Accurate determination of lung cancer margins at the molecular level is of great significance to determine the optimal extent of resection during surgical operation and reduce the risk of postoperative *** this study, internal extractive electrospray ionization mass spectrometry(i EESI-MS) was used to trace potential molecular tumor margins in lung cancer tissue. Molecular differential model for the determination of lung cancer tumor margin was established via partial least-squares discriminant analysis (PLS-DA)of iEESI-MS data collected from lung tissue pieces within cancer tumor area and iEESI-MS data collected from lung tissue pieces outside cancer tumor area. Proof-of-concept data demonstrate that the developed molecular differential model yields ca. 1–2 mm wider potential molecular tumor margin of a lung cancer compared to the conventional histological analysis, showing promising potential of iEESI-MS to increase the accuracy of tumor margins determination and lower risk of lung cancer postoperative recurrence. Furthermore, our results revealed that creatine and taurine showed positive correlations with lung cancer.

铝处理对油茶花期光合荧光动力学特性的影响

以八年生“湘林210”油茶为试材,采用叶面喷施不同浓度铝溶液的方法,研究了铝胁迫对油茶花期叶绿素含量及光合荧光参数的影响,以期探究不同浓度铝处理对油茶花期光合荧光动力学特性的影响。结果表明:叶面喷施不同浓度铝溶液对油茶叶绿素含量影响不显著,但能调节光合有效辐射(PAR)吸收能力。0.05 mol·L^(-1)铝处理在12:10时PAR显著高于对照,0.10 mol·L^(-1)铝处理在多个时间点均有较高的PAR,说明适当浓度的铝处理能够增强PAR吸收,提升光合作用效率。非光化学淬灭系数(NPQt)日变化显示,0.15 mol·L^(-1)铝处理在多个时间点NPQt值最高,说明铝处理还能够通过增强光保护机制,提升油茶对高强度光照的适应性。光合系统Ⅱ有效量子产量(Φ2)在0.15 mol·L^(-1)铝处理中整体最高,进一步证实了铝处理有提高油茶光能利用效率的作用。综上,油茶可以通过调节光合荧光参数逐渐适应铝胁迫环境,保护自身免受光合系统的不利影响。

By employing the method of the multiconfigurational time-dependent Hartree for bosons,we investigate the ground state properties of a singly trapped dipolar gas of spinless *** show that the repulsive interactions favor the formation of the fragmented ground *** particular,we find the formation of the fragmented state is mainly due to the interaction energies associated with the one-and two-particle exchanges between *** also obtain the stability diagram of the system and find that the stability of the system is significantly enhanced by the appearance of the fragmentation.

Adaptive Simplified Chicken Swarm Optimization Based on Inverted S-Shaped Inertia Weight

Considering the issues of premature convergence and low solution accuracy in solving high-dimensional problems with the basic chicken swarm optimization algorithm, an adaptive simplified chicken swarm optimization algorithm based on inverted S-shaped inertia weight(ASCSO-S) is proposed. Firstly, a simplified chicken swarm optimization algorithm is presented by removing all the chicks from the chicken swarm. Secondly, an inverted S-shaped inertia weight is designed and introduced into the updating process of the roosters and hens to dynamically adjust their moving step size and thus to improve the convergence speed and solution accuracy of the algorithm. Thirdly, in order to enhance the exploration ability of the algorithm, an adaptive updating strategy is added to the updating process of the *** experiments on 21 classical test functions show that ASCSO-S is superior to the other comparison algorithms in terms of convergence speed, solution accuracy, and solution stability. In addition, ASCSO-S is applied to the parameter estimation of Richards model, and the test results indicate that ASCSO-S has the best fitting results compared with other three algorithms.

A new thioimide-based fluorescent ‘turn-on’ and chromogenic chemodosimeter for highly selective and sensitive detection of Hg^2＋ has been developed. The dual response of Hg^2＋ was not only in the marked color change of the solution from dark green to colorless, but also in the significant enhancement of the fluorescent intensity of the chemodosimeter in aqueous acetonitrile. Moreover, when the chemodosimeter was assembled into nanoparticles, it could also exhibit remarkably dual response of color change and fluorescence enhancement for detection of Hg^2＋.

Lithium-ion batteries(LIBs)are widely used in transportation,energy storage,and other *** prediction of the remaining useful life(RUL)of lithium batteries not only provides a reference for health management but also serves as a basis for assessing the residual value of the *** order to improve the prediction accuracy of the RUL of LIBs,a two-phase RUL early prediction method combining neural network and Gaussian process regression(GPR)is *** the initial phase,the features related to the capacity degradation of LIBs are utilized to train the neural network model,which is used to predict the initial cycle lifetime of 124 *** Pearson coefficient’s two most significant characteristic factors and the predicted normalized lifetime form a 3D *** Euclidean distance between the test dataset and each cell in the training dataset and validation dataset is calculated,and the shortest distance is considered to have a similar degradation pattern,which is used to determine the initial Dual Exponential Model(DEM).In the second phase,GPR uses the DEM as the initial parameter to predict each test set’s early RUL(ERUL).By testing four batteries under different working conditions,the RMSE of all capacity estimation is less than 1.2%,and the accuracy percentage(AP)of remaining life prediction is more than 98%.Experiments show that the method does not need human intervention and has high prediction accuracy.

Fractional flow reserve(FFR)computed from computed tomography angiography(CTA),i.e.,FFRCT has been used in the clinic as a noninvasive parameter for functional assessment of coronary artery *** has also been suggested to be used in the assessment of carotid artery *** wall thickness of the vessel is an important parameter when establishing a fluid-structure coupling model of carotid *** work studies the effect of the vessel wall thickness on hemodynamic parameters such as FFRCT in carotid *** of carotid stenosis are established based on CTA image data using computer-aided design *** is assumed that the vessel wall is a linear elastic and isotropic material,and the blood an incompressible Newtonian *** the pulsating flow condition,ANSYS Transient Structural and CFX are used to simulate the blood flow of fluid-structure coupling in the carotid stenosis model in order to obtain hemodynamic parameters and the corresponding *** results show that when the elastic modulus of the vessel wall is fixed,FFRCT will decrease with the increase of the wall ***,FFRCT will decrease with the increase of the elastic modulus when the wall thickness is *** difference in hemodynamic parameters such as FFRCT,however,is relatively small if the stiffness of the two models are *** results demonstrate that the effect of the vessel wall thickness,especially for a model with small elastic modulus,should be taken into account in using FFRCT for functional assessment of carotid ***,under the linear elasticity and isotropic material assumptions,the stiffness coefficient may replace the elastic modulus and wall thickness as a parameter reflecting material property of the vessel wall in the carotid stenosis model.

Upconversion luminescence of Er^(3+), Tm^(3+) and Yb^(3+)Co-doped Gd_3Ga_5O_(12) Nanocrystals

A series of Er3＋, Tm3＋ and Yb3＋ doped Gd3Ga5O12 nanocrystals were prepared by a combustion method. The X-ray diffraction （XRD）, field emission scanning electron microscope （FESEM） and upconversion （UC） emission spectra were used to characterize the samples. The results of XRD indicate that Gd3Ga5O12：Er3＋, Tm3＋, Yb3＋ nanocrystals with cubic phase can be obtained. Under the excitation of a 980 nm laser, the different rare earth ions doped Gd3Ga5O12 nanoerystals show upconversion luminescence involving the green emission attributed to the ^2H11/2→^4I15/2, 4^S3/2→^4I15/2 transitions of Er3＋ ions, respectively, the red emissions assigned to the ^4F9/2→^4I15/2 transitions of Er3＋ ions and the ^1G4→^3F4 as well as 3F2,3→^3H6 transitions of Tm3＋ ions, respectively, the blue emission attributed to ^1G4→^3H6 transitions of Tm3＋ ions, and the near-infrared assigned to the ^3H4→^3H6 transitions of Tm3＋ ions. The CIE coordinates for the samples are calculated. The dependence of their upconversion luminescence properties on Yb3＋ ion concentration is investieated.

In order to improve the surgical treatment of the congenital heart disease patient with single ventricle defect,two axial flow blood pumps,one with diffuser and the other without diffuser,were designed and virtually implanted into an idealized total cavopulmonary connection(TCPC)model to form two types of Pump-TCPC physiological *** fluid dynamics(CFD)simulationswere performed to analyze the variations of the hemodynamic characteristics,such as flow field,wall shear stress(WSS),oscillatory shear index(OSI),relative residence time(RRT),between the two Pump-TCPC *** results indicate that the Pump-TCPC with diffuser has better flow field stability,less damage on endothelial cell of vessel wall,and lower risk of vascular injury and thrombosis formation than that without diffuser.
