CeO_(2)is widely used as the nonradioactive surrogate fuel of UO_(2)when studying the irradiation performance of UO_(2).The evolution and characteristics of dislocation loops and bubbles in CeO_(2)foils were studied by in-situ transmission electron microscopy(TEM)observation during 400 ke V Kr^(+)&30 ke V H_(2)^(+)dual-beam synergetic irradiation and 400 ke V Kr^(+)single-beam irradiation at 1073 K.The rotation of the habit plane of dislocation loops induced by above ion irradiation was found in the CeO_(2)for the first time,such as from[211]to[311]and then to[100].The rafted loops were first observed under Kr^(+)&H_(2)^(+)dual-beam synergetic irradiation,which not only had similar[111]direction,but also belonged to perfect dislocation loops(PDLs).The rafted loops were formed not only by the growth of loops that absorbed irradiation defects,but also by the combination of loops.But,this phenomenon of loop rafting was not obvious during Kr single-beam irradiation.It was first found that Kr^(+)irradiation induced the change of Burgers vectors of PDLs.The absorption of large PDLs to small PDLs was also observed.The average size and areal number density of dislocation loops and gas bubbles as a function of irradiation dose were constructed,which showed that the addition of H_(2)^(+)obviously affected the characteristics of dislocation loops and gas bubbles and the swelling of CeO_(2).

Background:Aurora kinases(AURKs)family plays a vital role not only in cell division but also in tumorigenesis.However,there are still rare systematic analyses of the diverse expression patterns and prognostic value of the AURKs family in breast cancer(BC).Systematic bioinformatics analysis was conducted to explore the biological role,prognostic value,and immunologic function of AURKs family in BC.Methods:The expression,prognostic value,and clinical functions of AURKs family in BC were evaluated with several bioinformatics web portals:ONCOMINE Gene Expression Profiling Interactive Analysis,Kaplan-Meier plotter,cBioPortal,Metascape,GeneMANIA,and LinkedOmics;and the result was verified using human tissues.Results:The expression of AURKA and AURKB were upregulated in BC in subgroup analyses based on tumor stage(all Plusions:Aurora kinases AURKA and AURKB could be employed as novel prognostic biomarkers or promising therapeutic targets for BC.

In this work,the non-equal atomic AlNb2MoZr0.75B0.05high entropy alloy(HEA) was developed and irradiated under Kr+ions.Characterization results show that the AlNb2MoZr0.75B0.05sample exhibits a large lattice distortion and good microstructure stability,which can contribute to both high strength and high irradiation resistance.The phase analysis for as-irradiated AlNb2MoZr0.75B0.05sample shows that dendrites region maintains the BCC structure,while the Zr5Al3-typed phases in interdendrite region are amorphized,and the behavior of fission gases Kr in AlNbMoZrB HEA is described in detail.Besides,both 1/2 and dislocation loops are detected in irradiated B-containing HEA sample.The relevant results can shed light on designing other highperformance HEAs with integrated functional and structural properties.

为了提高无人机遥感对冬小麦叶面积指数(leaf area index,LAI)反演模型的精度与泛化能力,该研究利用无人机搭载多光谱相机获取不同氮素处理和不同复种方式的冬小麦生长实测数据,结合PROSAIL辐射传输模型生成包含机理信息的模拟数据,基于不同组合方式建立了5种LAI反演混合数据集,结合多种机器学习方法,以期构建经验与机理相结合的LAI高精度反演模型。由于LAI反演受近红外波段(near infrared,NIR)反射率影响大,该研究筛选7种与NIR波段相关的植被指数提取冬小麦光谱特征,构建与混合数据集LAI的相关系数矩阵,进一步探究不同光谱特征对冬小麦LAI的影响程度。在此基础上,采用具有代表性和普适性的4种机器学习方法,即贝叶斯岭回归模型、线性回归模型、弹性网络模型和支持向量回归模型,构建不同冬小麦LAI反演模型,用以评估基于半经验半机理数据反演冬小麦LAI的可行性,进一步探索其对不同氮素水平和复种方式的冬小麦长势评估能力。结果表明:1)筛选的与NIR波段相关的植被指数与冬小麦LAI之间存在较强的相关性,其中归一化差异植被指数、增强植被指数、归一化差异红边指数、比值植被指数、红边叶绿素植被指数、土壤调节植被指数与LAI呈正相关,结构不敏感色素植被指数与LAI呈负相关;2)辐射传输模型中体现了冬小麦LAI影响太阳光线传播的机理,结果表明,与实测数据混合建立的模型,具有较强的鲁棒性和泛化能力。相比于其他3种模型,支持向量回归模型在各种数据组合下均取得了较好的LAI预测性能,在C1、C2、C3、C4这4种训练-测试组合的训练集中R^(2)依次为0.86、0.87、0.88、0.91,RMSE依次为0.47、0.45、0.45、0.41;在测试集的R^(2)依次为0.85、0.19、0.89、0.87,RMSE依次为0.45、1.31、0.49、0.50;3)使用支持向量机生成试验区LAI反演图,对4种氮素水平和2种复种方式的冬小麦长势评估,结果表明,适当的施加氮素处理能提高冬小麦LAI值,麦-豆复种方式下的冬小麦LAI值普遍高于麦-玉复种的LAI值。该研究为冬小麦LAI的反演提供了一种有效的方法,并为高效评估冬小麦长势研究提供了参考。

For accurately forecasting the liquid steel temperature in ladle furnace （LF）, a novel temperature predic tion model based on optimally pruned Bagging combined with modified extreme learning machine （ELM） is pro posed. By analyzing the mechanism of LF thermal system, a thermal model with partial linear structure is obtained. Subsequently, modified ELM, named as partial linear extreme learning machine （PLELM）, is developed to estimate the unknown coefficients and undefined function of the thermal model. Finally, a pruning Bagging method is pro- posed to establish the aggregated prediction model for the sake of overcoming the limitation of individual predictor and further improving the prediction performance. In the pruning procedure, AdaBoost is adopted to modify the ag- gregation order of the original Bagging ensembles, and a novel early stopping rule is designed to terminate the aggre- gation earlier. As a result, an optimal pruned Bagging ensemble is achieved, which is able to retain Bagging＇s ro- bustness against highly influential points, reduce the storage needs as well as speed up the computing time. The pro- posed prediction model is examined by practical data, and comparisons with other methods demonstrate that the new ensemble predictor can improve prediction accuracy, and is usually consisted compactly.

揭示贵州高原喀斯特县域生境质量时空演变规律及其驱动因素,为平衡喀斯特区域生态保护和可持续发展提供科学依据.利用1989年、2003年、2010年和2020年4期土地利用数据、DEM数据、气象数据和社会经济数据,采用InVEST模型阐明普定县近30年生境质量时空分布格局及演变特征,并对其空间分异的驱动力进行了定量探测.结果表明:①耕地和林地是普定县的主要土地利用类型,构成了地表覆盖景观基质.2003~2010年土地利用变化最显著,其中林地的增幅最大,达86.42%,耕地是流失最严重的土地利用类型,面积减少157.57 km^(2),主要流向林地和建设用地;②1989~2020年普定县生境质量指数平均值由0.60上升至0.73,空间上由东北部向西南部大体呈现出“高-低-高”的分布格局,生境质量高值区主要分布在东北部林地和草地区,低值区集中在中部和南部的建设用地,生境质量等级上升的区域主要集中在东部及西北部的大部分地区;③土地利用类型是影响生境质量时空分布的首要因素,解释程度为91.00%.在交互作用探测中,任意两种影响因素的交互作用大于单个因素的单独作用,土地利用类型和年均降水量的交互作用最强,达到96.00%,其与岩性因子的交互作用达到94.00%,自然与人文因素共同主导生境质量的时空变化.1989~2020年普定县生境质量总体较好,土地利用类型变化与生境质量关系密切,优化土地利用结构、减小人类活动的影响对提高普定县生境质量具有重要意义.

BACKGROUND Malancao(MLC)is a traditional Chinese medicine with a long history of utilization in treating ulcerative colitis(UC).Nevertheless,the precise molecular mechanisms underlying its efficacy remain elusive.This study leveraged ultrahigh-performance liquid chromatography coupled with exactive mass spectrometry(UHPLC-QE-MS),network pharmacology,molecular docking(MD),and gene microarray analysis to discern the bioactive constituents and the potential mechanism of action of MLC in UC management.AIM To determine the ingredients related to MLC for treatment of UC using multiple databases to obtain potential targets for fishing.METHODS This research employs UHPLC-QE-MS for the identification of bioactive compounds present in MLC plant samples.Furthermore,the study integrates the identified MLC compound-related targets with publicly available databases to elucidate common drug disease targets.Additionally,the R programming language is utilized to predict the central targets and molecular pathways that MLC may impact in the treatment of UC.Finally,MD are conducted using AutoDock Vina software to assess the affinity of bioactive components to the main targets and confirm their therapeutic potential.RESULTS Firstly,through a comprehensive analysis of UHPLC-QE-MS data and public database resources,we identified 146 drug-disease cross targets related to 11 bioactive components.The Gene Ontology and Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes analysis highlighted that common disease drug targets are primarily involved in oxidative stress management,lipid metabolism,atherosclerosis,and other processes.They also affect AGE-RAGE and apoptosis signaling pathways.Secondly,by analyzing the differences in diseases,we identified key research targets.These core targets are related to 11 active substances,including active ingredients such as quercetin and luteolin.Finally,MD analysis revealed the stability of compound-protein binding,particularly between JUNluteolin,JUN-Quercetin,HSP90AA1-Wogonin,and HSP90AA1-Rhein.Therefore,this sug

Radiation damage of NPN transistors under different fluxes with electron energy of 1.5 MeV was investigated in this article. It has been shown that when NPN transistors were irradiated to a given fluence at different electron fluxes, the shift of base current was dependent on flux. With electron flux decreasing, the shift of base current becomes larger, while collector current almost keeps constant. Thus, more degradation of NPN transistors could be caused by low-electron-flux irradiation, similar to enhanced low-dose-rate sensitivity (ELDRS) of transistors under 60Co γ-irradiation. Finally, the underlying mechanisms were discussed here.

为进一步推进公立医院的高质量发展,充分发挥公立医院内部审计在工程管理内部控制方面的监督职能,保障医院资金安全、高效、规范化已经成为医院管理中的重要手段。研究型审计立足审计工作,以深入调查研究为基础,坚持以问题为导向、注重科学的方法,在审前调查、审计实施、审计结论及报告、审计结果运用等方面强化研究。文章首先阐述了研究型审计的内涵,其次以大型BD公立医院为例,系统介绍研究型审计在公立医院工程管理内部控制审计中的应用,总结研究型审计在工程管理内部控制审计中的成效,为公立医院内部审计工作提质增效提供具体工作借鉴。
