In this research effort,numerical simulation of two-dimensional magnetohydrodynamic（MHD） channel is performed and Hall effect is *** computational model consists of the Navier-Stokes（N-S） equations coupled with electrical-magnetic source terms,Maxwell equations and the generalized Ohm＇s *** conditions for the electrical potential equation considering Hall effect are *** start with,the MHD channel with single-pair electrodes is studied and flow of the electric current is in accordance with physical *** the MHD channel with five-pair electrodes is numerically *** results show that the electrical current concentrates on the downstream of the anode and the upstream of the cathode due to Hall effect,and the flow field becomes *** the current value of the magnetic interaction parameter,the electrical-magnetic force affects the flow remarkably,decreasing the outlet Mach number and increasing the outlet pressure;what＇s more,the flow structure in the channel becomes extremely *** of MHD channels with continual electrodes and segmented electrodes are *** results show that performance of the MHD channel with segmented electrodes is better than that with continual electrodes with the increase of Hall parameter.

This work proposed a strategy of indirectly inducing uniform microarc discharge by controlling the content and distribution ofβ-Mg_(17)Al_(12)phase in AZ91D Mg *** kinds of nano-particles(ZrO_(2)and TiO_(2))were designed to be added into the substrate of Mg alloy by friction stir processing(FSP).Then,Mg alloy sample designed with different precipitated morphology ofβ-Mg_(17)Al_(12)phase was treated by microarc oxidation(MAO)in Na_(3)PO_(4)/*** characteristics and performance of the MAO coating was analyzed using scanning electron microscopy(SEM),energy dispersive spectrometer(EDS),X-ray diffraction(XRD),X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS),contact angle meter,and potentiodynamic *** was found that the coarseα-Mg grains in extruded AZ91D Mg alloy were refined by FSP,and theβ-Mg_(17)Al_(12)phase with reticular structure was broken and *** nano-ZrO_(2)particles were pinned at the grain boundary by FSP,which refined theα-Mg grain and promoted the precipitation ofβ-Mg_(17)Al_(12)phase in *** effectively inhibited the“cascade”phenomenon of microarcs,which induced the uniform distribution of discharge *** MAO coating on Zr-FSP sample had good wettability and corrosion ***,TiO_(2)particles were hardly detected in the coating on TiFSP sample.

本文分析了脉冲发光二极管(LED)光源的研究进展,制作了不同波长的脉冲LED光源面板;测量了灯面板下方25 cm处光合光子通量密度(PPFD)随光源波长、频率和占空比的变化;在固定光源工作周期条件下,研究了光合速率随频率的变化,发现在不同波长下,植物光合速率具有最佳频率;在固定光源频率条件下,研究了光合速率随占空比的变化,发现在不同的占空比下,植物的光合速率有其最佳的占空周期;由于在固定频率或固定占空比条件下,其PPFD不能随着占空比和频率的变化而保持恒定,因此提出了光碳能力的概念(光碳能力=光合速率⋅PPFD^(-1)=Pn⋅PPFD^(-1),其中Pn为光合速率,其生物学意义是一个光子能量转换多少二氧化碳分子进行光合作用);在固定光源占空比条件下,研究了光碳能力随频率的变化。每种光源,均有对应优化的频率,对应得到此种光源下最大的光合速率;每种光源,均有对应优化的频率,对应得到此种光源下最大的PPFD;每种光源,均有对应优化的频率,对应得到此种光源下最大的光碳能力。本文通过提出光碳能力来衡量植物光照参数与碳减排量之间的对应的关系,希望以后光学设计可以通过优化此参数获得最优化的光照条件来获得最经济的碳减排量。

Background:Somatic copy number variations(SCNVs)in the CDKN2A gene are among the most frequent events in the dysplasia-carcinoma sequence of esophageal squamous cell ***,whether CDKN2A SCNVs are useful biomarkers for the risk stratification and management of patients with esophageal squamous cell dysplasia(ESCdys)is *** study aimed to investigate the characteristics and prognostic value of CDKN2A SCNVs in patients with mild or moderate(m/M)***:This study conducted a prospective multicenter study of 205 patients with a baseline diagnosis of m/M ESCdys in five high-risk regions of China(Ci County,Hebei Province;Yanting,Sichuan Province;Linzhou,Henan Province;Yangzhong,Jiangsu Province;and Feicheng,Shandong Province)from 2005 to *** DNA was extracted from paraffin biopsy samples and paired peripheral white blood cells from patients,and a quantitative polymerase chain reaction assay,P16-Light,was used to detect CDKN2A copy *** cumulative regression and progression rates of ESCdys were evaluated using competing risk ***:A total of 205 patients with baseline m/M ESCdys were *** proportion of ESCdys regression was significantly lower in the CDKN2A deletion cohort than in the diploid and amplification cohorts(18.8%[13/69]vs.35.0%[28/80]vs.51.8%[29/56],P<0.001).In the univariable competing risk analysis,the cumulative regression rate was statistically significantly lower(P=0.008),while the cumulative progression rate was higher(P=0.017)in ESCdys patients with CDKN2A deletion than in those without CDKN2A ***2A deletion was also an independent predictor of prognosis in ESCdys(P=0.004)in the multivariable ***:The results indicated that CDKN2A SCNVs are associated with the prognosis of ESCdys and may serve as potential biomarkers for risk stratification.

通过对哈密盆地北部地区进行地震地层学分析研究 ,认为该区侏罗系八道湾组下部由北向南发育了一套冲积扇—扇三角洲—滨浅湖沉积体系 ,其中丘状与楔状地震反射异常体为较典型的冲积扇沉积 ,并与其东南部的地层尖灭线构成地层岩性与构造相结合的复合圈闭。地震、地质综合研究结果表明 :该冲积扇地层岩性圈闭具有较好的生储盖组合条件 ,可形成地层岩性与构造复合圈闭的油气藏 ,是该区较有利的钻探目标。

The main challenges in the use of immune checkpoint inhibitors(ICIs)are ascribed to the immunosuppressive tumor microenvironment and the lack of sufficient infiltration of activated CD8+T *** the tumor microenvironment(TME)from“cold”to“hot”and thus more likely to potentiate the effects of ICIs is a promising strategy for cancer *** found that the selective BCL-2 inhibitor APG-2575 can enhance the antitumor efficacy of anti-PD-1 therapy in syngeneic and humanized CD34+mouse *** single-cell RNA sequencing,we found that APG-2575 polarized M2-like immunosuppressive macrophages toward the M1-like immunostimulatory phenotype with increased CCL5 and CXCL10 secretion,restoring T-cell function and promoting a favorable immunotherapy ***,we demonstrated that APG-2575 directly binds to NF-κB p65 to activate NLRP3 signaling,thereby mediating macrophage repolarization and the activation of proinflammatory caspases and subsequently increasing CCL5 and CXCL10 chemokine *** a result,APG-2575-induced macrophage repolarization could remodel the tumor immune microenvironment,thus improving tumor immunosuppression and further enhancing antitumor T-cell *** immunohistochemistry confirmed that patients with better immunotherapeutic efficacy had higher CD86,p-NF-κB p65 and NLRP3 levels,accompanied by lower CD206 expression on ***,these data provide evidence that further study on APG-2575 in combination with immunotherapy for tumor treatment is required.

Identifying a potential dietary non-pharmacological treatment to prevent cerebrovascular damage in Alzheimer's disease is crucial for alleviating cognitive decline in older adults and enhancing quality of life. This study featured the combined supplementation of soy lecithin (SL) and soy isoflavones (SIF)， using in vivo animal models， in vitro vascular ring preparation， and cell studies to investigate the potential advantages and mechanisms of SL combined with SIF on cognitive function and cerebrovascular health from multiple perspectives. The results show that Aβ can significantly induce learning and memory impairment in rats， as well as pathological changes in brain blood vessels， exacerbating damage to cerebral vasodilation function and subsequently reducing cerebral blood flow (CBF) in the brain. The above-mentioned phenomena induced by Aβ can be significantly improved by the combined intervention of SL and SIF. Further research has revealed that the combined intervention of SL and SIF can reverse the downregulation of the PI3K/PIP3/PDK-1/Akt/eNOS signaling pathway and phosphorylated protein expression induced by Aβ in rat brain vascular tissues and bEND.3 cells. Silencing PDK-1 expression in bEND.3 cells showed that the upregulation effect of SL and SIF on Akt and eNOS disappeared. Here we find that prophylactically supplementation with SL in conjunction with SIF appears to effectively activate the PI3K/PIP3/PDK-1/Akt/eNOS pathway within cerebral vascular. This activation improves cerebrovascular vasodilation， offering potential protective effects for both cerebral vascular health and cognitive function.
