The origin of agriculture in the farming-pastoral zone of northern china.remains in *** central region of the Inner Mongolia Plateau is located in the core area of the farming-pastoral zone;thus,it is a critical region for exploring the origin of the dryland farming system in northern *** study selected the Yumin Site and Banan Site,which belong to the Yumin Culture-the beginning of Neolithic culture in Inner Mongolia-as the research *** on the quartz optically stimulated {2.minescence(OSL)dating on the sedimentary sections from the Yumin site(YM)and Banan site(BN1 and BN2.,the Holocene chronology framework of each section was *** that,by identifying carbonized grains in the Yumin site and the multi-proxy analysis of each section,we investigated the relationship between the origin of agriculture and climate change in this *** results revealed that the timing of the origin of agriculture recorded in the Yumin site lagged behind the timing of a significant increase of precipitation during the early Holocene but coincided with the timing of a significant increase of vegetation around 8.4 *** phenomenon was further confirmed by the published high-reso{2.tion paleoenvironmental records from the surrounding area of the Yumin *** propose that with the gradual amelioration of hydrothermal conditions since the beginning of the Holocene,the regional ecosystem had been improved,resulting in the gradual conversion of the land surface from infertile sand to organic-rich soil,providing an appropriate environmental foundation for the origin of dryland farming in northern china.around 8.4 *** study highlighted that the“accumulative environmental effects”during the early Holocene played a vital role in the origin of agriculture in northern china.and provided a reference for agricultural management in the context of future climate change.

为提高鱼类表型分割精度和准确度,实现鱼类表型智能监测,该研究基于深度学习算法构建了VED-SegNet模型用于鱼类表型分割和测量。该模型将cross stage partial network和GSConv结合作为编码器(VoV-GSCSP),保持足够精度的同时降低网络结构复杂性。另一方面,该模型采用EMA(efficient multi-scale attention module with cross-spatial learning)建立强化结构,加强编码器和解码器之间的信息传递,提高模型精度,并实现了8个表型类别的输出。采用自建的鱼类表型分割数据集对VED-SegNet模型进行了测试,测量结果中鱼类各表型比例与实际测量值相接近,表型最大平均绝对和平均相对误差为0.39%、11.2.%,能实现无接触式提取水产养殖中鱼类表型比例。对比其他常见语义分割模型,平均交并比mean intersection over union,mIoU和平均像素准确率mean pixel accuracy,m PA最高,分别到达了87.92.、92.83%。VED-SegNet模型在环境复杂、多鱼重叠的养殖水体鱼类监测场景中精准分割鱼类形态特征,可为鱼类表型智能测量提供技术支持。

Tetracycline-resistant bacteria（TRB） are of concern as emerging microbial contaminants in reclaimed *** understand the effects of UV disinfection on TRB,both inactivation and reactivation profiles of TRB,as well as 16 tetracycline-resistant isolates from secondary effluent,were characterized in this *** inactivation ratio of TRB was significantly lower（3.0-log） than that of heterotrophic bacteria（〉4.0-log） in the secondary ***,the proportion of TRB significantly increased from 1.65%to 15.51%under2. mJ/cm^2.ultraviolet（UV） *** inactivation rates of tetracycline-resistant isolates ranged from 0.57/s to 1.04/s,of which tetracycline-resistant Enterobacter-1 was the most tolerant to UV *** reactivation of TRB,tetracycline-resistant isolated strains,as well as heterotrophic bacteria commonly occurred in the secondary effluent even after2. mJ/cm^2.UV *** colony forming ability of TRB and heterotrophic bacteria reached 3.2.log and 3.0-log under 2. mJ/cm^2.UV exposure after 2. hr *** final inactivation ratio of tetracycline-resistant Enterobacter-1 was 1.18-log under 2. mJ/cm^2.UV exposure after 2. hr incubation,which is similar to those of TRB（1.18-log） and heterotrophic bacteria（1.19-log）.The increased proportion of TRB and the reactivation of tetracycline-resistant enterobacteria in reclaimed water could induce a microbial health risk during wastewater reuse.

The grain-size distribution characteristics and grain-size parameters of sediment in two vertical sections of Daniugou peatland in the Changbai Mountains were systematically investigated.A comparative analysis of the sediment granularity using a discriminative function with Hongyuan peat,red clay,loess-paleosol,fluvial deposit as well as lacustrine deposit was also *** turns out that the vertical section of Daniugou peat ash is primarily constituted by clay and silt particles,and the content of sand is relatively ***-size frequency curves generally show a single-peak modality while a bimodal pattern is detected in the upper *** grain-size component and peak pattern of grain-size frequency curves also illustrate that peat ash materials were transported to the peatland by long-range aeolian dust during the deposition process,while there existed short-distance dust influence in peat deposition of the upper *** of grain-size parameters and the discriminative Y-value of Daniugou peat ash with those of typical aeolian sediments show close similarities,suggesting the possibility that atmospheric dust transport processes were involved in the accumulation of peat ***,the variations of grain-size distribution suggest the local environmental deterioration which is just the driving force of local dust ***-size analysis of peatland sediment is demonstrated to be one effective method to extract information about regional and global environmental evolution,and more attention should be paid to current local ecological environment and to seeking a balance between economic development and environmental protection in Northeast china.

The fractal dimensions in different topological spaces of polyferric chloride-humic acid （PFC-HA） flocs, formed in flocculating different kinds of humic acids （HA） water at different initial pH （9.0, 7.0, 5.0） and PFC dosages, were calculated by effective densitymaximum diameter, image analysis, and N2.absorption-desorption methods, respectively. The mass fractal dimensions （De） of PFC-HA floes were calculated by bi-logarithm relation of effective density with maximum diameter and Logan empirical equation. The Df va{2.e was more than 2.0 at initial pH of 7,0, which was 11% and 13% higher than those at pH 9.0 and 5.0, respecively, indicating the most compact flocs formed in flocculated HA water at initial pH of 7.0. The image analysis for those flocs indicates that after flocculating the HA water at initial pH greater than 7.0 with PFC flocculant, the fractal dimensions of D2.（logA vs. logdL） and D3 （logVsphere vs. logdL） of PFC-HA floes decreased with the increase of PFC dosages, and PFC-HA floes showed a gradually looser structure. At the optimum dosage of PFC, the D2.（logA vs. logdL） va{2.es of the flocs show 14%-43% difference with their corresponding Dr, and they even had different tendency with the change of initial pH va{2.es. However, the D2.va{2.es of the floes formed at three different initial pH in HA so{2.tion had a same tendency with the corresponding Df. Based on fractal Frenkel-Halsey-HiU （FHH） adsorption and desorption equations, the pore surface fractal dimensions （Ds） for dried powders of PFC-HA flocs formed in HA water with initial pH 9.0 and 7.0 were all close to 2.942., and the Ds va{2.es of flocs formed at initial pH 5.0 were less than 2.3746. It indicated that the pore surface fractal dimensions of PFC-HA floes dried powder mainly show the irregularity from the mesopore-size distribution and marcopore-size distribution.

The development of metallic lithium anode is restrained by lithium dendrite growth during *** solid polymer electrolyte with high mechanical strength and lithium ion conductivity could be applied to inhibit lithium dendrite *** prepare the high-performance solid polymer electrolyte,the environment-friendly and cheap bacterial cellulose(BC)is used as filler incorporating with PEO-based electrolyte owing to good mechanical properties and Li salts ***/Li TFSI/BC composite solid polymer electrolytes(CSPE)are prepared easily by aqueous mixing in *** lithium ion transference number of PEO/Li TFSI/BC CSPE is 0.57,which is higher than PEO/Li TFSI solid polymer electrolyte(SPE)(0.409).The PEO/Li TFSI/BC CSPE exhibits larger tensile strength(4.43 MPa)than PEO/Li TFSI SPE(1.34 MPa).The electrochemical window of composite electrolyte is widened 1.43 V by adding *** functional theory calculations indicate that flex of PEO chains around Li atoms is suppressed,suggesting the enhanced lithium ion *** molecular orbitals results suggest that an unfavorable intermolecular charge transfer lead to achieve higher potential for BC composite *** solid-state Li metal battery with PEO/Li TFSI/BC CSPE delivers longer cycle life for 600 cycles than PEO/Li TFSI SPE battery(50 cycles).Li symmetrical battery using PEO/Li TFSI/BC CSPE could be stable for 1160 h.

Under the background of global warming,the summer temperature of the North and Northeast china.NNEC)has significantly increased since 2.17,which was accompanied by the aggravated ozone(O_(3))*** 2.18,the NNEC experienced a record-breaking summer of the past 40 *** by the abnormal high temperatures,a regional ozone event occurred on 2.3 August,over 63%of 79 selected cities in the NNEC were exposed to O_(3)pollution,and the maximum value of MDA8 O_(3)reached 2.8μg/m *** indicated that ozone concentrations agree well with the maximum temperature at 2.meters(MT2.)over NNEC with a correlation coefficient of *** the pollution episode,strong downdraft in the local high(35°N-42.5°N,112.5°E-132.5°E;LH)over the NNEC created the favourable meteorological conditions for O_(3)*** analyzing the horizontal wind and wave activity fluxes(WAFs)at 2.0 h Pa,we found that the LH formation was resulted from the Rossby wave propagation from upstream along the mid-latitude Asian *** split polar vortex intrusion further strengthened the amplitude of the Rossby wave and reinforced the ***,a secondary circulation between Typhoon Jongdari and the LH contributed to the enhanced LH with strong *** the other hand,the stratospheric intrusions under the deep subsidence also contributed to the enhanced surface O_(3).In this study,the deep-seated meteorological dynamical mechanisms contributing to the abnormal high temperatures were investigated,which can lead to a better understanding of the regional O_(3)pollution over NNEC under the global-warming background.
