Ru/Ce-Zr catalysts were prepared by impregnation of Ru on the hydrothermally synthesized Ce-Zr mixed oxide with different molar ratio of Ce/*** resultant products were systematically characterized by inductively coupled plasma(ICP),X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscopy(SEM)/energy dispersive spectrometry(EDS),H2-temperature programmed reduction(H2-TPR),NH3-temperature programmed desorption(NH3-TPD)and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS).It was proved by H2-TPR and NH3-TPD that the introduction of Ru can improve the activity of oxygen of catalysts and the presence of Zr contributes to the increments of acid properties of *** the molar ratio of Ce-Zr was 8:4,the quantity of Ru was 0.9%(mass ratio),and the calcined temperature of catalysts was at 400℃,the removal rate of 90% for trichloroethylene(TCE)was reached at 250℃ for 5360 mg/m^3 TCE and the stability of the catalysts was investigated under the *** results showed that the high removal rate can be maintained for at least 90 h,which is promising for industrial application.

Energy supply and release play an important role in individual neuron and neural network. In this paper, the electrical activities and Hamilton energy of neuron are investigated when external mixed signals(i.e., the periodic stimulus current and the periodic electromagnetic field) are imposed on the neuron under the electromagnetic induction. As a result, the Hamilton energy is much dependent on the mode transition, the multiple electric activity modes and the numerical analysis of Hamilton energy are more complicated under various parameters. When the periodic high-low frequency electromagnetic radiation is imposed in neuron, it is found that the electrical activities are more complex, and the changing of energy is obvious. In addition, the response of electrical activity and Hamilton energy is much dependent on the changing of amplitude A, B when the external high-low frequency signal is imposed on the neuron, meanwhile, the energy of bursting state is lower than the one of spiking state. It can be used for investigation about the energy coding in the neuron even the neuron networks.

This article describes a method for synthesizing an excellent oil soluble calcium isostearate detergent using isostearic acid and calcium hydroxide as main starting materials. Reaction conditions, including the molar ratios of calcium hydroxide to isostearic acid, methanol to calcium hydroxide and water to calcium hydroxide, the carbonation temperature, the CO_2 flow rate, and the volume of injected CO_2, were optimized. Under the optimized conditions, a high alkalinity calcium isostearate detergent with a total base number(TBN) of 358 mg KOH/g and an overbased calcium isostearate detergent with a value of TBN equating to 406 mg KOH/g could be obtained. Finally, the properties of the calcium isostearate detergent were evaluated by the size distribution analysis, the thermogravimetric analysis(TGA) and the coking tendency tester.

In this article, 12-acryloyloxystearic acid was synthesized, which was then used to prepare the magnesium 12-acryloyloxy stearate detergent. Reaction conditions for synthesizing 12-acryloyloxystearic acid, including the molar ratio of 12-hydroxystearic acid to acrylic acid, the catalyst amount, the esterification temperature, and the esterification time, were optimized. Under the optimized conditions, the 12-acryloyloxystearic acid with an acid value of 159 mg KOH/g and a melting range of between 70.4 ℃ and 71.4 ℃ was obtained. The structure of 12-acryloyloxystearic acid was confirmed by FTIR spectroscopy. Results of preparing magnesium 12-acryloyloxy stearate detergent showed the existence of acryloyloxy radical in 12-hydroxystearic acid could improve the quality of lubricant detergent greatly.

Effects of intrinsic and extrinsic noises on transposons kinetics

The absolute concentration robustness （ACR） steady state of a biochemical system can protect against changing a large concentration of the system＇s components. In this paper, a minimal model of autonomous-nonautonomous transposons driven by intrinsic and extrinsic noises is investigated. The effects of intrinsic and extrinsic noises on ACR steady state of the transposons kinetics are studied by numerical simulations. It is found that the predator-prey-like oscillations around the ACR steady state are induced by the intrinsic or extrinsic noises. Comparing with the case of intrinsic noises, the extrinsic noises can inhibit the amplitude of oscillations of transposon kinetics. To characterize the predator-prey-like oscillations, we calculate the probability distributions and the normalized correlation functions of a system in the stability domain. With the increasing of noise intensity, the peak of the probability distribution is shifted from the ACR steady state to the trivial steady state. The normalized autocorrelation and cross-correlation functions indicate that the state of the predator-prey oscillator is transmitted to 50 successive generations at least.

Magnetically modified Fe-Al pillared bentonite（Fe3O4/ Fe-Al-Bent） was prepared via chemical co-precipitation method and characterized by powder X-ray diffraction（XRD）, Brunauer-EmmettTeller（BET）, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy（FTIR） and scanning electron microscopy（SEM）. A series of experiments were carried out to investigate the degradation of Orange II by the obtained heterogeneous catalysts in the presence of H2O2. The experimental result indicated that the synthetic materials had a high catalytic activity and good reusability.

英美两国的基层医疗卫生系统改革分别走了一条由政府全面管制到逐步市场化运行和从自由市场到政府管制的相反道路,这为我国如何处理政府与市场的关系以及基层医疗卫生系统的改革提供了重要的经验和教训。我国基层医疗卫生系统改革应坚持政府管制为主与市场为辅的原则,改革的首要目标是保障机构的公益性运行。为实现该目标,政府应调整大医院在医疗卫生体系中的功能定位,使基层医疗卫生机构与大医院之间的竞争关系转变为协作关系;统一与明确政府对基层医疗卫生机构的财政投入依据、水平与监管,以消除机构和医务人员的逐利行为动机;政府应进一步出台支持私立基层医疗卫生机构发展的政策,允许部分公立基层医疗卫生机构合法转为私立机构。

Efficient large-area flexible organic photovoltaic modules on transparent thin silver electrodes

Large-area flexible organic photovoltaic（OPV） modules are challenging to achieve high power conversion efficiency（PCE）.Electrical shunts or shortages generally occur in large-area OPV modules due to the ultrathin（100–200 nm） and soft active *** the surface smoothness of bottom transparent electrode will be able to suppress the shunts and *** this work,we report a method to fabricate smooth and flexible transparent electrodes based on thin silver film,and further to fabricate efficient large-area flexible OPV *** fabricated thin silver transparent electrodes simultaneously have high conductivity,high optical transmittance,good mechanical flexibility and low surface *** exposure（h.e.）treatment on MoO3effectively facilitates the continuous growth of the thin transparent silver electrode.6 nm silver film on MoO3（h.e.） on plastic substrate shows a transmittance up to 89%,a sheet resistance of 15 Ω/sq,and a low surface roughness with a rootmean-square value of 0.276 ***,52-cm2flexible organic solar modules（15 subcells） showed a certified PCE of 12.66%.Furthermore,a 1350 cm2flexible component assembled by 25 pieces of 52–55 cm2modules showed certified PCE of 12.10% with an open-circuit voltage of 62.85 V.
