Covalent organic frameworks （COFs） have been widely applied in gas capture and separation, but the fluorescent property of COFs with large n-conjugated system tends to be underexplored. Here we report the fluorescent properties of several COFs including TaTa, DhaTab, TRITER- 1 and TzDa and the effect of metal ions of Na＋, Mg2＋, K＋, Ca2＋, Cu2＋, Zn2＋, Pb2＋, Ag＋, Cd2＋ and Fe3＋ on the fluorescence of these COFs. The results show that only Fe3＋ significantly quenched the fluorescence of the studied COFs. The possibility of the four COFs for selective sensing of Fe3＋ was demonstrated. The possible mechanism of the effect of Fe3＋ on the fluorescence of the COFs was based on the absorption competition quenching.

Model distance normalization(D-Norm)is one of the useful score normalization approaches in automatic speaker verification(ASV)*** main advantage of *** lies in that it does not need any additional speech data or external speaker population,as opposed to the other state-of-the-art scorc normalization *** still,it has some drawbacks,e.g.,the Monte-Carlo based *** distance estimation approach in the conventional D-Norm approach is a time consuming and computation costly *** this paper,*** was investigated and its principles were explored from a perspective different from the original *** addition,this paper also proposed a simplified approach to perform D-Norm,which used the upper bound of the KL divergence between two statistical speaker models as the measure of model *** on NIST 2006 SRE corpus showed that the simplified approach of D-Norm achieves similar system performance as the conventional one while the computational complexity is greatly reduced.

The high pressures in gasoline direct injection technology lead to structural damage in some hydraulic components,especially annular damage on the contact area of the valve ball and on the valve seat of the spherical unloading valve in the high-pressure *** previous study,the authors have analyzed the damage on the unloading valve and demonstrated that it is caused neither by static damage nor fatigue damage and have put forward the hypothesis of fretting *** paper is based on the establishment of the statically indeterminate structure of the unloading *** micro friction parameters(stress,friction coefficient,etc.)required for the numerical iterative calculation of fretting wear are *** addition,based on the grid adaptive technology and a modified Archard wear model,the fretting wear is calculated quantitatively and is in good agreement with experimental *** on that verification,the wear laws of the valve ball and valve seat under the same hardness,different contact angles,and different assembly stresses,are analyzed in detail,and reasoned suggestions for the structural design and assembly design of the ball valve are given.

Two-dimensional(2D) materials have been a very important field in condensed matter physics, materials science, chemistry, and electronics. In a variety of 2D materials, transition metal chalcogenides are of particular interest due to their unique structures and rich properties. In this review, we introduce a series of 2D transition metal chalcogenides prepared by epitaxial growth. We show that not only 2D transition metal dichalcogenides can be grown, but also the transition metal chalcogenides that do not have bulk counterparts, and even patterned transition metal chalcogenides can be fabricated. We discuss the formation mechanisms of the novel structures, their interesting properties, and potential applications of these 2D transition metal chalcogenides. Finally, we give a summary and some perspectives on future studies.

目的探究水飞蓟提取物(SME)及其复合制剂对乙醇性肝损伤的保护作用。方法通过灌胃12mL·kg~150%乙醇建立乙醇肝损伤模型。将小鼠随机分为空白组(给予蒸馏水)、模型组(乙醇肝损伤模型)、SME低和高剂量组(分别给予0.06、0.20g·kg^(-1)SME)、SME+灵芝提取物(GLE)低和高剂量组(分别给予0.10、0.30g·kg^(-1)SME+GLE,SME:GLE=1:1)、水飞蓟丹参片(JAS)低和高剂量组(分别给予0.68、2.04g·kg^(-1)JAS),每组12只。用全自动生化分析仪测定法测定小鼠血清中谷丙转氨酶(GPT),用酶联免疫吸附试验法测定小鼠血清中白细胞介素-6(IL-6)和肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)的水平,用紫外分光光度计测定肝组织氧化应激指标[过氧化氢酶(CAT)和总超氧化物歧化酶(T-SOD)]。结果空白组、模型组、SME低和高剂量组、SME+GLE低和高剂量组、JAS低和高剂量组的T-SOD含量分别为(192.54±49.00)、(141.65±34.72)、(205.83±32.77)、(191.68±25.83)、(192.31±28.79)、(177.82±32.61)、(218.58±74.80)和(210.24±31.65)U·mg·prot,CAT含量分别为(37.78±5.73)、(28.92±8.44)、(44.12±11.52)、(41.41±9.15)、(47.01±10.48)、(41.63±8.95)、(47.14±8.91)和(48.29±10.06)U·mg^(-1),GPT含量分别为(47.61±13.00)、(97.84±26.00)、(62.33±18.92)、(51.84±17.91)、(70.77±28.00)、(58.00±21.27)、(52.28±18.78)和(45.55±9.27)U·L^(-1),IL-6水平分别为(21.03±1.52)、(28.43±5.75)、(21.90±3.24)、(21.23±1.55)、(22.26±2.58)、(21.24±2.91)、(22.17±4.14)和(21.14±3.02)pg·mL^(-1);模型组的上述指标与空白组比较,SME组、SME+GLE组和JAS低、高剂量组的上述指标与模型组比较,在统计学上差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.01)。空白组、模型组、SME低和高剂量组、SME+GLE低和高剂量组、JAS低和高剂量组的TNF-α水平分别为(28.07±7.72)、(69.02±16.34)、(40.29±8.94)、(48.84±10.17)、(41.91±14.96)、(40.07±12.75)、(50.72±11.44)和(45.05±11.34)pg·mL^(-1)。模型组与空白组比较,SME低和高剂量组、SME+GLE低和高剂量组、JAS低剂量组与模型组比较,在统计学上差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.01)。结论SME及其复合制剂可以提高小鼠肝的抗氧化水平、减轻小鼠肝的炎症,对于急性乙醇中毒导致的肝损伤具有一定的改善作用。

目的研究紫杉醇为主的联合化疗在晚期乳腺癌中的临床价值。方法选取2019年10月—2023年9月枣庄市胸科医院(枣庄市肿瘤医院)收治的52例晚期乳腺癌患者为研究对象,按随机数表法分为两组,各26例。对照组采用环磷酰胺与表柔比星治疗,观察组采用紫杉醇为主的联合化疗治疗,对比两组患者治疗效果情况。结果对照组治疗总有效率为53.85%,低于观察组的80.77%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.282,P0.05)。结论对晚期乳腺癌患者采用紫杉醇为主的联合化疗治疗效果优越。

In this paper, a modified sub-gridding scheme that hybridizes the conventional finite-difference time-domain（FDTD）method and the unconditionally stable locally one-dimensional（LOD） FDTD is developed for analyzing the periodic metallic nanoparticle arrays. The dispersion of the metal, caused by the evanescent wave propagating along the metal-dielectric interface, is expressed by the Drude model and solved with a generalized auxiliary differential equation（ADE） *** the sub-gridding scheme, the ADE–FDTD is applied to the global coarse grids while the ADE–LOD–FDTD is applied to the local fine grids. The time step sizes in the fine-grid region and coarse-grid region can be synchronized, and thus obviating the temporal interpolation of the fields in the time-marching process. Numerical examples about extraordinary optical transmission through the periodic metallic nanoparticle array are provided to show the accuracy and efficiency of the proposed method.

Effect of Chinese herbal compound on liver fibrosis in rabbits with schistosomiasis by B-ultrasound

Objective: To explore the value of B-ultrasound on the evaluation of the effects of traditional Chinese medicine compound of Radix astragali , Salvia miltiorrhiza and Angelica sinensis , and TCM + praziquantel on liver fibrosis in rabbits with schistosomiasis. Methods: The hepatic fibrosis model in rabbits with schistosomiasis was established. The experimental animals (24 rabbits) were randomly divided into four groups (group A, B, C and D, n =6). Group A (control group) was only treated by praziquantel; Group B was treated by mixture of Radix astragali and Salvia miltiorrhiza + praziquantel; Group C was treated by mixture of Radix astragali and Angelica sinensis + praziquantel; Group D was treated by mixture of Radix astragali, Salvia miltiorrhiza and Angelica sinensis + praziquantel. Then B-ultrasonogram was used to evaluate the effects. Results: Each group showed certain curative effect on liver fibrosis in rabbits with schistosomiasis. The efficacy of group B, C and D was better than group A, and that of group D was the best. The differences in long diameter, thickness diameter, transverse diameter and portal vein inner diameter of liver before and after treatment were statistically significant ( P lusions: The mixture of Radix astragali, Salvia miltiorrhiza and Angelica sinensis combined with Western medicine treatment can obviously improve the efficacy on liver fibrosis of schistosomiasis.
