为了探究生长年限对川党参根际土壤细菌群落结构特征及其多样性的影响,阐明细菌群落变化规律,采用Illumina MiSeq高通量测序技术对1年生、2年生、3年生和4年生的川党参根际土壤细菌16S rRNA序列进行测序分析。结果表明:(1)生长年限显著影响川党参根际土壤细菌群落多样性,其OTU数、Alpha多样性指数均随生长年限增加呈先升高后降低的趋势;(2)生长年限改变了细菌群落组成,但在门水平上优势菌门(相对丰度>5%)相对稳定,均为变形菌门(Proteobacteria)、未分类细菌门(unclassified_Bacteria)、酸杆菌门(Aci-dobacteria)、放线菌门(Actinobacteria)、拟杆菌门(Bacteroidetes)和绿弯菌门(Chloroflexi),其相对丰度总和占85.71%~91.39%;在属水平上优势菌群相差较大,仅有全噬菌属(Holophaga)和念珠菌属(Candidatus Udaeo-bacter)是4个年限所共有的优势菌属,革兰氏阴性菌cTPY-13(Gram-negative bacterium cTPY-13)则为2年生独有优势菌属,其余则分别为不同年限有相应共有优势菌属;(3)PCoA分析与UPGMA聚类分析显示,各生长年限间细菌群落差异明显,随生长年限增加,不同组间细菌群落结构差异先增大后逐渐减小,细菌群落在2~3年生时演变较为剧烈;(4)土壤速效养分是影响根际土壤细菌群落的主要环境因子,其程度大小为水解氮(HN)>有效磷(AP)>速效钾(AK),优势菌门中酸杆菌门与AP、AK呈显著负相关(P<0.05),拟杆菌门与AP、AK呈显著正相关(P<0.05),而绿弯菌门与HN呈显著负相关(P<0.05)。综上所述,川党参生长年限延长会影响根际土壤细菌群落结构和多样性,从而改变其根际微生态系统。

Under the development of computing and network convergence,considering the computing and network resources of multiple providers as a whole in a computing force network(CFN)has gradually become a new ***,since each computing and network resource provider(CNRP)considers only its own interest and competes with other CNRPs,introducing multiple CNRPs will result in a lack of trust and difficulty in unified *** addition,concurrent users have different requirements,so there is an urgent need to study how to optimally match users and CNRPs on a many-to-many basis,to improve user satisfaction and ensure the utilization of limited *** this paper,we adopt a reputation model based on the beta distribution function to measure the credibility of CNRPs and propose a performance-based reputation update ***,we formalize the problem into a constrained multi-objective optimization problem and find feasible solutions using a modified fast and elitist non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm(NSGA-II).We conduct extensive simulations to evaluate the proposed *** results demonstrate that the proposed model and the problem formulation are valid,and the NSGA-II is effective and can find the Pareto set of CFN,which increases user satisfaction and resource ***,a set of solutions provided by the Pareto set give us more choices of the many-to-many matching of users and CNRPs according to the actual situation.

The effect of long-term fertilization on soil denitrifying communities was analysed by measuring the abundance and diversity of the nitrous oxide （N2O） reductase gene, nosZ. Soil samples were collected from plots of a long-term fertilization experiment established in 1982 in Suining City, China. The fertilizer treatments were no fertilizer （CK）, three chemical fertilizer （CF） treatments （N, NP, NPK）, manure （M） alone, and manure with chemical fertilizers （NM, NPM, NPKM）. The abundance and diversity of the denitrifying bacteria were assessed by real-time quantitative PCR, terminal restriction fragment length polymorphism （T-RFLP）, and cloning and sequencing of nosZ genes. The diversity and abundance of nosZ-denitrifiers was higher in soil amended with manure and chemical fertilizers （CFM） than in soil amended with CF alone, and the highest in topsoil （0-20 cm）. The nosZ-denitrifier community composition was more complex in CFM soil than in CF soil： Specific species were detected only in the CFM soil. The abundance of nosZ-denitrifier in the NPKM treatment was approximately two times higher than that in the CK, N, and NPK treatments. Most of the cloned nosZ sequences were closely related to nosZ sequences from Bradyrhizobiaceae and Rhodospirillaceae in Alphaproteobacteria. Of the measured abiotic factors, soil organic matter correlated significantly with the abundance （P〈0.01）; available phosphorus correlated significantly with the topsoil community composition （P〈0.01）, whereas soil organic matter correlated significantly with the subsoil （20-90 cm） community composition （P〈0.01）. This study demonstrated that long-term CFM fertilization affected both the abundance and composition of the nosZ-denitrifier community.

The effects of high-volume slag-fly ash cement with different particle sizes on hydration degree,microstructure and mechanical properties were systematically studied,by means of laser particle size(DLS),X-ray diffraction (XRD),comprehensive thermal analysis (TG-DTA),scanning electron microscopy(SeM) and mechanical properties *** results show that suitable particle size distribution of cementitious material has significantly promoting effects on hydration reaction rate and mechanical *** with slag without further grinding,the slag after ball milling for 4 h has an obvious improvement in reactivity,which also provides a faster hydration rate and higher compressive strength for the cementitious *** the slag milled for 1 and 4 h is mixed at a mass ratio of 2:1 (i e,slag with D_(50) of 7.4μm and average size of 9.9μm,and slag with D_(50) value of 2.6μm and average size of 5.3μm),and a certain amount of fly ash is added in,the most obvious improvement of compressive strength of cement is achieved.

The reasonable reactor design is of great importance for increasing the C_(2) yield(C2H4 and C2H6)of the oxidative coupling of methane(OCM),and the OCM reactor should remove the heat released in reactions quickly and efficiently and minimize the consecutive reaction of ethylene to carbon *** fluidized bed reactor is characterized by excellent heat transfer,superior mass transport,and large handling capacity,while fewer studies focused on large-scale fluidized bed reactors for the OCM ***,large cold-model experiments and computational fluid dynamics simulations were conducted to investigate hydrodynamics and the OCM reaction performance in a large-scale bubbling fluidized bed(BFB)and a large-scale *** the BFB reactor,consecutive reactions of ethylene are acute because of the strong gas back-mixing,high solids holdup,and non-uniform solids *** the consecutive reactions of ethylene are negligible due to the plug flow structure and low solids holdup in the riser ***,both reactors can achieve isothermal operation for the OCM *** C_(2) selectivity of 45.4% and C_(2) yield of 21.1% are obtained in the riser reactor,increasing by 20.3% and 5.8% individually than that in the BFB *** study provides useful information and reference to the OCM reactor designandcommercialization.

BACKGROUND Bone healing is a complex process involving early inflammatory immune regu-lation,angiogenesis,osteogenic differentiation,and *** repair poses challenges for orthopedic surgeons,necessitating the search for efficient healing *** To investigate the underlying mechanism by which hydrogel-loaded exosomes derived from bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells(BMSCs)facilitate the process of fracture *** Hydrogels and loaded BMSC-derived exosome(BMSC-exo)gels were charac-terized to validate their *** vitro evaluations were conducted to assess the impact of hydrogels on various stages of the healing *** could recruit macrophages and inhibit inflammatory responses,enhance of human umbilical vein endothelial cell angiogenesis,and promote the osteogenic differen-tiation of primary cranial ***,the effect of hydrogel on fracture healing was confirmed using a mouse fracture *** The hydrogel effectively attenuated the inflammatory response during the initial repair stage and subsequently facilitated vascular migration,promoted the formation of large vessels,and enabled functional vascularization during bone *** effects were further validated in fracture *** We successfully fabricated a hydrogel loaded with BMSC-exo that modulates macrophage polarization and angiogenesis to influence bone regeneration.

Dear editor,We present the first time,a case of a patient developed cerebrospinal fluid(CSF)leak and pneumocranium following optic canal decompression(OCD).INTRODUCTION Indirect traumatic optic neuropathy(ITON)impairs visual functions and quality of *** transnasal optic canal decompression(eTOCD)is one of the standard treatment strategies for the *** the eTOCD,the optic nerve sheath are usually incised for sufficient decompression of optic nerve after removal of optic canal,which is associated with complications like CSF leakage,ophthalmic artery injury,and optic nerve injury[1].Generally,the mild CSF leak is common and can heal spontaneously using conventional treatment,the severe CSF leak requires surgical repair[2].
