phase, qua-siperitectic phases and ternary eutectic when the droplet diameter exceeds 400 μm, whereas the ternary eutectic is suppressed when the droplet is smaller than 400 μm in diameter.
