There is a currently a lack of large-area plasma sterilization devices that can intelligently identify the shape of a wound for automatic *** this reason,in this work,a plasma sterilization device with wound-edge recognition was developed using aﬁeld-programmable gate array(FPGA)and a high-performance image-processing platform to realize intelligent and precise sterilization of *** was used to design the me.hanical structure of the device,and it was manufactured using 3D *** device used an improveme.t of the traditional Sobel detection algorithm,which extends the detection of edges in only the x and y directions to eight directions(0○,45○,90○,135○,180○,225○,270○,and 315○),completing the wound-edge detection by adaptive *** device can be controlled according to different shapes of sterilization area to adjust the positioning of a single plasma-jet tube in the horizontal plane for two-dime.sional move-me.t;the distance between the plasma-jet tube and the surface of the object to be sterilized can be also adjusted in the vertical *** this way,motors are used to move the plasma jet and achieve automatic,efﬁcient,and accurate plasma *** was found that a good sterilization effect could be achieved at both the culture-me.ium level and the biological-tissue *** ideal sterilization parame.ers at the culture-me.ium level were a speed of 2 mm/s and aﬂow rate of 0.6 slm,while at the biological-tissue level,these values were 1 mm/s and 0.6 slm,respectively.

Comprehensive Summary,The azepine ring is a prominent structural scaffold in biologically significant molecules. In this study, we present a Ni(II)-catalyzed asymme.ric difunctionalization of alkynes, involving intermolecular regioselective arylation and intramolecular nitrile addition, enabling the synthesis of enantioenriched azepine derivatives. This reaction simultaneously installs an all-carbon quaternary stereocenter and introduces an unprotected imine functionality, showing great promise for subsequent transformations. The reaction exhibits good tolerance toward various functional groups, resulting in high yields and enantioselectivities. The synthetic utility of this me.hodology is further demonstrated through gram-scale synthesis and product derivatization. This research offers an efficient approach to the synthesis of seven-me.bered nitrogen heterocycles.

Using fiberglass bolts to reinforce a tunnel face is a practical auxiliary technology for ensuring tunnel face stability in soft *** reinforcing effect and the economics of this technology are significantly affected by bolt ***,to date,the failure me.hanism of bolt-reinforced tunnel faces with different bolt lengths has rarely been *** reveal the failure me.hanism of bolt-reinforced shallow tunnel faces,in this study,the stability of bolt-reinforced tunnel faces with different bolt lengths was investigated by using laboratory tests and nume.ical simulations,and a simplified theoretical model for practical engineering was *** face support pressure and failure pattern for different bolt lengths during the face collapse process were obtained,and the influence of bolt length on face stability was clearly *** specifically,the results show that face stability increases with increasing bolt length,and the reinforcing effect of face bolts is governed by the shear failure at the soil-grout interface first in the stable zone of the tunnel face and then in the failure *** the bolt length in the stable zone is larger than that in the failure zone,face stability will not be improved with increasing bolt length;thus,this bolt length is referred to as the optimal bolt length L_(opt).The L_(opt)value is slightly larger than the initial failure range(in the unreinforced condition)and can be approximately calculated by L_(opt)=(1-0.0133u)D(u is the friction angle of the soil,and D is the tunnel diame.er)in practical ***,a simplified theoretical model was established to analyse the stability of reinforced tunnel faces,and the results are in good agreeme.t with both laboratory tests and nume.ical *** proposed model can be used as an efficient tool for the design of face bolts.

Sodium-ion batteries (SIBs) have great potential to be the next major energy storage devices due to their obvious advantages and developing advanced electrodes and electrolytes is urgently necessary to promote its future ***,hard carbon as a state-of-the-art anode of SIBs still suffers from the low initial Coulomb efficiency and unsatisfactory rate capability,which could be improved by forming desirable solid electrolyte interphases (SEI) to some.***,the chemistry and morphology of these interfacial layers are fundame.tal parame.ers affecting the overall battery operation,and optimizing the electrolyte to dictate the quality of SEI on hard carbon is a key ***,this review summarizes the recent research on SEI design by electrolyte manipulation from solvents,salts,and *** also presents some.potential me.hanisms of SEI formation in various electrolyte ***,the current advanced characterization techniques for electrolyte and SEI structure analyses have been comprehensively ***,current challenges and future perspectives of SEI formation on hard carbon anode for SIBs are provided from the viewpoints of its compositions,evolution processes,structures,and characterization techniques,which will promote SEI efficient manipulation and improve the performance of hard carbon,and further contribute to the developme.t of SIBs.

As a popular kind of stylized face,cartoon faces have rich application *** is challenging to create personalized 3D cartoon faces directly from 2D real ***,in order to adapt to more application scenarios,automatic style editing,and animation of cartoon faces is also a crucial problem that is urgently needed to be solved in the industry,but has not yet had a perfect *** solve this problem,we first propose“3D face cartoonizer”,which can generate high-quality 3D cartoon faces with texture when fed into 2D facial *** contribute the first 3D cartoon face hybrid dataset and a new training strategy which first pretrains our network with low-quality triplets in a reconstruction-then-generation manner,and then finetunes it with high-quality triplets in an adversarial manner to fully leverage the hybrid ***,we impleme.t style editing for 3D cartoon faces based on k-me.ns,which can be easily achieved without retrain the neural *** addition,we propose a new cartoon faces'blendshape generation me.hod,and based on this,realize the expression animation of 3D cartoon faces,enabling more practical *** dataset and code will be released for future research.
